Was very disappointed in the restrooms/bathhouse. The restrooms only had two stalls with the urinal being out of order. This caused numerous waits to use the facilities. The bath house was not very clean.

It was great! The pool was too cold though and it would have been nice to have some music outside at the pool but our cabin was clean and the bed was super comfortable. We had a really nice time.

We stayed in DC9. The beds were so uncomfortable and on top of loud metal boxes. There was black mold on the shower curtain and the tub had hair all over. We had to call to get sheets for the pull out bed. The floor didn’t appear to be swept before our arrival. Wifi didn’t always work. The playground was great for our kids and the location is great but we won’t be back.

I was really blown away by all the little details down to the extra hooks in the clean bathroom. Despite being in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge, the campsite wasn't too loud and birds were chirping. The camp store was extremely well stocked, the air conditioner in the cabin worked great, the beds were very comfortable. Whatever cleaner had been used before our stay smelled so nice. THANKS!

To say this Kampground is great is an understatement! It's AMAZING! CLEAN, COMFY, FRIENDLY! I will never stay anywhere else in Pigeon Forge again! As a family of 6 we fit perfectly in the deluxe cabin. The pool/lazy river was warm in April! The showers were so clean! Staff was so friendly! Gem mining & playground was PERFECT for the kids! 11/10!!! Close & convenient to everything too!

Campground was very well maintained and clean, cabin was cozy yet spacious and had wonderful amenities, new lazy river and hot tub area was a great treat after a long day out and about. Staff could have been friendlier but they were gearing up for Rod Runs so it was understandable. We will definitely return!

My kids had such a great time! This was the best KOA I have ever stayed at! The kids loved the pool, lazy river, jumping pillow, Gaga ball, and playground options. I want to give special recognition to Simon. I hurt my leg and rented a golf cart to get around the campground with the kids. My standard cabin was numbered incorrectly. After 40 minutes and a phone call I found it. Their response was one word "ok". Every cabin had a parking spot except mine. The next closest spot was labeled Deluxe Cabins Only. Each night I was left hoping to get a parking spot next to my cabin or walk a football field away. Several new campsites were being constructed. Perhaps they should fix parking.

We had a wonderful stay! We have kids and the amount of things to do here is what made us choose this campground! Park, pool, hot tub, and daily activities is what made it so fun.

Was not what I was expecting. Had ants crawling all over the cabin the entire stay. Tried to check in a couple minutes early only to be told that they would call me. Never received a call my husband had to go in an hour later wondering when we can. Put burgers on propane grill when it ran out of propane. After waiting an hour had to call after hour number to get a propane tank.

I was disappointed with the cabin we rented, there was trash and cigarette butter around the cabin, so I had to clean those up myself. We were at the back of the grounds and the trash was not picked up for 3 days and the bathroom in that part was not cleaned often, we stayed for 4 nights.

Would have given five stars, but there were a lot of bugs in our cabin. We had to kill a dozen plus some nights. We stored all our food in airtight containers and washed all dishes immediately so it wasn’t from that.

Cabin was good nice pool etc. staff was extremely rude in the office- all 6-7 times I went in during my 3 night stay. They all looked annoyed very unhelpful etc. and the bathrooms were horrible- soap dispensers confusing locks hard to slide, stalls way too close together and showers made for people 4 feet tall max (I am 5 “4) had to bend way down to get under the shower and the dressing area too

We loved our stay so much and glad we became members of koa. The cabin was nice.... Kids loved the activities, the pool and play ground. We will definitely stay again there!

We really enjoyed the deluxe cabin. The heater kept us warm when is snowed and we enjoyed the grounds. Everything was simple and close by. The cabin was clean and nice.

We were not informed of the construction which was very annoying. The cabin wasn’t as nice as the last one. Such as the bedroom door wouldn’t close because it seemed broken, there wasn’t a hair dryer, the towels were stained, the doors had marks all over them which would have probably came off with a Clorox wipe.. Also had people walking up and looking in our cabin. Was not pleased this time

The cabin was not in very good condition the bathrrom door was broken as well as the bed. The mattress for the pull out couch was extremely nasty with stains and did not have any beeding.

Disappointed in the pool. We swam last year when it was 40 outside you could see the steam come off the water. That’s one of the things that attracted us back. It was not heated this time. Also, my husband is on oxygen and we never got to park in our spot the camper beside of us parked in ours instead of in front of theirs. But other than that we still loved it and will be back.

Absolutely loved staying in one of the deluxe cabins for a week. We had a great time and the park has nice amenities for the kids and super easy access to everything the area has to offer.

We had a great time. My 10 year old daughter and I stayed in cabin 306 for 5 nights. It’s a good, clean, quiet, organized campground. Would definitely stay here again in the future. My daughter loved the hot tub and swimming pool area.

The KOA was great! There were a lot of amenities and things for the kids to do. They even had daily activities scheduled. The cabins are nice. Just beware they are tiny. Our cabin did have ants. I talked to the front desk and let them know. They said they would take care of them, but you never did go away. Anything else we need, the staff did get right away.

Simon was amazing with the children on all of the activities. A rude guy demanded a train ride for his kids and Simon was off. They called him in to give the kids a ride and he came right on in with no complaints. Other staff was also accommodating for us. We will be back.

Our deluxe cabin had an ant problem in the bathroom all over the bathtub wall and all over the kitchen area and kitchen table. I got an ant in my eyeball it hurt. The website said there was disc golf and there was only a couple baskets not even able to use because stuff was in the way. No bean bags or balls for the yard games area, the box was empty.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hot tub stayed packed, but we were able to get in one night. I love that the pool is heated and open year round. It would have been nice to of had floats for the lazy river though! We stayed in a camping cabin, and did not have room (or the forethought) to bring floats. We will definitely be back!

Your folks not paying close attention to detail. Bathroom over head light and one over the sink was out, bathroom door hinges bent loose couldn’t hardly open the door, piece of zucchini laying by the trash can, area by table not swept good. Doesn’t seem folks are trained very well but due to covid everyone’s hurt for employees. Even check out morning wasn’t asked how it was or anything.

My favorite KOA. However, I will say this time around the grounds were not kept as nicely and the cabin was not as thoroughly cleaned as I have enjoyed in the past. There were no storage containers for food, no strainer.

The mattress on the queen bed had a dip in it making sleep difficult. Also when neighbors were gone, they tied their dog to a rail outside and it barked constantly. Otherwise everything else was okay.

We stayed in the Deluxe cabin. The cabin was great. The park has a lot of activities for anyone staying at the camp. The location is also great to access pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. We arrived late and needed to call the after hours number. One of the staff came by and led us to the location of the cabin.

Overall very pleased. Very clean but having said that, because of the snow it left us with a lot of mud. I would recommend filling these areas with rock. That would be our only complaint. Otherwise we were impressed!! Rated a 9 and a 4 because of all the mud that made a real mess with the dog and kids.

We absolutely loved it there. The only complaint I would have is the guard around the bottom of the door was broken and where it snowed it got super cold in the front room of the cabin. Otherwise we will be back!!!
