My sons deluxe cabin was dirty..sticky drink all over the floors and table.. I had to wash all bedding even mattress pads ($25) swept up over a dust pan full of trash off the floors.. dirty used towel in the bathroom beside commode took 4 hours of my and my daughters vacation time to clean.. we were very disappointed .. I have pictures if your interested.. when we told staff they were unconcerned.

Weather was too cold to enjoy all the amenities, but everything sure looked nice! We were happy with our patio site. Need to come back in the summer!!!

Stay was great. Little more information would be helpful our pipe coming out of the ground froze 2 days straight. So I went and bought a heated hose for my camper and it seemed to help your facility hose from not freezing.

All staff were very friendly, cabin was nice. The ONLY issue we had was cleanliness of the cabin. The cabin was FILTHY. Sheets had to be rewashed as it looked like they hadn’t been washed at all, floors didn’t appear to have been swept or mopped, counters weren’t clean, and there was sticky residue all over the floors and on the table. There was also a very dirty towel left beside the shower

We had a wonderful time! We had a great view and even though the weather was cold we still enjoyed it we will definitely be back again.

We visited the campground during the off-season. It was well-kept and clean. Bathhouse facilities were well-maintained. It was obvious that the campground was undergoing renovations during the off-season. Would enjoy returning to the campground during peak season to enjoy more of the amenities.

The place, hosts, grounds crew were all great. However having alot of ants in the cabin was unfortunate. When you turned the faucets on ants would pour out in the sinks which my wife really didn't like. We have pictures of them. Told a host and he said he would attend to it.

Very nice campground. The camp sites were spacious and I loved the well maintained surroundings. We were there when it was rather cold so we stayed in a cabin and parked our camper in a camp site. The hot water in the cabin did not last very long for showers, but I loved that the campground was within walking distance of some of the attractions in Pigeon Forge.

My mom and I live in knoxville and needed to get out of the apartment for a few days and I came upon KOA when looking for rental cabins they were not only the cheapest but had the best amenities and no silly hidden fees. The best part was they had deluxe cabins that allows pets for only a $25 fee no where else offered that. The only downside was that the water in the shower did not stay warm long.

Beautiful grounds , very clean ! Not in the woods more of a city feel - but very nice and accommodating and spacious.

The sites are nice & hook up are good. The only complaint I have is the deluxe sights in the back like 190s or so are hard to get to. I have 40 ft. Motorhome and the turns, trees, landscaping were in the way alot. It was difficult to get back there.

We had a great stay. The campground wasn't busy because it is winter. The showers, rest rooms etc. were well heated and clean. The outdoor heated pool was great. The location is really good. You can walk to the parkway etc. Some areas were only gravel and a little muddy but the staff seemed to be working on things. Great stay!

This is our favorite campground we have been to so far. It is well kept and clean, the staff are friendly, and there are plenty of fun activities to do.

Water was frozen is ok but the site was not all friendly love coming here come back ever day of the mouth but not to that spot. But can't wait to go back NOT TO THAT SPOT AND THE THREE SIDE BY SIDE. ! This is the only bad time i'v had. Sorry but. Love the KOA.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect and campground was prompt in helping get our site’s water unfrozen. The only complaint is the geese feces on our waterside site. I understand this is recent as work is done in the neighboring park but something I’d hope they can solve.

Easy check in and out, very helpful and friendly staff. The new river sites are great. Could use a little better lighting for night walks and kids playing. Overall good.

Cabins were small but nice. The thing that bothered our group is we felt the additional hidden fees that were not disclosed durning booking were excessive. We are a non-profit Boy Scout Troop and the additional charges we incurred were not in the budget and we would have probably booked somewhere else if we had know we were going to be charged an additional almost $80.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a deluxe camping cabin. Look forward to coming again during warmer weather to enjoy the awesome deck overlooking the campground.

Loved the Deluxe Cabin! Such a reasonable price. Super friendly and helpful staff in the office. Instructions for late check in were clear and easy to follow. Wish I’d had the chance to try the heated pool and hot tub - it looked incredible. Next time!

Our stay was wonderful as usual. The Deluxe Cabins are perfect for our family. When we couldn’t leave on Sunday, due to 12 inches of snow at home, they worked to ensure we could have another night in the cabin we were already in. Great customer service!

Site was Very muddy! Car parking area next to campsite had 8" of mud, they did attempt to cover it with straw to no avail.

We stayed in cabin 9. I wasn't sure if KOA cabins would be as nice as some of the other cabins we have stayed at in the area but I must say I was really impressed. We are coming back for a week during the summer. It was awesome!!

The playground is really cool! The bathhouse smelled super bad the whole 3 days and clearly rarely gets a good scrubbing (accumulated dirt behind the shower doors, dirty walls, etc). The office is okay but not overly helpful (ie. we were one of only about 5 RVs there and no heads up that our spot next to the bathhouse never dries up and is constantly muddy). I would return once our RV bathroom is
