When we arrived, the person in staff designated to bring us to our site basically dumped us there and left. We were assigned a site the was too small for our RV and the people parked behind us were about 5 feet into ours. We were told they were leaving in the morning and there wasn’t anything they would do. We had to demand they ask the other RV to move so we could fit. Among other things.

Stay and parking spot was as expected. Bathrooms were very clean. Tons of playground stuff if you have younger kids. Only minor issue is cable hookup didn’t work. I texted the help line as they requested and never got a response. Not a big enough issue for me to go to the office. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Overall for as much as this KOA charges per night to park your own RV their wireless service is not adequate and buffs a lot. The park had a lot of mud all over it. The people at the counter for the check-in service where not very friendly. Didn't even make eye contact with us. They said someone would come and guide us to our lot, we waiting forever.

Sites were very small and the single lane road wasnt my favorite. Didnt like how you couldnt back your truck all the way in the site to unhook and held up traffic. Store was closed each time we went up their to buy stuff despite the website hours. Was clean and staff was friendly just too small.

Spaces are too tight for large units. When slides almost touch that’s too close. Roads need improvement bathrooms were ok.

We had a great time, but the spots were very crowded and close together. It’s hard to find your way around without any signage saying where the spot numbers are located.

Our cabin was#316. It was dark when we got there. We noticed Rv’s were being escorted to their sights. No one offered to show us. It is very dark where the cabins are. We did not even have a flashlight to help find any kind of numbers in the cabins. The little light given with the keys did not work. We actually found other guests and together we all located #316. Two roaches found in our cabin

Good location. Drive to Great Smokey Mountains is crazy. Dumbfounded by the traffic in the area. We’d stay again.

Stayed in cabin 307, had to walk about 100 yards from parking spot . Pathway and steps not lighted at all, very dangerous at night. The rate that you pay, you would think new linens would be supplied over a four night stay, no they were not. You had to go exchange your towels at the office. No beds were changed during this time as well. Pretty much, you were left to take care of yourself.

The people were very nice. The campground was okay, but our site 86 was terrible. We had to park in mud when we got there and when it rained Sunday night it was awlful. Mud and more mud. The campsite is not wide enough. WiFi was terrible!!!!! Very disappointed. Worst KOA we have stayed at. If I ever came back, would want a better site.

This location is very busy and right on main road. Sadly we were put in a lot that backed up to the entrance drive so our campfire was 4 ft from all incoming RVrrs.

FIrst stay in a KOA and check-in process was a cinch. Very responsive customer service. Facilites (bath house & restrooms) were clean and functional. The trailer spots were pretty close together but I think that's probably common with all campgrounds that are located within walking distance to area attractions.

Great time. Cable went one one afternoon and wasn’t fixed until mid day the next day. Everyone was friendly. We stay here every year right before thanksgiving and will be back next year.

This was the 3rd time to stay at this KOA and we loved our visit. We will continue to stay there when we visit Pigeon Forge.

Over all the stay was very good. There were a few things that were disappointing. The bathroom needs a good mopping more often, it looked like the trash was emptied, but it wasn't "cleaned" The site had a little trash around, just 5 minutes of pick-up would have made it much more welcoming. I don't know if the office was closed, but we had someone come out to check us in. I like going inside.

We always enjoy our stay at campground. The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of help from the person who showed us our campsite. We followed him to our site, he pointed at it and drove off. He did not stay around to see if we needed help or guidance backing into site. On our prior stay the person was very, very helpful helping me back into site.

As always beautiful and clean cabins, pool was clean - we forget our towels and it’s was 30 degrees out a maintenance fellow brought us towels right to the hot tub. He was phenomenal. I was a little frustrated at the check in crew, I stood and waited for over 10 min while they chatted, didn’t acknowledge me standing in front of counter. Seemed crabby and inconvenienced that I was there

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However we stayed 3 nights the women's bathroom sinks were not cleaned, the same lump of soap was stuck in the bottom of the sink for all 3 nights. The trash in the stall was never emptied. There was also some safety issues, a section of sidewalk to our cabin stuck up over an inch which was a trip hazard.

very helpful staff. Loved that the location was close to all the attractions. We never drove over 12 minutes to any of the attractions. The only things I wish I would have known about was the pet sites but I will definitely book them next time.

We have stayed at the Pigeon Forge KOA several times and always have a great experience. Be warned the showers in the bathhouse are not the best, dimly lit and it was either scalding hot or cold there was no in between. The campground is crowded but overall the place is very clean and convenient.

Overall great experience. The lot we stayed at was a little tight with other camper with not much parking room for the two vehicles we had.

Amazing staff!! We stayed in November, fall colors were beautiful. Grounds and facilities were kept clean, every staff member met us with a smile and we had a great time! Perfect location between Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. We loved that you could easily walk to Patriot Park, the Old Mill District and the trolley. We will definitely stay here again

Only 3 nights but we enjoyed every minute. Weather cooperated for a day at Dolly, & we went the next day to Bush Beans. We'll be back. Thanks.

Site stayed wet the entire time, even though it only rained once. Bugs were terrible. Site was to tight for 30 ft fifthwheel, nothing larger than 25ft should be on that site. Cable was in and out the entire time. Campground is in a great location. We were able to walk to Old Mill restaurant and shopping area.
