We enjoyed visiting the various DuPont estates and our stay at the West Chester KOA. We would have liked a site with a bit more space/privacy. The intake person showed us where our site was and that was it. We had to find where the showers and the laundry were located. One of the other campers told us about the trash. We left it on our lot and it was picked up daily. There was dog poop in the dog park. Had six dryers in the laundry room and only two worked.

Thank you for your comments. We strive to please, however, when other campers are not respectful (dog poop not picked up) we are not always able to notice and clean things up quickly.

This was our first visit to this KOA. We enjoyed our trip here and we will probably return later in the summer since we live close by. We did not pick our site when we registered this time but now that we know the layout of the campground, we will pick our site the next time that we come to this KOA.

Tiny sites. Not level at all. Decent WiFi. I am at a loss why KOA states on the sites that’s said facility has amenities that they do not have. There was no jump pad for the kids. This is one thing we look for when we park. Keeps the family active. The plus side is that they have an amazing playground.

We apologize for the jump pad. We have experienced a very hard time recruiting employees this year and we have been striving to get everything complete and open, however, we are not perfect. We hope to see you again.

Great front desk reception. Help with directions a real plus! Sites are level and kept clean and neat. Bathroom clean and beautiful landscaping!

The staff was friendly and the park was beautiful. There was a campsite under construction right behind us so the loud machinery early in the morning wasn’t pleasant but we really enjoyed the area and the campgrounds. Will definitely come back again.

We came for a quick stay to visit with local family members and see our daughter compete at a college track meet. The campsite, store and employees were all great! We did walk the nature trail and along the creek between raindrops. It was nice. I’m sure the rain had a lot to do with it but the dog run was too muddy for our little dogs. We hope to come back later this summer (better weather)

This was our first time visiting this campground, and we were very surprised to find out how hilly it was. Most of the sites are definitely not for the inexperienced tow-er. The sites were very small and way too close to each other, but our stay was nice because we did not have anyone next to us on either side. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the facilities were clean.

Beautiful surroundings and facilities! For people renting cabins, it doesn’t get much better. Roads are gravel ,narrow & quite steep. RV sites not level, very close together and devilishly hard to maneuver, especially at night. Smaller rigs will love it but larger rigs will not. Do not follow GPS directions, get directions from a person. Even the preferred route is winding & tight.

We enjoyed our stay over the Easter weekend! Campground was clean and staff was very friendly!! We enjoyed canoeing, mini golf, nature trail, and play ground. Thanks KOA for another wonderful camping experience!

Very nice campground with an upgraded and very nice playground for the kids. Sites were okay. Everyone in the office/store area were very nice.

Clean campground. Friendly staff. Not everything is open yet (additional RR's) but I stayed over Easter weekend so that's to be expected. Did not appreciate the guy on the Harley driving around Sunday morning. We get it dude, you have a motorcycle. Other than that, looking forward to coming back in warmer weather.

Great campground! Some sites are being upgraded, lots of stuff for kids to do. Nice store with a good amount of supplies and souvenir type stuff. Will definitely be returning

We had a great time! It is a nice area, very scenic but the roads getting in are a little chalanging! I would have preferred one of the sites with the pad, fire pit and umbrella table chairs! Nice little store, staff was friendly. Pool looked nice, would go back!

Our site, I believe 47, was not level. When we tried to level, it raised the rear dual wheels off the ground. Not good for a 34’ motorhome. This is clearly a well run campground with plenty of amenities

We always have a great time while staying at Philadelphia/West Chester KOA. Great and friendly place to stay. Lots of trees and space to enjoy our time there.

We had a great time at Philadelphia/West Chester KOA! The property is beautiful and very well taken care of. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. It was a great way to spend Thanksgiving. We definitely plan on going back!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Campground and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and maintained. We look forward to visiting again in 2021!

Staff were great. Place was very nice. Only area of improvement I suggest is road maintenance and site maintenance. Our site was not level only narrowly level. As we stepped out of door you almost fell down the hill. Invest in more gravel or asphalt.

Awesome. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, well run and lots for the kids to do. My wife and I were looking for a campground within 2 hours to make it our easy weekend choice when we want to limit the time driving in our RV---we think we've found that campground! Must be awesome when the pool opens up as well.

We were impressed with all the services provided by the campground-playground, pool, garbage services, cable, walking paths, cleanliness, store, etc. Everything was first rate.

Mixed feelings about this campsite- Not the campground’s fault but the roads were narrow getting there. At the campground the roads were potholed and uneven. Our site was uneven and muddy. The store was great, the trail was nice. Stayed here as closest to family. Otherwise would stay elsewhere.

Given the character limit, I guess you don't want a real review! Most sites are uneven and somewhat steep and very close together. Ours was eroded on one side. Shower stall too small for easy undress/dress. Shower/toilet clean but quite dated, needing some repair. Our fire pit was in a hole. Our picnic table was on the eroded edge of the site. KOA people were friendly. Rural setting nice.

Our stay was great. The restrooms were super clean and the sites were well maintained. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will hopefully be returning in the spring/summer!

Only a short stay of less than 48 hours. The site could be more secure/level for RV's in my opinion. I am comparing a private campground to State and National park sites that we spend 95% of our visits.

We stayed here in October. The campground was well kept and peaceful. The sites were lovely with pretty views. We plan to return soon.

Excellent place to camp or bring your RV in the outskirts of Philly. About an hour from the city. Wooded area. Swimmimg pool, activities for kids, overall good place. The management was also excellet and accomodating.
