We absolutely loved it there. The only complaint I would have is the guard around the bottom of the door was broken and where it snowed it got super cold in the front room of the cabin. Otherwise we will be back!!!

It is a nice camp ground but no one answered our call when we called and the water froze we couldn’t take a shower we had to buy water to brush our teeth.

They have really crammed in a lot of spaces, campers are on top of each other. Location is good. Walking path to the park needs improvement. Old path that was paved is no longer accessible and path provided is uneven and muddy.

We had so much fun on property we weren't in a hurry to go elsewhere. We enjoyed the playground, pool, and backyard. The bathrooms were very clean. The only disappointments were the gravity rail not working and hidden cost of some kid offerings posted online. The gem mine was extra, & we didn't realize you needed to bring your own tube for the lazy river. That aside, we loved it & plan to return.

We really enjoyed how easy it was, check in check out. Etc loved that we could message someone after hours for anything. The cabins were really close together. We weren't aware how close from the site. The only thing I would like is possible lights near the playground. And the pool was not heated like we were told.

Great park, right in the middle of it all! Only minutes from all the things to do in Pigeon Forge. Park was well maintained, very clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Simon, the activities director, is great at providing activities for the kids to keep them busy too! We will definitely be back, looking forward to the new sites that are currently under construction.

We had a great time obviously as we extended TWICE.. nice and convenient to all the attractions. The bathroom and showers were exceptional. All the folks were very friendly and helpful. We will be returning

The site was clean as was the shower and bathroom where we were located in the upper part of the campground. The location is nice.

The cabins are extremely nice we have a camper we stay in here a lot but came on a short vacation we loved it

Spot was clean and well maintened. Concrete pad was a little thin and with the tree famaintenence but was able to make it work. In all a very pleasant experience and will consider next time we go.

Everyone and everything was great!! The only thing is that it is hard to distinguish what is a road and what is a campsite in the dark. If you could mark the roads with directional arrows that would be great. Can’t wait to come back this summer.

We loved this campground! Lots of spots on the water. The kids loved the playground. Everything was clean. We loved walking to breakfast at the Old Mill on the walking path. It was also close to most everything.

Site i was assigned was at the very entrance and there was constant traffic all around me and noisy. Granted there had been some rain but the site swere actully under water and you had to walk through mud to get to camper from vehicle. I have stayed here before and was a much better experience.

We absolutely loved it!! so much for the kiddos to do. We came for our sons 14th birthday weekend they were all smiles even in the rain. The staff was absolutely wonderful they put up with 4 teens and 2 10 yr Olds�Ϝ. Thank you guys for a wonderful weekend. WE WILL BE BACK ���

Hate that they have built a wall at the river, however seems like when construction is finished there will be and access point still. Can’t wait to see it when there done! Have been coming here since I was little, one of my favorites!

We stayed 3 nights in Feb 2022. Nice people to deal w/ & was pleasantly surprised to see that just about eveything we needed was right there; dishes, linens & towels, soap, shampoo & dish soap, etc. Nice quiet place, also & close to attactions & shops. Very clean!

We had a great stay. Karen in the office was fabulous. We didn’t realize that the office closed as early as it did and we had booked a cabin for Friday and Saturday but showed up on Thursday hoping to get the same cabin. We found Karen and her husband still in the campground helping another customer and she was kind enough to go back up to the office and get us set up in the cabin for Thursday

Our Site was not level. It rained and the puddling was so deep it was difficult to get out. I wish we had known there was construction going on as they placed us right in front of it even though there appeared to be many open spots. People were nice but overall it was disappointing.

Great location for visit to Gatlinburg. Cabin was very clean. Looks like a lot of improvements being made to campground.

Clean and inviting. Things for the kids to do. Close to area attractions. Everything we needed in the deluxe cabin. The only improvement I would recommend is marked roads with signs or paint or something. It was hard to follow around the roads especially in the dark with it being off season & not a lot of campers/cars around. Other than that it was great. I have already recommended it to others.

It was a good stay. I loved the outdoor area. The cabin didn’t smell overly great on arrival, but once we arrived, it improved over time. There weren’t towels available when we requested more, but we got some soon after. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Our campsite was backed up to the road so the noise made it difficult to sleep. Our campsite flooded due to rain and we stepped in mud every time we stepped off the pavement.

I thought all the activities for the kids were open daily but was told it was only on weekends. The cleanliness and upkeep was awful. The grill cover was on the ground when we got there, gravel piled up in our parking spot, a dirty plate in the microwave and coffee cups in cabinet had coffee on the side. Pros:The beds were comfortable and I like that shampoo, conditioner and soap was provided.
