Our first stay and customer service was great especially with making our reservation. The grounds were very clean. The activities for kids hosted by Simon was a great perk. Our family really enjoyed his personality and our grandson loved the ceramic painting

The bathroom by the front office was closed for cleaning every morning at a poor time and we where unable to use the facility. The campers are packed in so close we could hear our neighbors hot water tank running on one side and on behind us was a fire pit which the campers sat around visiting and we could hear them talking while we tried to sleep. On a positive note the staff is very friendly

My standard cabin was numbered incorrectly. After 40 minutes and a phone call I found it. Their response was one word "ok". Every cabin had a parking spot except mine. The next closest spot was labeled Deluxe Cabins Only. Each night I was left hoping to get a parking spot next to my cabin or walk a football field away. Several new campsites were being constructed. Perhaps they should fix parking.

Our power and water were shut off without adnavced notification. I understand they were doing some work near our campsite but it would have been nice to have been warned. Also, when I asked about it, the man working was very rude about it. Spaces are way too cramped. Very hard for large 5th wheels to maneuver.

Internet was out all weekend on our side of the park. When I booked they said the site they put me on was the only site open that was long enough for our camper (42 ft). The concrete slap wasn’t even long enough to meet our door. We stepped straight out onto dirt tracking dirt in. For the amount we paid I expected a better site and WiFi. Construction zone in front of our site. Disappointin

It is an amazing campground full of fun things to do with your family. It is close enough to everything and the staff was so friendly! Would totally stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! We have kids and the amount of things to do here is what made us choose this campground! Park, pool, hot tub, and daily activities is what made it so fun.

Was not what I was expecting. Had ants crawling all over the cabin the entire stay. Tried to check in a couple minutes early only to be told that they would call me. Never received a call my husband had to go in an hour later wondering when we can. Put burgers on propane grill when it ran out of propane. After waiting an hour had to call after hour number to get a propane tank.

This was a very loud park, the premium river sites, will hear the beeping of semi trucks backing up all night, and they dumpster trucks at 4am. If you have a well insulated camper, it may not be an issue. The park pool was very nice, and the kids loved the train ride. The trolley to Dollywood is very continent. The maintenance crew is very helpful.

Great campground. The only reason I gave a 4 star is the sight we stayed was right on road and very noisy!!! If possible, we will request a different location for our next stay.

I was disappointed with the cabin we rented, there was trash and cigarette butter around the cabin, so I had to clean those up myself. We were at the back of the grounds and the trash was not picked up for 3 days and the bathroom in that part was not cleaned often, we stayed for 4 nights.

My wife and I are raising our grandson Ethan. Ethan is 6 1/2 years old and has endless energy. He absolutely loves the campground as do we. So much to do and the employees were so helpful and nice.

Easy check in. Nice, convenient area. Wish the sites were a little further apart for more privacy but, overall, great stay and would stay again!!

It’s a fun place for kids and the bathrooms were very clean. I’m not sure the pool was heated to the right temp when we were there but we enjoyed it nonetheless. Thank you!

Unfortunately we cut our stay short because of the uncertainty with the wind/wild fire; We didn’t get to experience everything. The shower house we used was nice. The pool was nice but the shape of it made it a little hard to keep an eye on our child and there was no shade. Our sites were nice, a little on the small side but that was expected. Overall, we enjoyed the little time we had there

Would have given five stars, but there were a lot of bugs in our cabin. We had to kill a dozen plus some nights. We stored all our food in airtight containers and washed all dishes immediately so it wasn’t from that.

Lovely campground, friendly staff. Close to entertainment but not too close so it wasn’t noisy. Loved having access to the trollies and the walk along the river. Shower blocks very clean with a fabulous dog wash station. Loved this campground. Thank you!

Came up for wife and grandson's birthdays, we love the campground. All staff that we encountered was very helpful and friendly, playgrounds, pool, train rides around the park, it was an awesome experience. We will definitely be back...

Nice place but for a Class A, for us, was too tight - even after unhooking our vehicle. Only available at the time of booking was a back-in. The camp is in a great location and many amenities for families on the grounds. Next visit will see if any pull thrus or wider access is available.

Cabin was good nice pool etc. staff was extremely rude in the office- all 6-7 times I went in during my 3 night stay. They all looked annoyed very unhelpful etc. and the bathrooms were horrible- soap dispensers confusing locks hard to slide, stalls way too close together and showers made for people 4 feet tall max (I am 5 “4) had to bend way down to get under the shower and the dressing area too

Very friendly and accommodating workers. Drove us straight to our spot. Nice amenities. Perfect location in Pigeon Forge, TN. We could walk to a lot places or take the shuttle. Will most likely stay here again. Thank you!

We borrowed a camper from friends and this KOA location with its amenities helped us decide to buy our own camper. We’re currently in the market to purchase and we’ll be visiting more KOAs in the future!!

Our only complaint is there was a truck and trailer parked next to the play ground for a couple days and make it difficult for a lot of the parents to see their kids if one was on the pillow and the other on the zip line, I appreciate the fact that you guys tried to accommodate them though just wish it could have been in a different place but it really wasn’t that big of a deal to us thank you

They need to update the shower house and the other KOA’s I have stayed at have gas grills at the deluxe patio sites.

Crowded, with no privacy. I stayed in a tent sight. Usually tent sights are separate from the campers, but these are surrounded by campers and cabins. This KOA was more expensive than other camp grounds, including other KOA's, where I've stayed.

Had a wonderful stay. I just wish they would text the activity schedule for the day out in the morning. We didn't realize there was a paper schedule in the front office until towards the end of our stay and missed out on some great kid stuff.

The playground equipment was broken and it dissappointed my grandchildren that they couldn't play on several items, especially the gravity zip line activity which they really wanted to do. In addition, there wasn't enough parking if you had a car in addition to you RV. Very tight sites with very little space. I wouldn't stay here again.

We loved our stay so much and glad we became members of koa. The cabin was nice.... Kids loved the activities, the pool and play ground. We will definitely stay again there!
