The pool’s heater needs to be fixed or at least notify people that it’s not working prior to arrival. We chose this campground in December because of outdoor heated pool.

Enjoyed the stay and the location. Very friendly staff. My only criticism is the amount of muddy areas that should be filled in with gravel or something!!

The only reason I didn’t give too rating was due to the cleanliness of the cabin. We have an 8 month old, who can crawl, and after being on the ground for a few minutes, her legs and top of her feet that rubbed against the floor were black. Even the bottom of our socks quickly turned black.

Beautiful park had a great time. Only complaint I have is lot 71 at night vehicle lights shine right on you when their checking in.

Would have been a perfect score but went all the way there only to find that the heater in the pool was “broken.” Children were looking forward to being able to swim in December. Without the pool heater working that was not possible. There are many other places we could have stayed where the kids could have swam but since we didn’t know that the heater wasn’t working it didn’t happen.

The cabin we stayed in was very nice but the-on demand hot water was terrible, it started off ok but I was stuck with soap in my hair a few times. The water just didn’t stay hot!

love this place. It is so conveniant to everything we enjoy doing and seeing We are not big Gatlinburg fans because of the crowds so we basically stay and shop in Pigeon Forge or Severiville. Thank you for a clean, park and discounted tickets to all the things we love to do. See you next spring. Joy Reagor

We enjoyed ate stay at KOA . The camp ground was clean , bathhouse clean workers and other campers were very friendly. We will definitely come back for another stay , Thank you.

Sheets weren’t Changes before out stay and dried up contacts on night stand from past guest.

The campground it’s self was wonderful… the office employees could be a little friendlier at check in and when you have questions about things inside the store.

I accidentally left a sentimental blanket church gave me folded and left on the corner of the bed. Within 30 min of cleaners starting the room they said blanket was GONE???

We stayed 4 nights. It was a nice clean well kept facility. I would recommend this place! Their play area for kids was exceptional The pool area was great also. And the camp store had anything you could want. Highly recommend!

We had the best time. I was very pleased with how friendly the staff was, the endless amount of things for my daughter to do, & the cleanliness of the entire place. We can’t wait to be back next year!

We loved staying at KOA Pigeon Forge. Everything was so convenient, restaurants, transportation and entertainment. We will diffently recommend it to our friends and will go back.

We stayed in a tent over the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Very clean facilities and friendly staff. Perfect location to still experience everything!

Tends to be very noisy early in the morning due to road noise. Front spots near the pool area are tight and hard to maneuver. Because it is rather difficult to pick a specific spot we will most likely stay at the new Margaretville RV resort next time.

We were there Dec.1 to Dec4. The campground,out buildings(bathrooms, laundry, etc.) were clean.People in the office area were very friendly and helpful. The extras like the pool and play areas looked very nice....little chilly for the pool at this time of year. Site area was very nice(level and shady) and neighboring campers quiet.

Overall the stay was good. Location was close to attractions and sites were clean. Only detraction was there was little privacy from neighboring campers.

Top notch! Clean cabin, fun atmosphere, great for the the kids. Staff went above and beyond, even bringing us an air compressor in the middle of the night to pump up a flat tire! Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

First time staying here and we enjoyed it. We had to move from our original site due to not having enough room for our slides, but they were nice to let us choose from 2 other sites to move to. We plan on getting a premium site in the future—they seem really nice and lots of room!

Great place to stay. Near everything. Only two minor issues- mold in shower on curtain wasn’t clean. And please label heater turn offs. Took several tries to get heat to turn off. Maybe a issue with the switch (cabin 307) Will definitely be back! We had a great week!!! Thanks so much!

I don’t normally stay at KOA’s. I will consider them now as an option if they were all like the Pigeon Forge location.

It was a nice 2 day stay. Its close to the trolley and shopping right around the corner. The staff was very helpful. The only down side was its a little confusing trying to exit the premises. The roads are pretty narrow and a few dead ends where its hard to maneuver a large RV. The staff did help us backout and find our way out. Thanks again to the guys who helped us. It was greatly appreciated.

We have spent the last 20 plus Novembers here, and could not even think of staying anywhere else. A number one!!!!!!!!! (side note I was not allowed to reserve next years visit in the same site, I have in past years been allowed to)

We were there for a week starting Halloween weekend, as expected, it was busy and full with lots of kids and activities that weekend but quieted down that Monday after. Most respected quiet hrs but there was one family that didn't understand that concept. Bathrooms were clean, store was stocked, staff was friendly n helpful. Spaces were snug but staff helped to get us in. Would go back and soon!
