Cabins were small but nice. The thing that bothered our group is we felt the additional hidden fees that were not disclosed durning booking were excessive. We are a non-profit Boy Scout Troop and the additional charges we incurred were not in the budget and we would have probably booked somewhere else if we had know we were going to be charged an additional almost $80.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a deluxe camping cabin. Look forward to coming again during warmer weather to enjoy the awesome deck overlooking the campground.

Loved the Deluxe Cabin! Such a reasonable price. Super friendly and helpful staff in the office. Instructions for late check in were clear and easy to follow. Wish I’d had the chance to try the heated pool and hot tub - it looked incredible. Next time!

Our stay was wonderful as usual. The Deluxe Cabins are perfect for our family. When we couldn’t leave on Sunday, due to 12 inches of snow at home, they worked to ensure we could have another night in the cabin we were already in. Great customer service!

We stayed in cabin 9. I wasn't sure if KOA cabins would be as nice as some of the other cabins we have stayed at in the area but I must say I was really impressed. We are coming back for a week during the summer. It was awesome!!

We had a pretty good stay, with the exception of no sheets for the bunk beds or blankets so my kids slept on top of the plastic beds. We were a little sad all of the fun stuff was closed but it also snowed while we were there so lots of stuff closed

We were very pleased with our deluxe cabin. It was a 2 BR with 1.5 baths with an outdoor fireplace. The hot-tub was awesome! The customer service we were given was top notch. We had to leave a day early due to a snow storm coming and they were kind enough to refund one night so we could get home safely! We WILL be staying here again!

The cabin was nice, but we do not feel that it was a deluxe cabin given that it only had a kitchenette not a full kitchen. We also feel that outside lights were needed along the path that we had to walk to our cabin as well as in the parking lot.

We booked 2 Deluxe cabins. We loved them both for different reasons. Our son’s cabin had a screened in porch/sound system and ours had a huge deck overlooking the park and a wonderful outside fireplace. The beds were comfortable, the cabins spacious and well equipped, and location to Patriot Park and Pigeon Forge activities was a major plus! Overall, the park was well kept and full of amenities.

Great as always. The hardest part is getting a reservation but once we arrived the experience was good. Checking in was effortless and the cabins were clean. We did have to switch cabins during our stay and I was told I would receive a text when our next cabin was ready. I did not receive the text message but it worked out because we stayed in Dollywood most of the day. Thank you.

Good stay- no real parking for our cabin (715 I think it was- had to psrk length wise almost in the road with big truck. Showers up by our cabin were consistently dirty- paper towels jammed- and water in showers went from scalding to cold without warning throughout shower. Camper kitchen was filthy and unusable.Have stayed here many times - mot sure we will again

We had a great stay! The deluxe cabin was clean and had everything we needed, the lazy river was a huge hit, and the activities director was great at his job. He made the crafts enjoyable for the kids and had no problem giving my daughter all the excessive amount of paint she needed!! Lol Overall wonderful campground.

It was a very nice cabin very expensive. I did not like location of cabin very far from parking very steep walkway . Mattress very uncomfortable. Not worth the price

We have stayed here numerous times in RV site or cabins, was a little disappointed this time. Cabin floor needed to be sweeper or could be that the door was wide open when we arrived, and shower curtain had mold spots that could be cleaned with bleach. This is the only problem we have ever had. Still our go to place in Pigeon Forge!

Really loved the amenities, particularly the fun things for kids to do. Location is great. All staff were attentive and helpful. The cabin was very clean and well appointed. My only complaint was that it was a little noisy from other guests outside around 8-9pm (when I was putting my child to bed), but not unreasonably so. We will be back for longer stays in the future!

Loved the deluxe cabin 9. The heat baseboard in living area was stuck on due to problem with wall control. The dish drainer had pink mold. Shower liner moldy . Otherwise great stay

It was a fun place to stay and very close to Dollywood. We liked our camping cabin but it could have been cleaned better. There was dog hair all over the floor and the table out back was covered in bird poop and debris from the trees.

Signage or lighting needed by road crossings for NIGHTIME arrival. When renting cabins, however many people it can sleep you shouldn't have to pay extra for that number of people. I don't feel that the nightly rates should be so varriable unless it's a holiday.

Rate was good for the area. We stayed in a cabin and THE ANTS WERE TERRIBLE! Even where we didn’t have any food they were everywhere. And they bit us in the beds. Everything was expected except for the ants!

We stayed in a cabin without a bathroom and it was cozy and clean. We loved the firepit on the deck and the ability to bring our dogs for such a low fee. Close to everything in Pigeon Forge also. The only problem were the showers were full of mud and disgusting all 3 days. Maintenance checked on the bathrooms and kept them super clean. I wish they would do the same with the showers!
