Wonderful location, cute clean cabin and friendly people. We had a great time and will be back!

Cabin was fine. Floors had stains on them and we were missing a curtain by the kids bunks. My husband also had to fix the strip at the bottom of the door that kept the air from flowing in under the door. The worst part was the showers were nasty! No mats to stand on and the shower curtain was ripped and the floor wad filthy! The play area was amazing for the children!!

I asked three times to make sure we would have linens when we arrived and it was marked that we rented linens,we arrived at 11:30 pm exhausted from drive and no linens in cabin.Had to call after hours to bring sheets.Heated pool wasn’t working and no one told us during reservations or check in.mess trying to rent the kids bike.Waterhouse at dump station soaks you from top of hose when turned on

We have a camper but in the winter we will rent a cabin without a bathroom and have never had an issue until this last time. Our heater in the cabin didn’t work, I called the office which was closed. The next morning we asked for a space heater they didn’t have one or didn’t try to accommodate us. The bathroom/showers were so nasty. I’ve never ever seen it like that before.

A lot of the kids things were broken, the swing , basketballs were flat , the jumping pillow was flat, and the off leash dog park fence was broken

We really liked how the KOA at Pigeon Forge was convenient to the park and all the stuff along the main drag and Gatlinburg. The price was more than fair and the cabin was comfortable. I really liked the kamping kitchen offering a stove top range and dish washing sink with actual hot water! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

In the cabin, there was a door that was broken off and there was writing on the door. Also in the bunk beds there was socks and other items left from the previous campers. The floor was extremely dirty, our feet were black from the floor.

This was our second stay at KOA. The first time was in our RV and it was great! This time we rented one of the cabins and we loved it! Definitely will be returning.

Cabin was great. Beds were comfortable. Fire pit was great. Hospitality was outstanding. Play areas were REALLY nice. Pool was beautiful. Nice quiet setting but close to main parkway.

They have wonderful amenities. Close to all the attractions. Cabin was very nice and clean. My only suggestion is camping cabin mattress needs updated.

The only reason I didn’t give too rating was due to the cleanliness of the cabin. We have an 8 month old, who can crawl, and after being on the ground for a few minutes, her legs and top of her feet that rubbed against the floor were black. Even the bottom of our socks quickly turned black.

The cabin we stayed in was very nice but the-on demand hot water was terrible, it started off ok but I was stuck with soap in my hair a few times. The water just didn’t stay hot!

I accidentally left a sentimental blanket church gave me folded and left on the corner of the bed. Within 30 min of cleaners starting the room they said blanket was GONE???

Top notch! Clean cabin, fun atmosphere, great for the the kids. Staff went above and beyond, even bringing us an air compressor in the middle of the night to pump up a flat tire! Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Great place to stay. Near everything. Only two minor issues- mold in shower on curtain wasn’t clean. And please label heater turn offs. Took several tries to get heat to turn off. Maybe a issue with the switch (cabin 307) Will definitely be back! We had a great week!!! Thanks so much!

The light didn’t work in the main bedroom the windows wouldn’t lock and the floors were horrible and dirty! Other than that it was amazing!!

We were late getting in and leaving early in the morning due to traffic on the highways but they took really good care of us for the one night. We will be back for sure to spend a at least 3 nights there.... Thank you

We stayed in a KOA Kabin. Everything was great except the mattress. Location, amenities, private porch, staff, everything was great except the flat bony mattress. We'll be back soon but will be bringing our own mattress topper.

I have come here for three years in a row for thanksgiving we have a great time here shopping and hiking. Only disappointment is that there are no assigned parking spots to the cabins and I had to park so far away! They could also use another set of restrooms/bathhouses Other than that we love the koa and area

Everything was good. The heated pool was great. The parks were great, except there were some missing activity parts and broken things around camp amenities. I would stay again.

The campgrounds roads DESPERATELY need directional arrows painted on the roads , its a mess . I even saw rhe escort cause a truck backingi.in a camper to jacknife and be up against a tree when, if he had come from the right direction he could have easily backed in. I even saw the KOA escorts bring campers in the wrong direction where Canpers could back into there sites the easiest way.

Our cabin was#316. It was dark when we got there. We noticed Rv’s were being escorted to their sights. No one offered to show us. It is very dark where the cabins are. We did not even have a flashlight to help find any kind of numbers in the cabins. The little light given with the keys did not work. We actually found other guests and together we all located #316. Two roaches found in our cabin

Stayed in cabin 307, had to walk about 100 yards from parking spot . Pathway and steps not lighted at all, very dangerous at night. The rate that you pay, you would think new linens would be supplied over a four night stay, no they were not. You had to go exchange your towels at the office. No beds were changed during this time as well. Pretty much, you were left to take care of yourself.

The campground was very nice and clean. The cabins were really nice as well. I will definitely be back.
