Neighbors on one side parked his truck in front of our camper and we couldn’t build a fire,neighbors on the other side played radio until 4:30am couldn’t sleep

My 5 stars KOA… Choose this campground every year to celebrate my birthday and have an absolute blast every time. Location and amenities make it the perfect stay.

Terrific location! Within walking distance to shops of Pigeon Forge, on the river/creek. Not far from Gatlinburg. Clean, service great. Would definitely stay again.

Was there 2 nights 3 days and had a great time. Close to restaurants and pool was nice. Shower houses and grounds very clean and tidy.

We were very impressed with the staff. Very friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I can think of is, multiple shower/ toilet/ changing room combinations. They would be very convenient to have a locked room to complete the entire bathroom experience. The Pigeon Forge KOA’s location is perfect. Again staff were great.

The staff was very friendly. The deluxe cabin we stayed in was very nice, but there was mold on the ceiling in the full bathroom. They need a much more powerful exhaust fan to get the moisture out of that room. I have asthma, and mold is one of my triggers. The issue needs to be addressed. I let the staff know. We normally camp to avoid issues like this, but couldn't this time.

We had called back and changed the size of our motor home but obviously they didn’t change the reservation. When we arrived there was another camper on our lot which had to be moved. The concrete pad was littered with leaves, pine cones, etc. We had to clean it off The gentleman that welcomed us in was not very friendly.

This is absolutely the best KOA!!! Walking distance to almost anything you want to do. Love their heated pool and lazy river. Very very clean. Staff was friendly.

KOA is a wonderful place to stay. Our cabin was clean, perfect setting, housekeeping was quick to respond. Will stay again and i have highly recommened KOA to my family and friends.

The only disappointing thing was we tried to book an extra day and couldn’t because they we’re booked solid. Bummer but love it here

We spent about a week at this KOA and we really liked the campground. We booked a patio and had plenty of space and a large table and a stone fire pit. The first night we were placed by the main entrance and it is a bit loud with traffic and the spot was not very leveled for our type of motorhome, I contacted the office the next morning and they moved us without a problem and were very polite.

it was good. first time staying in a cabin and i’m not disappointed. i think it could have been dusted a little bit and the bed underneath. the metal was a little messed up. it made you feel like you could jus tip the bed over. but other than that it was a good stay. the pool being warm is an amazing feature as well.

We really enjoy the location of the Pigeon Forge KOA Campground. Hopefully they will finish the construction on the trolley terminal before we make it back. The addition of the riverside campsites made our end of the campground more congested but everyone cooperated and no real problems resulted. The waterfront sites that were added are too expensive. The KOA Staff was very helpful.

Your sites are very close together and your prices keep going up. We enjoy the location, but there are other campgrounds in the area that are more competitively priced with asphalt or concrete pads. We want to continue to stay with you but will be watching for additional improvements and pricing. Note: your bathrooms are very modern but could have used more frequent cleaning during our stay.

I think they could do better with site 65, level the gravel, new fire ring, fix picnic table. Repair lawn. Bathrooms and laundry area very nice and clean. Pool was wonderful. Hot tub needs water jets fixed

Loved that the property was so centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. Unfortunately the spacing is rather tight, so you are right up against your neighbor or their vehicle.

We had a pull through paved site. Site was large, nice site furniture. Clean bathhouse! Seemed to have a lot of activities for the kids. Quiet at night! Will return here for sure!

The only thing that the office closes early and bathroom shower curtain was gross and the handy cap bathroom was dirty.

We absolutely loved our site on the river and the close proximity to everything in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Our son loved the lazy river and we did too! We have found a new place to return to year after year!

will not return, dirt cabin. Parking and access were terrible for a person who has a hard time walking especially the long hill to get there.
