We have stayed here several times and enjoyed our stay. However this time was a disappointment. We stayed here looking forward to the heated pool and hot tub for a relaxing weekend but were sadly disappointed. The pool was not near as warm as it was last year and when I asked for it to be turned up they said absolutely not. The hot tub was warm but the jets didn't work.

We had a wonderful time. The campground was beautifully maintained staff was friendly and courteous. The only thing I think there could have been more of or bigger shelves in the showers with a dry room to get ready after showering.

We enjoyed being convenience to the area. The grounds are nice and we like the new walk along the water. The staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry area was clean.

We loved staying at the KOA everyone was friendly, bath houses were clean. Made our stay easy and pleasant.

Site hard to get in/Noisy people coming in late at night taking.One right behind us 4 in the morning had hard time getting into site back and forth taking to driver not good they had a dog they leashed to the table that barked.��

Pictures on website were pretty accurate of what to expect! Cabin was well kept up and stocked with what they offer. Clean and comfy!! Loved the fire pit and patio.

great facilities, loved the pool and hot tub. Level lot with concrete patio, table and fire ring. Staff was friendly. The showers and bathrooms were clean but the shower curtains should've been cleaned or replaced. Otherwise it was a near perfect stay.

The only negative was cabin 313. It was very difficult to get to. Extremely steep hill for seniors. I would like to point out that 2 staff members on a golf cart came to our rescue upon arrival. They put our items in a wagon and carried it to the cabin. Top notch staff

Way to many spots in this campground, way to close together. So you next door camper would have a camp fire and it would be very close to your slide and or your canopy.. staff could not get a hold if other campers to move a vehicle, so you could get set up. I felt like there are so many koa’s camp grounds that are very dated, and set up for older / smaller campers. Koas needs to raise their sta

We were very happy the hole time we were there. Staff was amazing. They took care of anything we needed. Only problem we had was the day the people came to get the leaves their bag was not all the way closed and we got dusted out.

Very tight camp spots. Showers had plenty of hot water but are small and not well maintained. Cracks unrepaired in 2 of the 3 showers I used. Nice laundry facilities! Just an old Campground trying to wedge in 28 to 30 foot campers!

We were here for 2 nights and our stay was glorious. We were in a 2 bedroom cabin that was very well stocked with kitchen utensils and dishes. We hope to stay here in the future. Thank you.

The cabin had zero privacy and no parking. We had to park and walk to our cabin. We couldn’t step outside because everyone would stare because of no privacy. The cabin smelled like smoke when we got there and the whole time we were there all we heard was kids yelling from inside our cabin! Kids were screaming and climbing over the tree outside MY cabin wIndow. I was VERY disappointed this trip.

As always, the campgrounds and the management were excellent. We return to Pigeon Forge KOA at least once a year. Three years ago we stayed in cabins. Today we own a camper because we did our research at the KOA.

Being fairly new to the camping life we came here to get more experience. Upon arrival all the staff we dealt with were very friendly including Michael who guided us to our spot, 133. There was a lot of traffic behind and in front of our camper each day and being woken up by leaf blowers early in the morning was not expected. We did enjoy the propane fire pit and other amenities though.

Our first time staying in the deluxe cabins and they were PERFECT! Location is very convenient to the main attractions. My only suggestion would be putting signage out directing to the cabins

Campers were too cramped together in the campground which we found could be difficult in parking our camper on arrival (if camper was parked in slot in front of our site, we would have have difficulty backing into our site). Also, if the slot in front of us was not empty, we would of had difficulty pulling out.

As always, the staff at this KOA is professional, helpful, and pleasant. The campground is generally clean and in an ideal location. However, the downside for us is that the campground has expanded so and added so many additional sites, that it has become crowded and spaces for parking and sometimes driving is difficult. Sometimes, bigger isn’t always better.

The new showers were great and our site was very nice by the river but was very small. We also had a group, 1 that rented a cabin and 4 others that rented camp sites and none of us were together. I understand about the cabin and 2 of us had asked for river sites but the other ones should have been able to get sites together or at least close by.

Bath rooms were dirty for our entire stay. The dishwashing sink that is available appears to have been used for dog washing and was full of dog hair. The staff began leaf blowing at 8am monday morning and was overheard saying "If they wanted to sleep in they should have gone to a hotel." While I understand that camping life gets up going early, that was excessive.
