It was very good. The campground was undergoing a lot of construction, but other than that everything seemed to be well maintained and the employees were nice.

We really enjoyed the deluxe cabin. The heater kept us warm when is snowed and we enjoyed the grounds. Everything was simple and close by. The cabin was clean and nice.

If you like to stay at a KAO this is the place to go. We usually stay at state parks so we are use to having space between us and our neighbors. If you don’t mind your neighbors sewer hookup in your yard area then staying at KOA is for you. They do pick up your trash and alert you of bad weather conditions.

We love this campground! Our kids always enjoy all of the amenities that are offered at this location! Hope to return soon!

This campsite was amazing!!!! There are so many activities for the kids. Facilities were nice, updated, and clean. Walking distance to the old mill area and the Trolly service is next door which will take you to Gatlinburg or other places in Pigeon Forge! Would definitely return!

Crowded, small sites. Construction in the park was loud and made the campground dirty. Dump trucks driving through the campground were noisy and kicked up dust. Sites flooded easily. Will not be going back to this KOA

Our stay was fantastic there was so much for our little kids to do. We rated our stay 4 stars because we would have like to have had a concrete parking pad for easier leveling or a paved road for our kids to ride bikes for a 5 star review, but it was still a stellar trip!

We loved our stay in Pigeon Forge. The location was excellent and facility was nice. Shower room very clean. There was one other campsite we looked at but we liked the play area better and thought it was worth paying extra for. We were a little disappointed to find out the rail glider was not working and we asked for a gaga ball and we're told there wasn't one. Otherwise it was great. Thanks.

We were not informed of the construction which was very annoying. The cabin wasn’t as nice as the last one. Such as the bedroom door wouldn’t close because it seemed broken, there wasn’t a hair dryer, the towels were stained, the doors had marks all over them which would have probably came off with a Clorox wipe.. Also had people walking up and looking in our cabin. Was not pleased this time

This is definitely a kid friendly campground! Close to attractions and areas. We stayed 11 days in our Coleman Lantern 17b, enough time to do a little of everything. Playground was a hit! We didn't enjoy the pool as Floridians b/c we do a lot of this at home, but it was heated! Laundry was great: more dryers than washers- but well maintain and coin machine available. Red ants at patio border.

Check in was easy and the guide to our camp site was helpful. The spaces were a little tight and we ended up in a space near a very nosy road. At night it quite enough to sleep. We meet some really nice people and made some great memories. I would stay here again but back away from the main road if possible. It was a very convenient location.

Great location ! Though the campground has some long sites the internal roads in more then one place are NOT big rig friendly.

Very nice, very clean. My only complaint would be the orientation of my spot which did not allow me to park my truck in front of my camper. Not really a big deal, I had room to park on the opposite side. They have some very nice spots next to the river, I wish I had one of those.

We love this campground! However, there were a few things that weren’t as wonderful as usual. The pool didn’t appear to be heated much. We as adults were miserable. We really miss the swing that was missing as well! There were very few camp activités for the kids. We loved the guy who does the activités though!! He is so engaging and awesome with kids!

We enjoyed the location and amenities for kids but did not enjoy how cramped the entire place felt and there was a lot of vehicle noise throughout each evening. Roads are very small and not one way; camp spots are very close together and pull through spot was very tight. The bathrooms were very clean and the staff was nice.

The cabin was not in very good condition the bathrrom door was broken as well as the bed. The mattress for the pull out couch was extremely nasty with stains and did not have any beeding.

Disappointed in the pool. We swam last year when it was 40 outside you could see the steam come off the water. That’s one of the things that attracted us back. It was not heated this time. Also, my husband is on oxygen and we never got to park in our spot the camper beside of us parked in ours instead of in front of theirs. But other than that we still loved it and will be back.

Absolutely loved staying in one of the deluxe cabins for a week. We had a great time and the park has nice amenities for the kids and super easy access to everything the area has to offer.

Very nice and clean sites. Our only complaint is that there isn’t much room for parking your tow vehicle once you are set up in the site.

We loved our site although there were places that should of been mowed behind us. Tight turns getting in but loved it! Location was perfect to get to everything. Will stay here again.

Spots are tight, had to navigate around a tree to back in and had to ask people to move their vehicles to get in and out. Laundry room was frustrating. 8 washers and only 4 dryers (4 were broken and ones working took forever to dry). Great pool and activities for kids if traveling with family.

The camp ground was very nice, very well maintained. Loved how clean & nice the bathrooms & showers were. Great activities for the kids. Charlie was a very nice guy. Very helpful in getting us to our location and helping to get our camper placed. He came back several times during our visit to check on us and see if we needed anything. He is certainly an asset to KOA. Pam & David Hardebeck

We had a great time. My 10 year old daughter and I stayed in cabin 306 for 5 nights. It’s a good, clean, quiet, organized campground. Would definitely stay here again in the future. My daughter loved the hot tub and swimming pool area.

Always choose Pigeon Forge KOA every trip to TN. Awesome location and clean facility. Staff was not as friendly this year as all years prior but very nice campground.

The KOA was great! There were a lot of amenities and things for the kids to do. They even had daily activities scheduled. The cabins are nice. Just beware they are tiny. Our cabin did have ants. I talked to the front desk and let them know. They said they would take care of them, but you never did go away. Anything else we need, the staff did get right away.

Location is a ten! Walk to the mill and restaurants and other attractions. Spaces are very small and some are not at all level. Too many slots have been created with too little space. Attractive landscape and clean facilities

We loved our stay. The kamp store had everything we could ever need. Our children loved the playground. Sites were clean and everyone was friendly.
