The sites are very small and hard to maneuver a large unit. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We loved everything,Very clean,Staff very friendly and helpful! ��� My only complaint would be is when making reservations and calling to confirm information given was wrong I was told you opened at 8am and my reservation would be noted as early never was 2 nd time I called the day before told same thing still wasn’t and they never took off the extra person I asked them to! All done day of!

Enjoyed our stay. Did have an issue with ants. The staff was quick about fixing it. We love the cabin but our bed ( the one next to the full bath) was not comfortable. It felt like our head was getting lower the the rest of our body.

Everything was great, only suggestion I have is maybe have someone check the grills periodically and make for sure they are in the ground good. Ours was extremely wobbly but we made a support with some sticks laying around so we could use it. Other than that I was completely satisfied, considering this was my first ever camping trip.

We stayed here many times but this time our stay was miserable.Pool was dirty, lazy river didn’t work 2 out of 3 days that we used it and then pool wasn’t heated. This is supposedly family friendly campground but it didn’t feel like it. The hot tub is small, their employees are using it with campers and don’t care about stuff they say next to little kids. The spaces are kinda difficult to get into if you have a bigger camper. If we stay again, we made a list of sites that will be the best option. Love having the pool open all year! Wish it was warmer..lots of fun activities for kids!

This was the perfect cabin for our family vacation. It was super clean and equipped with everything we needed; linens, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, soap and shampoo dispensers, extra trash bags and more. The gas grill and outdoor fam area was so perfect. We will definitely come back! Thanks

We went to Gatlinburg for New Years for a mini-vacation staying several days in a deluxe RV site. Our site was near the front office. Not a peaceful getaway, not much atmosphere, very loud. Other campers seemed to be shouting indiscriminately in the pool area (also right by the front office and main entrance). Traffic was exceptionally noisy here as well. Campground was muddy. Staff was nice.

We stayed for one night on our east coast journey. Arriving after hours could not have been easier. Our information was easy to find, the area well lite and our space was perfect for us. The staff called the next day after we had left to check on our experience. We would stop there again!

The staff was great!! The only problem we had is that the heater is up high on the wall so all of the hot air stays up and there was no chain for the fan to turn it on

Overall stay was good-cabin was very clean & stay very friendly. I would not book the cabin for longer than a weekend because it was very tight with 4 people - no room to store luggage or put away clothes or food. Seems to be the same thing at most campgrounds that offer cabin rentals-traveling with two teenagers, two adults and a service dog means LOTS of food and stuff. Enjoyed our short stay!

Construction was mentioned on website, however a tree branch shredder ran most of the day right out side our cabin. Very disappointed. I understand getting things done, but even on Saturday?

Cabin was nice and clean, we visit the area about 3 times a year. It's nicely located. The cabin itself is big enough for small families and they accepted our fur babies! Beds were not comfy at all but we dealt with it. Overall we would stay again.

We love to walk in the Veterans park near the KOA. It is being renovated and it was muddy. It should be much improved in a few months and we plan to return. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a great time of year to visit as there were no crowds. A great place to visit.

The cabin we stayed in was nice and well equipped. The view from cabin and outdoor area nice. Compared to the price of other cabin rentals it was a good value. It was located next to staff campers so it got noisy in the mornings was their vehicles leaving and their dogs barking. The bathrooms, under the couch and under the beds could have been better cleaned.
