Love everything about this park. The improvements are impressive! I did send an email for a suggestion to improve the lodge we stayed in. We will be back hopefully in spring.

This is by far the best campground in Pigeon Forge; we have stayed at numerous others but always keep coming back to this one. The staff are wonderful and very helpful, the sites are clean and level and it is within walking distance to many of the shops at the Old Mill district.

Very good, only thing the ride that slides on overhead rail needs maintenance. In past visits kids would go almost all the way around but it was hard to pull up to start and needs lube.

Quick stop in Pigeon Forge, we wish we had more time to check out all the fun activities in the campground! Clean and updated bathrooms and perfect little spot to call home for a few days. We’ll be back

We love the fact that they renovated this KOA, however this time after hiking over 12 miles in the Smokies we returned to sit in the Hot Tub and found that the jets don't work. We were told that they have been waiting on a part....sorry. The lazy river was impossible to enter because the severe cold water. Just turn it off, don't advertise it as open year round, when you can not step foot in it

Loved the campground the staff were friendly (think they were a little short staffed at the counter) my only 2 complaints was the wi-fi signal was very weak and I am a handicapped person and the hadicap stalls are not wide enough and the toilet is to low and small but with that being said I would stay there again and I like how close it was to the attractions in town

Enjoyed our stay. Good location for getting to the main strip. Only bad is the pool heat was out and the jetts in the jacuzzi were not working.

Started off wrong when no escort showed up to take us to site - waited 20 min. or more. We found it on our own. Rest of stay was fine & we really like the improvements.

The concierge service was greatly appreciated. We haven't experienced that at other campgrounds. The trolly was great for getting around without having to move our RV. We will be back!

Campsite was spacious but had issue with sewer backed up also campground lied about their heated pool which was apparently set to 75 degrees per front desk however maintenance advised there was an issue with a part they were waiting to get so the pool wasn’t working as previously been told when initially making the reservation then at the time of check in and everyday during our stay

I've stayed in 3 KAO's in one week and Pigeon Forge was the dirtiest and the grounds were full of dog feces. The pool area, hot tub and fire pit were very nice. The bike rental was also unorganized and fustrating. The front desk rep was helpful as we were booking our site the morning we checked in.

It would be more considerate if those leaving would not pull out into the roads or entrance driveway to adjust or hook up extra vehicles.

We have been camping here for 20 years and love the location, however this time we found the bath houses and restrooms to be kept in subpar condition. We noticed the cleaning schedules were not being completed as they should and never saw anyone actually cleaning, other than removing the trash.

Stayed in DC#1, had a lovely stay. Camp ground is well maintained, all the amenities. Front office very friendly and helpfu; Everything was great, excellent.

We had a great stay we love this KOA. Bathrooms was always clean. The cabin was clean and Cozy and everyone was very nice.

They need security at night to control the campers we were kept up until midnight by kids running around and adults making a racket

My very first stay @ KOA cabin & I really enjoyed it! Nicer than the pictures. Staff was super nice. Loved the landscaping around my cabin. The steps down to cabin were a little challenging with luggage but will not deter me from staying there again. Only suggestion I can make is landscape lighting down the paths & steps. Fortunately, I had a flash light. Loved the fire ring & patio furniture.

Would be nice to have warm water in the bathrooms to wash hands. It’s always only cold. Would also be great to have music or something playing while people are using the restroom.

Wasn't thrilled with housekeeping. Shower curtain was moldy and they had us replace it ourselves.

Dangerously high water pressure (100 PSI). I understand this is a complicated issue. People often complain that there's not enough water for their showers. But you shouldn't simply raise the pressure; raise the flow with larger supply lines. We blew out the shower faucet valve during our last stay and almost blew our toilet valve. I'm going to try MAX Flow RV Water Pressure Regulator.

Nothing but awesome really enjoyed the Halloween costume rally and watching the kids trick or treating been staying with yaw for almost 20 yrs and love it

Had another great trip! This is our second stay at this KOA and it has been wonderful both times. Plenty for the kids to at the campground and plenty within walking distance also. Campground is clean and staff is great. Some sites are tight but some have plenty of space.
