We stayed in a deluxe cabin. We were really impressed with the cabin. It was so cozy and bright, didn’t feel as small as we were anticipating. Great amenities.

This KOA is great for many reasons. They allow single nights, The allow tents, vans, campers and so on. They are centrally located to everything in Pigeon Forge. The staff is second to none. The amenities are great and well kept.

Highly recommend. This is a great site with lots to do. Very clean. The only thing I would complain about it the wifi connection. It was very slow and alot of my devices or apps wouldn't load such as Netflix. Was told it's because there is alot of people using it at once.

Love the campground. I only have a couple of requests to make it perfect: 1. Please put more gravel at the river spots at the corners. 2nd year we have used those spots and the mud is pretty bad. 2. Please stop people from parking cars blocking the roads. Getting out in the am is tough with a trailer due to cars sticking into the road.

We stayed in a cabin without a bathroom and it was cozy and clean. We loved the firepit on the deck and the ability to bring our dogs for such a low fee. Close to everything in Pigeon Forge also. The only problem were the showers were full of mud and disgusting all 3 days. Maintenance checked on the bathrooms and kept them super clean. I wish they would do the same with the showers!

Good park, lots of things to do, close by area attractions. Cons, some of the rv spots are really close together, we were 2 feet from the slide outs on one side to another rv, and it was muddy in a lot of places due to a lack of gravel

Great place to stay with kids activities but we decided to extend our stay for one more night and the rate they charged was almost 50% more than previous nights. He said it's because of the upcoming Christmas holiday. Not sure if I'll come back because of this. (I also rented an additional cabin on extra night and they had to sleep in clothes because it was so cold in there.)

We enjoyed our stay and our site was great; however, there was a lot of mud in the area we had to park. KOA put out straw when my husband called which helped some but it gravel needs to be added for long term. We also had several sets of neighbors who were extremely loud both early in the mornings and late at night. We will be back as the facility is nice and the staff was friendly.

Cabin was fine. Floors had stains on them and we were missing a curtain by the kids bunks. My husband also had to fix the strip at the bottom of the door that kept the air from flowing in under the door. The worst part was the showers were nasty! No mats to stand on and the shower curtain was ripped and the floor wad filthy! The play area was amazing for the children!!

I stay in October wanted to stay in same spot the lady tell me an October that I would have the same spot for December so whenever I called December to try coming in early they moved me to a different spot then what I was actually set up for very upset unpleased but still like coming down staying with y'all don't like being told one thing then somebody says computer does another next time be true

We had a great stay. We had a deluxe pet patio site with paw pen. That's a genius idea and wish every campground had that option. My only suggestion would be a bigger sign on the paw pen letting other campers know that pen is for that site only. We had several other campers come over and put their dogs in our pen and didn't clean up the poop. Besides that, it was a great stay!! We will be back!

I asked three times to make sure we would have linens when we arrived and it was marked that we rented linens,we arrived at 11:30 pm exhausted from drive and no linens in cabin.Had to call after hours to bring sheets.Heated pool wasn’t working and no one told us during reservations or check in.mess trying to rent the kids bike.Waterhouse at dump station soaks you from top of hose when turned on

Great location in relation to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Lovely service and camp store. Our pull through site was right next to the road so it was quite loud, but traffic wasn’t too bad at night.

The office personnel were outstanding. The campground and our site were barely acceptable. Our site did not allow use of hookups due to a large tree with no room for our slide, also the sites are so close its like sharing them. Our concrete was broken, mudholes in our walk space, broken asphalt throughout park, all the games are broken, dirty, and missing parts, pool heater broken. Not returning.

Campground is clean and nice but our site was on the river and had mud puddles and netting full of leaves that had not been picked up. Tripping hazard. The location is great as far as walking to Old Mill and shops but this time of year very noisy. Maybe after the holidays it would be better. Did not sleep for 3 days.
