As always, the campground was impeccable and the service was top notch. If I could rate them a “10” on your 5 point scale, I would.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The grounds were well maintained. Very quiet day and at night. Only problem we had was we were parked under a needed light during the night. They tried to accommodate us by making a location change but it was not possible.

Great facilities and awesome staff. There were a number of activities scheduled that fit in well with social distancing guidelines.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoy our stay. Other guests were respectful, social distancing and wearing face masks. It rained and certain areas were muddy especially near the river camp ground. We were on RV camp site 8. It was too close to camp site 7. It could have more space in between these camp sites.

The campground was nice except for the closeness of the spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were able to answer some questions about the surrounding area. The store was well stocked with all sorts of items. We would definitely stay there again.

You guys are the best and my 4yo grandson is in love with Maddie and Nora. It’s our go to spot when we need to just get away. Immaculate sites usually great activities but this year Covid got in the way

We have stayed mostly in KOA, by far this was one of the best. The site was beautiful and the staff did everything to make the stay the memorable!!

Everything was perfect except for the fact that parked cars in the office lot made travel from check-in to the site rather difficult. Also the interior roads are pretty tough, although I realize you cannot change topography.

It was a beautiful weekend, and the bonus of the live music on Saturday was great. We were able to get sites with our friends. The staff as always were great.

The campground is clean and the walk along the water is nice. The sites are disappointing and the bathrooms were not maintained at all times.

We are newbies to RVing, and the folks at West Chester really made us feel at home, explaining the different options and answering our questions. We were here for three nights, and were so impressed we made sure to stay at KOA's on the way home.

only stayed for 2 nights, but we really enjoyed the campground. very beautiful and clean place, well maintained. lots of activity options and places to go near by. we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice campground but had a lot of flys Manager was helpful when the drainage system was not working for the gray/black drain. Clean and well shaded

We loved the campsite! It was our first time. All of the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, especially Nona and Matt. We will definitely return! Thank you KOA!

Enjoyed facility but campsite was very uneven for a tent; maybe better for RVs. Needed electric/water but would have preferred a flatter location. Did not have a map easily accessible website.

I do think they could have had some activities even during covid. A scavenger hunt and tiny putt putt is not enough when there is no pool or wine tasting. However that’s a beautiful location close to beautiful little towns. We will come again and hope to stay longer.

We stayed here in October. The campground was well kept and peaceful. The sites were lovely with pretty views. We plan to return soon.

Excellent place to camp or bring your RV in the outskirts of Philly. About an hour from the city. Wooded area. Swimmimg pool, activities for kids, overall good place. The management was also excellet and accomodating.
