Even though the weekend was a complete washout the KOA staff were always cheerful and very helpful. Bathrooms were kept very clean too!

Insanely overpriced for horrible sites in the middle of nowhere. It’s a muddy parking lot with hook ups. They use Philadelphia in their name but it’s over an hour away. Truly not worth the stay. Empty on weekends and loud drunks fill it on weekends.

The staff was absolutely fantastic!! The entire campground was so clean, and very well maintained. I was able to score a site late in the game for the Memorial Day weekend, which it did rain most of the weekend. I do wish the site we were on had a bit more stone on it , due to the rains it looks like we were right in the drainage area, which wasn't so good, But rain is rain. No biggie.

tent campsites are way too close together, and have absolutely no privacy, or trees... the people next to me were basically on top of me, and were up all night on a Thursday night being loud and obnoxious/ yelling at their kids. bathrooms were ok, dated. Campground itself was nice, with a lot of amenities, but you should have options to pay a lower price for a tent site with less amenities

No issues were encountered. The campground was clean and safe, other occupants and staff were all friendly and helpful. I wish the pool had opened a day early because the weather was warm on Thursday but rainy and cool on Friday!

Nice park. Helpful staff. Pennsylvania country roads doable, but big rigs must be careful.

This is a nice quiet campground, picturesque and hilly. Good sized level sites, nice pool area and playground. A work in progress and somewhat dusty. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The location was nice, and the staff was amazing. Very clean. Only challenge was getting our 5th wheel coach to the KOA location. Lots of twists and turns on narrow roads, and some routes had overpasses too low to pass through.

We had a nice pull thru site, #50. Not a lot of shade in the morning. Overall very nice clean campsite.

Our stay was amazing, we only got to stay one night but we will be back! The park was so clean and there was so much to do. The kids LOVED the play ground, there was so much for them to do and we hiked on the trails and cant wait to come back and go fishing.

Nice camp ground with a lot of activities and amenities. Very friendly staff as well. This was our first trip with our new camper and we will definitely stay again in the future.

Favorite campground. Gary, Lori and the entire staff are awesome. The place is absolutely beautiful and very welcoming. The owners invest in the campground and it shows. So relaxing. We love it and go as often as possible. Thanks for a great getaway!

Very nice campground and helpful staff. The site was great and the area was beautiful! The only problem was the price. The price was too much but we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was fine. Our site (54) was awful and the most expensive in the campground. We could never really get level and the sewer connection was uphill from the trailer connection. The site sits out in the middle of other sites on one side and the cabins on the other. No afternoon shade at all. No privacy. The campground itself was clean and well maintained. It was quiet. We will not be returning.

We appreciate your comments and will use them to improve ourselves. The site mentioned, with all full hookup sites, the sewer connection is above ground level to prevent rain water from entering the sewer system. Also, site 54 is on an end which is preferred by many of our regulars.

Accesss was a little difficult but otherwise everything was awesome. Love the Adirondack chairs and fire pit. Neat clean tidy and not as jammed in as other KOAs, river access was great. Friendly helpful people, store also was great mix of needs and souvenir

Clean place. Internet needs work. And need to restock plastic bags for the dog park so i could police up after my dogs. Or better yet shovel and can to dump wast.

1st timer RVers, we decided to find a local campground to figure out how everything with how the RV works and campground life. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the campground and bathhouses, the friendly demeanor of the staff, and the kid friendly amenities. We already booked another stay for June, and plan to be back many times.

It’s just so hard getting to and from the KOA with big rigs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rest rooms were very clean.

almost empty campground and they put me next to construction. no tours to philly. sewer drainage higher than RV( all outlets i noticed) causing backup and damage to my system.

Lovely site along the river. Idyllic view of a farm across the river. Very quiet mid week in spring was very quiet. Convenient to Longwood Gardens.

We were looking for a campground 6-7 hours from home for the last leg of our journey. This place fit the bill! Very nice site with everything we needed on site. We will certainly return on our next journey but stay more than one night.

You have a great little campground. Very convenient for visiting family in Philadelphia but far enough out so we didn't feel like we were camping in the suburbs. Very convenient for visiting RV retailers in the New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania area which included lovely drives through the Amish countryside. State Rd. 162 must be quite the adventure for people with 5th wheels though.

They kept the place clean, and are improving some sites. Our pre-season three week stay was marred by many dogs barking at odd times, which kept our own two dogs (inside our motorhome) distressed. A constant barking from a dog woke me up before 7 AM one day (quiet hours are until 8 AM). It appears to be a kid and pet friendly park.

We had a great time the grounds were clean, and quiet time was very well respected I campers in the area. Nice nature walk along the river and everyone that works at the camp ground were pleasant �

There is nothing bad to say about this place. Beautiful site, great amenities, very accommodating staff. The playground was a wonderful upgrade and it’s obvious they are continuing to update more about the campground. We will certainly be back!

The biggest problem with this KOA is getting to it on the back country roads of Chester County.

Our site was very nice and there were plenty of activities to do. Looks like a fair amount of sites being updated and upgraded which will keep us coming back.

We stayed here in October. The campground was well kept and peaceful. The sites were lovely with pretty views. We plan to return soon.

Excellent place to camp or bring your RV in the outskirts of Philly. About an hour from the city. Wooded area. Swimmimg pool, activities for kids, overall good place. The management was also excellet and accomodating.
