We have a camper but in the winter we will rent a cabin without a bathroom and have never had an issue until this last time. Our heater in the cabin didn’t work, I called the office which was closed. The next morning we asked for a space heater they didn’t have one or didn’t try to accommodate us. The bathroom/showers were so nasty. I’ve never ever seen it like that before.

WE loved our campsite, we stayed here in December, there was Christmas decorations everywhere. Our site was level we stayed in 135. This was so close to Dollywood too which we had tickets for. There is a big park to walk dogs next to the campground. I would definitely come back.

Super friendly staff... it was our first time staying at a campground with our new RV. Very nice facility and we were able to use the trolley to go to Dollywood. We went in December so didn't get to use some of the summer amenities. Definitely going back!

I love this KOA!! The location couldn’t be more perfect. We stayed in site 408 right on the river with a patio and table. Being Right next to Patriot Park was a plus and you could walk to The Old Mill restaurant one of my favorites. Dollywood is only approximately 4 miles down the street. We will definitely be back.

Our 4th visit. My kids love the heated lazy river but it was not working. It would have been nice to know before we booked or before we arriv d to we could reschedule. This book as a trip for my kids birthday and they were disappointed. Also, the gravity rail has needed maintenance nsince weve been coming here (at least a year) and you can feel the electrical current from the power lines.

A lot of the kids things were broken, the swing , basketballs were flat , the jumping pillow was flat, and the off leash dog park fence was broken

Beautiful camp ground and customer service was great. Site 158 was very un level So much my auto level wouldn’t Even work. paying for a pull thru site would have rather had a back in level site. Was also very tight getting to our site with a 37 foot bumper pull. I’ll stay here again but next time I’ll make sure I lock my site and know what I’m getting before I arrive

We really like the Gatlinburg KOA and have stayed there a few times. There are many things for the kids to do and nice campsites. However, this time I wasn’t as impressed with the showers in the bath house. I went to the same shower with my small son 2 days in a row and the toilet and floors were disgusting. I could understand once, but two days means it wasn’t cleaned in over 24 hours.

We stayed a couple of nights while traveling to meet with friends. The site was fine (not great). Very convenient to the area and local sites of interest. The biggest problem was trying to get into and out of the Campground. Traffic is never ending and trying to get in and out is a challenge at best.

We really liked how the KOA at Pigeon Forge was convenient to the park and all the stuff along the main drag and Gatlinburg. The price was more than fair and the cabin was comfortable. I really liked the kamping kitchen offering a stove top range and dish washing sink with actual hot water! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

In the cabin, there was a door that was broken off and there was writing on the door. Also in the bunk beds there was socks and other items left from the previous campers. The floor was extremely dirty, our feet were black from the floor.

This was our second stay at KOA. The first time was in our RV and it was great! This time we rented one of the cabins and we loved it! Definitely will be returning.

We stayed at spot #91. It was a difficult back in. The campers are really close but we loved every second we were there!

The staff is always great. The bathhouse near the river Was not cleaned everyday. The men's bathroom has blood above the urinal on the wall that was there the entire time we stayed. There was hardly any water pressure to wash your hands. Also the roads around the campground are getting bad and need repaired. Other than those minor things everything else Was good.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Camp site location was great no problems backing in. Heated pool wasn't working due to being down for a broken part on back order but that is beyond there control. Was a great stay will definitely be using again its our 3rd trip at this koa

Love staying here at pigeon forge KOA. Our campsite was toward the back of campground, but close to restrooms. We enjoyed how quiet it was in the area. Appreciated the frequent texts regarding weather conditions. Was looking forward to floating in the lazy river pool, only to discover it was ice cold...brrr! Was also disappointed that the discount we had received for Dec. camping no longer there.

Our stay at the KOA was a first time for use in our bran new grand design. We will be going back sometime in March. Unfortunately, it rained all day, so we didn’t get to enjoy everything that this KOA had to offer. I did not however see a handicap shower stall. Not saying that one was not present I just did not see one. Being an amputee it would have been very convenient to have this luxury.

There were a lot of people working but the bathrooms were dirty, showers were not cleaned for the 3 days we stayed. There was a log showing where people checked the bathrooms but only stayed two minutes. The pool was broken but we were not told it was broken, we were told it was heated to 75 degrees but it was not working, later maintenance told us the pool was broken for over a week. Disappointed

Cabin was great. Beds were comfortable. Fire pit was great. Hospitality was outstanding. Play areas were REALLY nice. Pool was beautiful. Nice quiet setting but close to main parkway.

Would have been much higher but bathrooms were not good.? Only a slight dribble of water coming out of faucets… couldn’t rinse toothbrush! Great location!

We like the location next to the park. The office and bathroom facilities are very adequate. The lots aren't as large as we like, but are nice.

Always enjoy our stay at this campground. Friendly staff and clean facilities. We request site 117 when we stay in December. We have a rear living/dining room and love seeing the Christmas lights at Patriot Park.

They have wonderful amenities. Close to all the attractions. Cabin was very nice and clean. My only suggestion is camping cabin mattress needs updated.
