The first part of our stay was so wonderful that we extended a day. We thought the staff was awesome, the location was great and the area perfect. Unfortunately, we were told only spot 57 was available for us to move to for an extension of another night. We moved to the spot and it was absolutely horrible. We couldn’t level in the tiny location and had the most uncomfortable experience.

We always like to get feedback. Thank you for your beginning comments, however, when the feedback is very low from a choice you made it is not appreciated. We accommodated you with the only site we had for the extra day which you could have refused and you rated your entire stay on that choice.

Tent camped at site 109 for 3 days.....overall a great experience, friendly staff and clean facilities. We made new friends and really enjoyed our time there!

Very nice place and friendly staff only downside is the bathrooms very dirty only clean once a day at noon

We thank you for your comments. The rest rooms are scheduled for a full cleaning during the day, however, we do check them periodically for touch ups. With rainy weather as we had during your stay, it is more difficult to keep the mud out.

We had a strange site with no privacy as the camper next to us faced us. They let tents in the area around the campers and there were over 19 tents set up with a ton of little kids running around.

Thanks for your comments. Your site happened to be a buddy site which sometimes is booked without your buddy being with you. As for the tents, there were maybe 6 tents not 19 and they were families here for a small reunion. In addition, the tents were not anywhere near your campsite.

We decided late to join our daughter & husband for the 4th of July weekend and called for a site. The staff was helpful and polite and we got the very last full hookup site. Unfortunately the site did not suit our unit at all.since it is a rear entry. A huge tree stump and slanted ground made it barely usable. Very clean C/G facilities but awful hilly roads W/ no flow pattern. Nice staff.

Your comments are appreciated. I cannot tell from the reservation whether or not a rear entry was discussed during the reservation process, however, when booking a back-in campsite I can see rear entry being an issue at many campsites.

The sites are not remotely level, the road entering the site area is in poor condition with ruts and holes. They charge campers for an early arrival without a place to keep your RV to wait past the 2:00 PM check in. During our stay we new we had to leave a day early and they still charged us the $25 early arrival fee. Poor customer service.

We appreciate your concerns. We do charge an early arrival fee in order to keep campers from arriving early. We do need time in between departures and arrivals to make sure the site is presentable for the next guest. In addition, as you have said, we do not have a staging area for an RV to wait.

Nice campground in a nice region. Well taken care of and plenty of shaded sites. Patio sites are awesome with concrete pad, furniture and fire pit with extra chairs. All the furniture is quality stuff, no plastic Walmart chairs here, great! Great location to explore PA Dutch Country

Wonderful always clean and the camp is run very well the employees are polite knowable and helpful the atmosphere is great for all adults and children easy to drive to the camp and the site we will be a loyal customer and will camp here often

Thank you for your thoughts. We do spray in the spring for unwanted insects which are always present outdoors and we do mow grass everyday it is not raining. It has been a rainy year for us so far.

We were there for approximately 10 days. Nice quiet place. Very nice people and helpful. The few down falls, the sewer dump on the campsite was up hill of the motor home. It is like that on a lot of your campsites. The bath house only has one stall for men and one for women. There is at least 20 campers around that boathouse. It could be upgraded. Also, OPEN your Lodge. You advertise it is open.

It was a beautiful, clean campground. My kids had a ton of fun, the activities for kids were great and the pool was very nicely kept. The employees in the store as well as the lifeguard at the pool were extremely friendly and very pleasant. The bathrooms and showers were clean and comfortable. The campfire wood was pricey, but burnt clean and started easily. The camp store was well stocked.

All and all the facility, the staff and environment was excellent. My issue is that our neighbors were extremely disrespectful. Several complaints were lodged against them, including ours. While their behavior was much more appropriate the second night my kids still had to witness vulgarity, domestic violence, racial intolerance, and public drunkenness. They should have been asked to leave.

We had to book late but thankful we could get in for a lacrosse tournament. The site sat level and matched description exactly. The access to the river was nice and the pool looked wonderful. My only suggestion would be to firm up the main ring road around the RV sites…

we've been campers for about 12 years now and have stayed with you several times. This time we were in a site which was shaded and spacious, quite enjoyable. I much prefer the sites on that side of the campground, it seems the trees have grown in since our first stay 12 years ago! Staff was very helpful and friendly, we were only there for a quick weekend and plan to return for a longer stay

The pool and the playground are great but the roads throughout the campground need a lot of work. For the price we paid the site was not great, no level spots and the sewer hookup was really high. All other KOAs we have stayed at(which is a lot because we love them) have had super great staff, here not so much…a lot of them were unfriendly and 1 almost hit me and my kids with a golf cart.

Very unhappy with the camping experience. I have never been to a campground where I met such unpleasant people and staff. Would never recommend this campground but very nice place, terrible people

So enjoyed our stay. Did not want to leave! Very well maintained camp ground! Staff is very nice and extremely competent. Very hard working. Renting canoes for the attached creek was a bonus! A little narrow and curvy on the way to the campground. Not much can be done about that. The cabins look great. Wish one or two allowed dogs. Looking forward to returning! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This campground was not easy to get to in a 40 foot rv, but that’s not the campgrounds fault. It was very clean and had a nice dog park, children’s play area, rec room, and a very large pool. Our only issue was the cable. We never could get it to come in. I called the office around 6:40 pm to report this and was told someone would be sent to my site to check it out. No one ever came.

The patio site was very nice, and all the folks working there were as well! The only thing we found a little bit off was that from our site at night we could see men at the urinals in the bathroom down below. From the waist up, but still an uncomfortable view as we watched the sun set! I think site 83 is the only one that has this view, since the sites next to us are blocked by a tree or two.

We booked a deluxe site with a patio and it did not disappoint! The site was clean and we had tons of room. We enjoyed the pool and fishing in the creek. We can’t wait to come back with friends!!

We had a very nice time at the campground. The site we stayed in (62) needs a little work. The retaining wall is falling apart and the site is all dirt, very little stone left. The roads in and out could use some upgrading too. They are very hard to walk on and even harder to ride bikes on...repaving them in the off season would make the campground so much more user friendly. Pool was great.

The campground was very nice! The amenities were great and the staff was very friendly. We were a bit disappointed with the condition of the bathrooms throughout our stay. As nice as the rest of the campground was we definitely expected cleaner bathrooms. We also would have appreciated a warning that the main road into camp has a length restriction of 28feet. It made getting there challenging.

Great campground! Nice setting and very well kept. Good location. Just a quick 2 night stay to visit Longwood Gardens and some nearby relatives. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the amenities.

We stayed here in October. The campground was well kept and peaceful. The sites were lovely with pretty views. We plan to return soon.

Excellent place to camp or bring your RV in the outskirts of Philly. About an hour from the city. Wooded area. Swimmimg pool, activities for kids, overall good place. The management was also excellet and accomodating.
