We had a pretty good stay, with the exception of no sheets for the bunk beds or blankets so my kids slept on top of the plastic beds. We were a little sad all of the fun stuff was closed but it also snowed while we were there so lots of stuff closed

We were very pleased with our deluxe cabin. It was a 2 BR with 1.5 baths with an outdoor fireplace. The hot-tub was awesome! The customer service we were given was top notch. We had to leave a day early due to a snow storm coming and they were kind enough to refund one night so we could get home safely! We WILL be staying here again!

Stay was good, we were first time campers, the people were friendly and helpful, we had trouble with tvs working correctly and wifi wasn’t working very well, but overall was good

The cabin was nice, but we do not feel that it was a deluxe cabin given that it only had a kitchenette not a full kitchen. We also feel that outside lights were needed along the path that we had to walk to our cabin as well as in the parking lot.

Very convenient location, nice clean park! Lots were rather small for backing R V onto lot & not much room to park. Excellent staff, very helpful & kind!!!! Way to much dog barking, left unchecked when owners were away. Dogs were very aggressive & loud. We will come back as the area has so much to do!!

We loved it. Only stayed 1 night. Next time we are bringing the boys. Next trip to TN we will be staying at least 3 nights. Every employee knew the answer to every question. Best staff ever.

Always enjoy spending time at this KOA. Great staff and great facilities. Our son loves the playground and lazy river areas. Will definitely be back!

We booked 2 Deluxe cabins. We loved them both for different reasons. Our son’s cabin had a screened in porch/sound system and ours had a huge deck overlooking the park and a wonderful outside fireplace. The beds were comfortable, the cabins spacious and well equipped, and location to Patriot Park and Pigeon Forge activities was a major plus! Overall, the park was well kept and full of amenities.

Did not get an escort to our site like we saw others get from the staff. Spaces were VERY tight and small - there was lots of rain and the sites were full of mud and we asked 2 times for gravel to be put down (like it was done for our friends who didn't even ask for it) so we could walk to the other side of our camper and not be in the mud - it was NEVER done. Would check other campgrounds

Amazing! My daughter loved the heated pool! Was able to swim with her friends from December into January! Best camping experience ever. Thank you KOA

Great place to stay, but y’all need to put more gravel down to help with the mud on those wet days! Otherwise, we loved staying there!

Most I have ever paid at a KOA. Then had to walk thru mud in and out of my site. Took 4 hours to scrub my camper inside to get it out ruined my outside rugs and a fresh detail on my truck now has red clay mud everywhere. It needs addressed. Gravel on most every site is needed. Parking at each site is not enough to fit campers and pull rigs. Make parking and cover the mud.

Campsite 151 was a place to stay, but was really muddy on both sides of the pad. Could use a good bit of gravel in place of the mud. The hookup boxes worked, but were very wobbly and could use updating, or at least stabilization. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. The more expensive sites closer to the river were a good bit nicer looking. Will stay in a premium site next time.

We enjoyed the location of the KOA in Pigeon Forge as we were close to the main strip and parkway; however, our campsite was the smallest campsite we've ever stayed in! We did not arrive until after 11:30 p.m. and had to wake our neighbor to move his truck so we could back the camper in. The same applied to when we left, our neighbor had to move his truck before we could back in to hook up.

Great as always. The hardest part is getting a reservation but once we arrived the experience was good. Checking in was effortless and the cabins were clean. We did have to switch cabins during our stay and I was told I would receive a text when our next cabin was ready. I did not receive the text message but it worked out because we stayed in Dollywood most of the day. Thank you.

We just had a few days and liked being close to patriot park for trolley access. We weren’t aware of the 2-different paths to get there so that may be something to let folks know in the future. The bathrooms could use some updating and overall TLC.

I love this campground the only issue we had were with the shower houses they were never clean, or at least not when We had to use them. The bathrooms were spotless but the shower house that we used stayed dirty the entire time

We had a very pleasant stay. It would be nice if when booking a week long stay if the rates could be averaged out. I realize we stayed over a holiday(Christmas) but the rate would have look better if Christmas weekend had been blended in some or even slightly reduced for a 10 day stay. I also realize it's a great time to make a profit. Although the park was not full.

We stayed for several days. Most everything was wonderful. The laundry facilities smelled like poop, and our laundry all smelled like a wet dog after we washed it. I assume someone washed pet bedding.

We had a great time overall. There were 3 boys who claimed to live on the property (Mason, Stone and Dakota) who made playing at the playground a bit uncomfortable for the kids in our group. They played aggressively and used language that was unacceptable in our opinion. We ended up having to avoid the play area. Otherwise our visit was fantastic and our sites were perfect for our families.

The deluxe cabin was perfect! Very relaxing and all the amenities that we needed for a getaway. Arrived to a clean and welcoming cabin with no issues to report.

Campground is nice, a lot of sites are tight/small. With that being said, I feel one vehicle per site should be allowed. The people that stayed beside us crammed their second vehicle onto their site crowding our motorhome, parking within inches of it. Not the way I like to camp. Campground is nicely located close to attractions.

While the KOA staff was AMAZING and the park was clean and very well run, it was just too busy and crowded for me. The amenities were great for the kids so that saved the day(s). Just my personal preference.

This was out first family camper trip, and the site was wonderful. The site didn't require much leveling at all, and all the hook ups were easy to access. All the amenities were fantastic, from the pool to the hot tub to the fire pit. The kids loved the playground and bounce pillow. All the employees were awesome and very helpful and nice. All in all, a great trip! Will definitely be back!

We will def stay here again, great for kids. However I do have some constructive criticism fir site 108. It was in need of much more gravel, as it was terrible muddy after rain. Also the waste pipe is about 1foot above the grade of camper, making it a scary chore to lift heavy (filled) waste tube to empty…
