It is a nice camp ground but no one answered our call when we called and the water froze we couldn’t take a shower we had to buy water to brush our teeth.

They have really crammed in a lot of spaces, campers are on top of each other. Location is good. Walking path to the park needs improvement. Old path that was paved is no longer accessible and path provided is uneven and muddy.

We really enjoyed how easy it was, check in check out. Etc loved that we could message someone after hours for anything. The cabins were really close together. We weren't aware how close from the site. The only thing I would like is possible lights near the playground. And the pool was not heated like we were told.

Hate that they have built a wall at the river, however seems like when construction is finished there will be and access point still. Can’t wait to see it when there done! Have been coming here since I was little, one of my favorites!

We stayed 3 nights in Feb 2022. Nice people to deal w/ & was pleasantly surprised to see that just about eveything we needed was right there; dishes, linens & towels, soap, shampoo & dish soap, etc. Nice quiet place, also & close to attactions & shops. Very clean!

We had a great stay. Karen in the office was fabulous. We didn’t realize that the office closed as early as it did and we had booked a cabin for Friday and Saturday but showed up on Thursday hoping to get the same cabin. We found Karen and her husband still in the campground helping another customer and she was kind enough to go back up to the office and get us set up in the cabin for Thursday

Great location for visit to Gatlinburg. Cabin was very clean. Looks like a lot of improvements being made to campground.

Clean and inviting. Things for the kids to do. Close to area attractions. Everything we needed in the deluxe cabin. The only improvement I would recommend is marked roads with signs or paint or something. It was hard to follow around the roads especially in the dark with it being off season & not a lot of campers/cars around. Other than that it was great. I have already recommended it to others.

It was a good stay. I loved the outdoor area. The cabin didn’t smell overly great on arrival, but once we arrived, it improved over time. There weren’t towels available when we requested more, but we got some soon after. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Our campsite was backed up to the road so the noise made it difficult to sleep. Our campsite flooded due to rain and we stepped in mud every time we stepped off the pavement.

I thought all the activities for the kids were open daily but was told it was only on weekends. The cleanliness and upkeep was awful. The grill cover was on the ground when we got there, gravel piled up in our parking spot, a dirty plate in the microwave and coffee cups in cabinet had coffee on the side. Pros:The beds were comfortable and I like that shampoo, conditioner and soap was provided.

We loved everything,Very clean,Staff very friendly and helpful! ��� My only complaint would be is when making reservations and calling to confirm information given was wrong I was told you opened at 8am and my reservation would be noted as early never was 2 nd time I called the day before told same thing still wasn’t and they never took off the extra person I asked them to! All done day of!

Enjoyed our stay. Did have an issue with ants. The staff was quick about fixing it. We love the cabin but our bed ( the one next to the full bath) was not comfortable. It felt like our head was getting lower the the rest of our body.

This was the perfect cabin for our family vacation. It was super clean and equipped with everything we needed; linens, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, soap and shampoo dispensers, extra trash bags and more. The gas grill and outdoor fam area was so perfect. We will definitely come back! Thanks

The staff was great!! The only problem we had is that the heater is up high on the wall so all of the hot air stays up and there was no chain for the fan to turn it on

Overall stay was good-cabin was very clean & stay very friendly. I would not book the cabin for longer than a weekend because it was very tight with 4 people - no room to store luggage or put away clothes or food. Seems to be the same thing at most campgrounds that offer cabin rentals-traveling with two teenagers, two adults and a service dog means LOTS of food and stuff. Enjoyed our short stay!

Construction was mentioned on website, however a tree branch shredder ran most of the day right out side our cabin. Very disappointed. I understand getting things done, but even on Saturday?

Cabin was nice and clean, we visit the area about 3 times a year. It's nicely located. The cabin itself is big enough for small families and they accepted our fur babies! Beds were not comfy at all but we dealt with it. Overall we would stay again.

We love to walk in the Veterans park near the KOA. It is being renovated and it was muddy. It should be much improved in a few months and we plan to return. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a great time of year to visit as there were no crowds. A great place to visit.

The cabin we stayed in was nice and well equipped. The view from cabin and outdoor area nice. Compared to the price of other cabin rentals it was a good value. It was located next to staff campers so it got noisy in the mornings was their vehicles leaving and their dogs barking. The bathrooms, under the couch and under the beds could have been better cleaned.

All staff were very friendly, cabin was nice. The ONLY issue we had was cleanliness of the cabin. The cabin was FILTHY. Sheets had to be rewashed as it looked like they hadn’t been washed at all, floors didn’t appear to have been swept or mopped, counters weren’t clean, and there was sticky residue all over the floors and on the table. There was also a very dirty towel left beside the shower

The place, hosts, grounds crew were all great. However having alot of ants in the cabin was unfortunate. When you turned the faucets on ants would pour out in the sinks which my wife really didn't like. We have pictures of them. Told a host and he said he would attend to it.

My mom and I live in knoxville and needed to get out of the apartment for a few days and I came upon KOA when looking for rental cabins they were not only the cheapest but had the best amenities and no silly hidden fees. The best part was they had deluxe cabins that allows pets for only a $25 fee no where else offered that. The only downside was that the water in the shower did not stay warm long.

This is our favorite campground we have been to so far. It is well kept and clean, the staff are friendly, and there are plenty of fun activities to do.
