Wow first time staying at KOA and definitely won’t be my last. Loved how clean the camp ground was and everyone was so friendly. Thanks KOA for the great time. Btw if you have kids this is the place to stay. They had soooo many activities for the kids. I’m very protective of my family and I had not problem with the kids running around the camp grounds

We absolutely love the KOA in Pigeon Forge!! This was our 3rd year in a row staying here and the experience is always top notch! The Kids love the play ground area and the blob is our favorite! It is in a perfect location to be close to anything that you would want to do!

We love this KOA. It has so many kid friendly activities and it's right in the middle of all the action with easy access to everything you could want to do. It's clean and cute, and well decorated especially during all the seasonal holidays. Will always stay here.

campsites for back in rvs are at an almost 90 degree angel to the drive and should be at 45. this would allow backing without having to intrude on campsites on the opposite side of the drive. the camp sites were too close together for me. i understand the need to maximize profit but i would be willing to pay more for a tad more elbow room.

We only stayed one night, which was too short. Our cabin was in a beautiful setting and the campground had lots of fun amenities.

We had a fabulous time and my granddaughter was so happy here. She loved all the activities. We had a beautiful view. Will diffinately be back.

Accommodations & front desk were great, however cleanliness could have been better. There was a smashed up chip in front of the door of our cabin, mold in the vent of an air/heating unit and the worst part was a disgusting unwashed wash cloth that was rolled up with the others. There was black mascara and white toothpaste or face cream all over the outside of it so it couldn’t have been overlook

Nice clean campground. Showers were clean and comfortable. The walk thru Patriot Park takes you right into the action at Pigeon Forge. I would stay here again.

We Love it at KOA Pigeon Forge!! We are always very well took care of. The facility is very Nice with many updates!! All of the people that work there have been very nice and helpful!! We will see you again next year!! Thank you KOA!!

There was so many improvements to the campground since we stayed last year. We were very pleased with all the work that has been done. The campsites have good space in between them and nicely maintained. I really appreciate the trail that leads to Patriot Park. I love Pigeon Forge KOA! A very nice place to stay.

Great location but very pricey. I was kind of surprised they didn’t have a restaurant that serves pizza and ice cream most KOAs always offer that it would’ve been nice with the price that we paid.

Sites were way to close to each other. Packed in tighter than sardines. Dogs barking and crapping all over the place. Stepped in pooh 5 times while there around my site from neighbors dogs. Way to loud at nite, with people not abiding by the quiet rule, EMS/Fire/Police sirens extremely loud. Site was we were on was waterlogged and extremely muddy. For the price not anywhere near worth it.

Staff super friendly and does a great job, I give them 5 stars. Our site was nice. getting in and out is horrible. Roads should be one way in area where I can be. I had to back my trailer because a motor home was coming around the corner. Kids train only ran on Weekend at 10. That should run everyday and several times of the day. Kids didn’t get to do it. Have more but no room. Thank you

Very nice and clean. Very disappointed that we couldn't inflate our tube for the lazy river. Expecially since you sell them and call and said no problem..asked maintenance..you need a new air gun . Also a new fry pan..old, sticks, handle loose. Also no refrigerator light and ceiling light...only bright spot lights.

Our stay was great everyone was helpful and friendly the park was very clean.. When we were packing up to leave our awning would not roll up two KOA employees came over to help us get it rolled up and on our way. I will be staying there everytime we go to pigeon forge.

We were happy with everything about the campground. Our tent site suited us well. It seemed like there were bathrooms all around so nobody had a long walk. Bathrooms were in good condition compared to most camp grounds. The pool area and lazy river were very cool!

My cabin was dirty there was hair everywhere in the bed in the toilet the bathroom was from the shower curtain liner was brown, gross!! The cabin had a horrible smell. Cobwebs on the fans the window seals were so gross. I did report this to Karen when I checked in to another cabin because we had to switch cabins for the rest of our stay. I will not be back. That one was about the same.

Great location, loved the patio and fire pit. So nice to have a table and chairs, we didn’t need to unpack anything. The lazy river and pool were comfortably warm even in the cooler weather. I wish the hot tub was working but understand if they are waiting on a part. Very clean and everyone was friendly. Will definitely return.

Overall the stay was fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I just wish KOA would offer more robust internet. We pay a premium for KOA over other campgrounds and I chalk that up to more amenities being available to us, so it’s frustrating when WiFi is super slow to nonexistent. We stayed at 14 KOAs on this trip and all but 2 of them had very poor WiFi.

Easy check in process. Bathrooms need attention - need to be cleaner. It is very cramped, spaces are very close to each other.

Pigeon Forge is one of our favorite destinations and Pigeon Forge KOA is one of our favorite campgrounds. Right in the middle of Pigeon Forge activities.

Most of the staff was friendly, but you had a couple that needs to find a new home. Camping area was nice and easy access to entertainment

It was nice after the clean the place up. When I check in they said it was clean but it was not the beds was not chain or the dirty towels was still in the bath tub.

Very tight sites, but well maintained. Recommendation to others would depend on size of their rig. We had a pull through, but it was not easy in or easy out

I am very sorry to give a bad report on anyone. However, we were very disappointed in this KOA. The first one we have ever stayed at that we were treated poorly. This sites were way too close, we waited a good... 30 minutes before someone had to escort us to our site, and there was very little room to enter our site. The "escort" pointed to the site, and just left.. no help or respect.
