Nice amenities but man is this campground LOUD. I wouldn't return.

Only complaint is that the grassy areas were overgrown and the pot holes definitely needed repairing!

The staff was friendly. There were plenty of activities and a playground and pool that the kids loved. Most sites that I could see were easy to get into and had a decent amount of space. We appreciated the trash pickup every day at 10 am and 6 pm. We were close enough to the Old Mill to walk there for dinner. Beautiful area and a great campground.

Way over crowded. Very noisy throughout the night. Traffic in front of the exit makes it hard to get access to the road. Impossible to make a left hand turn.

The campground was great and all the staff was very friendly. Charlie showed me around for or future stay and enjoyed talking with him.

Really loud traffic noise throughout the night. Heavy traffic, extremely hard to exit the park.

The maintenance staff was amazing, very friendly and out going towards any needs we may have. Michael, charles and D always stopped to say hello and assist during our arrival, camp site move and departing. Very well needed family vacation, we will definitely return.

Pros- location! Lazy River/pool, and hot tub area are very nice! Nice playground area for the kids Friendly staff Cons-shower area was odd, shared by men and women. No way I’m letting my 14 year old daughter shower there. No Internet All but 1 soap dispenser worked in the mens room. More than half the sinks didn’t work in the mens room. Campground was tight, Rigs very close together.

Was very disappointed in the restrooms/bathhouse. The restrooms only had two stalls with the urinal being out of order. This caused numerous waits to use the facilities. The bath house was not very clean.

It was great! The pool was too cold though and it would have been nice to have some music outside at the pool but our cabin was clean and the bed was super comfortable. We had a really nice time.

Tight getting to our site with cars/trucks park on side of roads. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay & the friendliness of the KOA employees.

We stayed in DC9. The beds were so uncomfortable and on top of loud metal boxes. There was black mold on the shower curtain and the tub had hair all over. We had to call to get sheets for the pull out bed. The floor didn’t appear to be swept before our arrival. Wifi didn’t always work. The playground was great for our kids and the location is great but we won’t be back.

First time staying there. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks to all the staff. You all are great. We highly recommend this campground. We will return.

KOA staff and workers are very courteous and kind. The park is chaos as things are parked all over. It’s difficult to maneuver through. They do have escorts to help you get to your spot but it’s just crazy. Cars, trucks, utility trailers just all over. It really takes away from the park.

Too many small tight spots. Had to pay for a second car and barely any place to park it. Wi-Fi/cable not working and lazy river definitely not heated! Would be nice to have some kind of café or at least fountain drinks in the store and maybe music at the pool for better atmosphere. I do like the new larger spots they are putting in by patriot park and the creek.

I was really blown away by all the little details down to the extra hooks in the clean bathroom. Despite being in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge, the campsite wasn't too loud and birds were chirping. The camp store was extremely well stocked, the air conditioner in the cabin worked great, the beds were very comfortable. Whatever cleaner had been used before our stay smelled so nice. THANKS!

This campground is very nice . You have dog parks. Lots of area to walk. The week we stayed there the young kids riding motorized toys made the time stressful. You had to watch when you tried to walk because they did not care if you were there or not. I truly felt that someone was going to be hit by a car because they buzz out in front of them in the evening when new people were coming in

To say this Kampground is great is an understatement! It's AMAZING! CLEAN, COMFY, FRIENDLY! I will never stay anywhere else in Pigeon Forge again! As a family of 6 we fit perfectly in the deluxe cabin. The pool/lazy river was warm in April! The showers were so clean! Staff was so friendly! Gem mining & playground was PERFECT for the kids! 11/10!!! Close & convenient to everything too!

One evening the pool was closed before posted hours, there no sign posted as to why and no one answered from the office. Restrooms were not cleaned at all on Sunday and they were disgusting.

I called twice before arriving at this KOA. My son & I tried to get sites together. We were at site 59 my Son was on site 19. There was a site adjacent to ours that was only occupied for one night during our stay. I would hope in the future your employees would make every attempt to accommodate families traveling such a distance. I do look forward to camping at this location in the future.

The staff and camp ground as a whole is great. Just the sites are SUPER SMALL. And no room for kids to play outside at the camp site. The playground is awesome but it’s nice for the kids to have some room to play at the site.

Great campground. Located close to lots of attractions if you want to venture out, but it’s also nice just to hang around the site. We will be back!

Simon, who handled the kids activities, was a true gem! He made our kids weekend. The morning train rides are the best. He didn’t just monitor activities, he participated and encouraged all the kids around to join. We also enjoyed the heated pool, it was mid 60’s and sunny most of our stay but the pool was warm enough to keep the kids happy! This was our 1st stay but it won’t be our last!

Campground was very well maintained and clean, cabin was cozy yet spacious and had wonderful amenities, new lazy river and hot tub area was a great treat after a long day out and about. Staff could have been friendlier but they were gearing up for Rod Runs so it was understandable. We will definitely return!

My kids had such a great time! This was the best KOA I have ever stayed at! The kids loved the pool, lazy river, jumping pillow, Gaga ball, and playground options. I want to give special recognition to Simon. I hurt my leg and rented a golf cart to get around the campground with the kids. Since I was the only adult he delivered and picked up the golf cart to my cabin since I couldn’t walk fa

Sites are cramped. Disappointed that the walkway to the park was closed. We usually stayed in those sites next to Patriot Park. Loved being able to walk to the park and Old Mill. Our grandson barely got to get on the jump pad because of big kids. The sign said it was for ALL, but that wasn't the case. Just disappointing. I don't like that only limited # of reward points can be used per visit.

We were quite disappointed this time. Play ground equipment broken and not repaired. Rental kid's trikes that squeak loudly and are very hard to pedal. Unrepaired pot holes in the pavement. Maintenance seems to be declining while the prices keep rising. We will be staying at another rv park next year.
