As always beautiful and clean cabins, pool was clean - we forget our towels and it’s was 30 degrees out a maintenance fellow brought us towels right to the hot tub. He was phenomenal. I was a little frustrated at the check in crew, I stood and waited for over 10 min while they chatted, didn’t acknowledge me standing in front of counter. Seemed crabby and inconvenienced that I was there

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However we stayed 3 nights the women's bathroom sinks were not cleaned, the same lump of soap was stuck in the bottom of the sink for all 3 nights. The trash in the stall was never emptied. There was also some safety issues, a section of sidewalk to our cabin stuck up over an inch which was a trip hazard.

We have stayed at the Pigeon Forge KOA several times and always have a great experience. Be warned the showers in the bathhouse are not the best, dimly lit and it was either scalding hot or cold there was no in between. The campground is crowded but overall the place is very clean and convenient.

Only 3 nights but we enjoyed every minute. Weather cooperated for a day at Dolly, & we went the next day to Bush Beans. We'll be back. Thanks.

Quiet clean Kampground. Absolutely beautiful area with tons to do. Staff was super friendly and location was perfect for all the attractions will be back for sure.

Our stay was wonderful!! We were so happy to be able to bring our puppers. Met wonderful people at the campground. We stayed in a deluxe cabin that was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The mattresses were also a plus and it's usually a downfall. I hope the kampground keeps up with them as they wear out. The only suggestions we have are to get new light bulbs in dc2 throughout the cabin.

Nice location and service was great and reliable even after hours we didn’t have linens in cabin as paid for in advance and within mins they were delivered after hours! Very quick response. Only negative is bathrooms could be slightly closer to certain cabins without bathrooms. Otherwise great campground!

Cabin was very nice but was not secluded. Camping sites were directly in front of the river so there was no view. Camping sites and that area were very very close. All in all we had a nice stay

Excellent!!! The cabins were comfy and warm!! We loved the fire pits and the trolley stop at the KOA entrance to go to Dollywood that was only about 2 miles away. We had a great time!!

Pictures on website were pretty accurate of what to expect! Cabin was well kept up and stocked with what they offer. Clean and comfy!! Loved the fire pit and patio.

The only negative was cabin 313. It was very difficult to get to. Extremely steep hill for seniors. I would like to point out that 2 staff members on a golf cart came to our rescue upon arrival. They put our items in a wagon and carried it to the cabin. Top notch staff

We were here for 2 nights and our stay was glorious. We were in a 2 bedroom cabin that was very well stocked with kitchen utensils and dishes. We hope to stay here in the future. Thank you.

The cabin had zero privacy and no parking. We had to park and walk to our cabin. We couldn’t step outside because everyone would stare because of no privacy. The cabin smelled like smoke when we got there and the whole time we were there all we heard was kids yelling from inside our cabin! Kids were screaming and climbing over the tree outside MY cabin wIndow. I was VERY disappointed this trip.

Our first time staying in the deluxe cabins and they were PERFECT! Location is very convenient to the main attractions. My only suggestion would be putting signage out directing to the cabins

Love everything about this park. The improvements are impressive! I did send an email for a suggestion to improve the lodge we stayed in. We will be back hopefully in spring.

My very first stay @ KOA cabin & I really enjoyed it! Nicer than the pictures. Staff was super nice. Loved the landscaping around my cabin. The steps down to cabin were a little challenging with luggage but will not deter me from staying there again. Only suggestion I can make is landscape lighting down the paths & steps. Fortunately, I had a flash light. Loved the fire ring & patio furniture.

Enjoyed our stay. I do recommend that the mattress on the sofa to be replaced (cabin 302) also bathroom door needs wd40. Great place to stay and will definitely be back.

We have now stayed twice in the pet friendly deluxe cabins in this year of 2021. Both times the cabins were clean stocked full of linens, and are very very cozy! Our boxer mix Sadie loves to walk all over the campground and the nearby Patriot Park! My brother loves the pool and hot tub, and my parents love the atmosphere of the campground. We will be back this Spring of 2022!
