This camp ground is extremely tight. Very hard parking your rig. Can stay a much nicer campgrounds with concrete pads for the same money.

Was wonderful until Mustang parked near us and revved the engine early morning. Golf cart rentals is extremely expensive also

Simon was amazing with the children on all of the activities. A rude guy demanded a train ride for his kids and Simon was off. They called him in to give the kids a ride and he came right on in with no complaints. Other staff was also accommodating for us. We will be back.

Loved our stay at the Pigeon Forge KOA. Charlie was the best! We have honestly stayed at multiple KOA's all over the US and he was the kindest and most helpful KOA employee we have ever encountered. My only complaint is the jerks who parked behind us in a giant camper with a light bar that remained shining directly into our tent 24/7 while we tent camped. It made sleeping at night a challenge.

This is our favorite KOA. It’s always an amazing stay. This was our 5th year coming and each year there have been upgrades done and being worked on.

This KOA very recently made substantial upgrades to its sites along the Little Pigeon River. Very convenient to tourist fun and the Smokey Mountain NP. We travel in a small motorhome with no car in tow. From this KOA you can easily walk to Veterans Park, some shopping and food, and the trolley depot. There is "city noise" but we still enjoyed simply sitting at our campsite watching the river.

Bathrooms not very clean Very hard to maneuver a motor home with a trailer Arrived after hours and was assigned a site too small for my coach,the slope was over 2’ and the Rv couldn’t get level. Went to the office in the morning and had to pay double for a site to fit. I told the manager that when I made the reservation I let them know how long I was. Still had to pay extra also no sewer h

Our deluxe cabin had an ant problem in the bathroom all over the bathtub wall and all over the kitchen area and kitchen table. I got an ant in my eyeball it hurt. The website said there was disc golf and there was only a couple baskets not even able to use because stuff was in the way. No bean bags or balls for the yard games area, the box was empty.

Great location! I was worried about past reviews about “being pack in like sardines” HOWEVER…it was perfect! We didn’t feel like we were too close to anyone. Level site. Camp store was nicely priced and convenient. Kids loved the park and access to the creek. Friendly staff. Will stay here again!

Back in sites are narrow and close at rear if both campers have slide outs. Inches separate not feet. Aside from that facility is very clean. Kids enjoyed pool and playground.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hot tub stayed packed, but we were able to get in one night. I love that the pool is heated and open year round. It would have been nice to of had floats for the lazy river though! We stayed in a camping cabin, and did not have room (or the forethought) to bring floats. We will definitely be back!

Facility and grounds were very clean, close to everything to do in town. Our kids had a great time in the pool and customer service from Rachel was excellent!, thank you.

Your folks not paying close attention to detail. Bathroom over head light and one over the sink was out, bathroom door hinges bent loose couldn’t hardly open the door, piece of zucchini laying by the trash can, area by table not swept good. Doesn’t seem folks are trained very well but due to covid everyone’s hurt for employees. Even check out morning wasn’t asked how it was or anything.

The restrooms and showers were very nice. I think you might need more than one family restroom though, based on the fact that it was rarely available! Every one was friendly and the other campers respected your space. The campsites are very tight though, and you basically have no privacy unless you are in your camper. The location is awesome, close to everything.

My favorite KOA. However, I will say this time around the grounds were not kept as nicely and the cabin was not as thoroughly cleaned as I have enjoyed in the past. There were no storage containers for food, no strainer.

We were stacked in like cord wood. The sites were barely large enough for any of the rvs parked. I was escorted to my site and my escort pointed to it and left, I’ve never had that treatment from a KOA escort. I picked this park for its location and I thought it would be better than so many other choices I had because it was a KOA. I guess I was mistaken. I will not return.

It was a disaster and the lady in the office named Karen was really rude campsite was dirty with dog poop all over it and then y’all charged me after I left for another night when I left a day early. Does fire pit was broke. I would not recommend to no one to stay here

Before we have enjoyed our stay here. However, this time we was in a site that was literally 2’ from another site. One night it was rented to an overnight traveler. They were up at 5 a.m. talking right outside our window and had something wrong with their Airstream. They were hammering & drilling on it for almost an hour—again right outside our window! A rule should be 7 a.m. for departure not

The mattress on the queen bed had a dip in it making sleep difficult. Also when neighbors were gone, they tied their dog to a rail outside and it barked constantly. Otherwise everything else was okay.

Awesome campground with a sweet family atmosphere. Next time we would not get.a dog pen because the fence was too big and our little dogs would just run out.

We stayed in the Deluxe cabin. The cabin was great. The park has a lot of activities for anyone staying at the camp. The location is also great to access pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. We arrived late and needed to call the after hours number. One of the staff came by and led us to the location of the cabin.

Site was too close to neighbors. Noisy neighbors past quiet hours. Construction noise. Road noise all day and night. People cutting through empty sites all day. Prices are too high for a campground.

It is so great that you’re so close to the trolley and things are close by too. So much for kids to do even though ours are grown. The bathrooms are showers were so clean too. The camp sites are just too close together, packed in like sardines.

Overall very pleased. Very clean but having said that, because of the snow it left us with a lot of mud. I would recommend filling these areas with rock. That would be our only complaint. Otherwise we were impressed!! Rated a 9 and a 4 because of all the mud that made a real mess with the dog and kids.
