We only had a short stay but the Campground was clean and right at the end of Pigeon Forge on the National Park side. This put us in the middle of the area and close to both restaurants and beautiful hikes.

Two big problems. WIFI would not work. It was very overloaded. Did not live up to site advertising Second issue-there was a big mud hole where we had to park. Aside from that the campground was nice. Will definitely return.

Was a great stay, campground people were great patrons. the place is nice and clean, perfect location. Like the fact that they will send you weather updates to be prepare. Sites were great size. the only negative was on site 54, the water spigot was to close to the ground and had to get an adapter for the hose. Other than that, 100% enjoy the area. I'll Recommend it.

Very helpful staff members in the store and the maintenance crews , helpful in getting our camper backed into site and prompt about picking up trash

We stay every Thanksgiving and this year was very different. We choose to stay here because of the heated pool year around and the ease of rebooking for the following year. I was very upset that the pool was not as warm as years past and that we were told we could not book for next year yet. Also the black friday deal didnt happen either. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER THIS TIME

The light didn’t work in the main bedroom the windows wouldn’t lock and the floors were horrible and dirty! Other than that it was amazing!!

Staff that was encountered during stay, not very upbeat. Shower house very dirty all 3 days. Worst I’ve seen at a KOA.

Awesome staff and grounds. Sites are little small but overall a great place to stay. Love the the text feature for getting firewood and asking questions.

We were late getting in and leaving early in the morning due to traffic on the highways but they took really good care of us for the one night. We will be back for sure to spend a at least 3 nights there.... Thank you

The restrooms and showers were not maintained as well as in the past. Blood spots were in one of the showers. Hair collecting around the toilets. Disappointed but overall still a nice quiet and safe campground. Miss the Thanksgiving dinner. Sorry we can no longer book next year before leaving. One of the pluses for KOA is booking a year out.

We rented two cabins and a campsite. We had 10 people with us. The cabins were next to each other and the campsite was close as well. It is obvious that the staff cared about our experience there. The cabins were clean and cozy and everything worked! The staff inside the store/check-in facility were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. We started enjoying our time there as soon as we met them!

This KOA property is AMAZING. Plenty of kids activities and a heated pool. The only improvement that needs to be made is adding more gravel to campsites where there is poor drainage and water build up. It makes the area very muddy and hard to navigate around the site and driveway.

New area in the bottom that was converted form tent camping to RV was not thought out very well. Had to park my truck in overflow area and the lot wasn't big enough for my camper. Have 39 foot in a spot that was convenient for 30 foot or less. Muddy area along with bad placement of fire pits on the opposite side of my space which was 222 made it nearly impossible to get my camper in position.

This was our third trip to the campground and we love it there. Great location. The camp store has a lot of options if you need anything.

This is a great campground if you want to be close to all the action in Pigeon Forge and if you have kids. The heated pool and lazy river and playground are all excellent. The bathrooms are very nice and cleaned regularly. The tram that runs to Dollywood & Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg has a pick up location right at the campground, very convenient.

We stayed in a KOA Kabin. Everything was great except the mattress. Location, amenities, private porch, staff, everything was great except the flat bony mattress. We'll be back soon but will be bringing our own mattress topper.

Sites are extremely tiny. No room to park your vehicle without putting it in the middle of your site. Extremely disappointed especially for the price. Will NEVER be back and neither will the 6 other groups that joined us!

We love koa it's really convenient to the shops and restaurants, I would rather stay at koa than any other campground, apparently everyone else feels the same as I do it's always busy and you really half to book ahead

The bath houses were dirty. We were charged for an extra night and I am not sure why. We did receive a refund but of course that takes a couple days to happen.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Nice campground with easy acess to most attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Looking forward to our next visit.

We booked in July and requested campsites near each other. We had 22 and 149 which couldn’t have been much further apart. When I inquired at the desk how to help us be more succcessful next time she said we can lock in sights … would have been helpful to know but it truly couldn’t have been easier to put us nearby each other !! Cory / Cody rude. Bathrooms weren’t cleaned on thanksgiving

I have come here for three years in a row for thanksgiving we have a great time here shopping and hiking. Only disappointment is that there are no assigned parking spots to the cabins and I had to park so far away! They could also use another set of restrooms/bathhouses Other than that we love the koa and area

We had the Most Wonderful 20 days, at KOA Pigeon Forge crom 11/4 to 11/25. The Campgrounds were Excellent and Supplied All of Our Needs and it is so Well Maintained. It is so Centrally Located to Ali of the Attractions and Food Venues. The Staff is Top Notch and Always So Helpful. A Big Shout Out to Shawn. The Only thing that could have been better, was the Water Quality.

Everything was good. The heated pool was great. The parks were great, except there were some missing activity parts and broken things around camp amenities. I would stay again.

We love the KOA but feel some of the sites and roads are very difficult for larger RVs to get in even though they are assigned to the sites.

Great campground. Need to check more on visitors pets. I have little black pug. Took hut er for walk. She was attacked by German dog .Was not hurt. Person couldn't control their dog. It really upset. Us

We were in site 179 and it was a very nice site. My only complaint is it’s way to close to the road. Very noisy.

The campgrounds roads DESPERATELY need directional arrows painted on the roads , its a mess . I even saw rhe escort cause a truck backingi.in a camper to jacknife and be up against a tree when, if he had come from the right direction he could have easily backed in. I even saw the KOA escorts bring campers in the wrong direction where Canpers could back into there sites the easiest way.

Gravity rail was broke, my kids were looking forward to it. Just didn’t seem warm and friendly this time. Restaurant was closed but campground was full, could have made a lot of money this past weekend as a lot of people wishing it was open. Front desk personnel weren’t overly friendly.

Great location. It was easy to get to nearby attractions, quite a few within walking distance. Campground was clean and the staff was helpful.
