Site 67 will definitely fit a 40 or more class a w 50 amp. Thank you for accommodating us. Halloween stuff was great. Good job. We,ll b back

Enjoyed our stay. I do recommend that the mattress on the sofa to be replaced (cabin 302) also bathroom door needs wd40. Great place to stay and will definitely be back.

We have now stayed twice in the pet friendly deluxe cabins in this year of 2021. Both times the cabins were clean stocked full of linens, and are very very cozy! Our boxer mix Sadie loves to walk all over the campground and the nearby Patriot Park! My brother loves the pool and hot tub, and my parents love the atmosphere of the campground. We will be back this Spring of 2022!

Amenities were great but the campsites were so close together we were only 1-2 ft from touching the camper behind us. Pulling in and parking was also an issue, had to get other vehicles to move just to park. The location was great.

The facility itself it wonderful. The grounds people were very nice and helpful. The only draw back was the office staff (one girl in particular), when we arrived our location was still occupied by a camper who had decided to not check out as scheduled. The girl at the counter was rude and told me I would just need to move to another spot. The grounds people took care of us (very friendly-Michael)

We live this campground and most staff are great! I did NOT like that I could not make reservations for Next October while I was there.

Weather was misty rain to slight rain most of our stay. My GRANDchildren did NOT care!!! They rode bikes, played basketball, and tried out the large swing (I forget what it was called.). We were disappointed that there was NO train ride and several other families felt the same way. The Trick or Treating was AWESOME! People just didn't decorate if they didn't wan to participate- GREAT idea!

The grounds are well kept, staff is very pleasant. During the fall I would not recommend knowing how much wood your night will need because they close at 7, no where to purchase wood for late arrivals or enjoying big fires.

Loved the river site I stayed at!! Campgrounds are kept clean with numerous personnel consistently patrolling sites to pick up garbage etc! Very dog friendly which is a huge 10 stars for me as an ANIMAL LOVER!! If u dont like kids or animals I suggest people stay elsewhere as this is a family friendly KOA which includes animals!! Good job Pigeon Forge!! Ur my favorite campground and I’ll b back!

The campground was nice and had a lot of amenities. We had one problem, though. When we ordered (and paid) for firewoood delivery, our order was delivered to the wrong site. The store was closed by the time we went to check on it. Staff could have been friendlier given that it was their mistake.

Had an enjoyable time. Wanted to book for next year, was told we would have to wait till 11/1 to do so. Now the patio sites are a 4 night minimum. Parents with children can not take 4 night just for a good weekend during school. If you have children over 3, there is an additional charge now. TOTALLY disappointing with the KOA'S. :(

Paid for a premium site, with potholes full of water and straw on campsite ( a muddy mess), crowded, cable did not work, no place to park tow vehicle ( had to park on concrete patio after moving table and chairs to make room to park truck in order to stay out of road. Also grass was not cut with cable wires laying in grass. The only plus was a nice view of the creek from camp site.

Park was very well taken care of and maintained in great shape. Staff let us in to our camp spot a little early which was a huge help to us.

Not as well upkept as the pics. Roads had pot holes rough and very tight in most curves and turns. Site was chosen by koa and even by entering rig length and being a commercial driver I was well over in other site trying to get backed in and miss a large tree so close to camper pad it was damaging the pad. Tv cable box had no cover full of water and site was extremely muddy.

We stayed in one of the Deluxe Cabins. We loved the outdoor fireplace. Plan to do the trip again next year.

Very nice campground in a great location. The staff met us at the gate and escorted us to the site which was great. However, the person assisting us to park the camper should not have been doing so. His instructions were not helpful and had us almost hit a tree! If you have a larger camper, the pull through sites are worth the extra charge.

Amanda in the office always does a great job. She is very accommodating. Dee and the maintenance staff is on top of it as well.

Perfect site location for us, stayed in a motorhome. Nice table, chairs, BBQ, chiminea. Store well stocked and friendly staff. Only drawback was site had high grass and a lot of litter upon our entry and there is no nearby trolley stop. It is quite a walk to Patriot Park to get a Trolley as suggested by staff. We did not have a car as we stated, we were traveling in a motor home.

The deluxe cabin and entire campground was very clean and safe. The staff keep this campground very nice and are always around working/assisting others. This was my first stay at a KOA and I am so glad I tried it out. I can't imagine staying in a hotel after this experience, and I will stay again!

My family had a wonderful Halloween weekend! We were able to get 3 spots beside each other so all the family was together and the kids played their hearts out! Hopefully this will be the start of our new Halloween tradition! Also, the staff went above and beyond to help out all the could, I couldn’t say enough good about them!

We just got a new trailer and we were told to arrive at 11:00 and they would help direct us to a site that would be easy in and out. We arrived at 11:00 and they did as promised. We enjoyed the friendly staff and clean facility. Easy access to Dollywood park by way of a trolley that will take you directly to front gate and first stop back. Will stay there again our next visit to Pigeon Forge.

We loved our deluxe cabin! The KOA staff were very friendly and helpful. When we didn’t know how to work our stovetop, we called the after hours line and Jeff came over quickly to assist us. The only complaint would be that there was construction going on directly behind the cabin (320), at odd hours of the night when we were trying to sleep, but hopefully it will be finished soon.

Great KoA, very crowded and busy, great if you have kids, they have tons of activities for them. Spaces are quite close to each other, but to be expected in a tourist town. But I we’ve been here several times and we put up with the close quarters for it’s the best location.

Everyone was nice and the campground was very clean but honestly, it’s over priced. We have stay somewhere much cheaper that had an entire splash pad and tons of daily activities. Probably won’t come again just based on pricing.
