We had a great time, but the spots were very crowded and close together. It’s hard to find your way around without any signage saying where the spot numbers are located.

Good location. Drive to Great Smokey Mountains is crazy. Dumbfounded by the traffic in the area. We’d stay again.

The people were very nice. The campground was okay, but our site 86 was terrible. We had to park in mud when we got there and when it rained Sunday night it was awlful. Mud and more mud. The campsite is not wide enough. WiFi was terrible!!!!! Very disappointed. Worst KOA we have stayed at. If I ever came back, would want a better site.

This location is very busy and right on main road. Sadly we were put in a lot that backed up to the entrance drive so our campfire was 4 ft from all incoming RVrrs.

Loved the deluxe site. Stayed last year in gravel regular site. Wasn’t impressed.

FIrst stay in a KOA and check-in process was a cinch. Very responsive customer service. Facilites (bath house & restrooms) were clean and functional. The trailer spots were pretty close together but I think that's probably common with all campgrounds that are located within walking distance to area attractions.

Great time. Cable went one one afternoon and wasn’t fixed until mid day the next day. Everyone was friendly. We stay here every year right before thanksgiving and will be back next year.

This was the 3rd time to stay at this KOA and we loved our visit. We will continue to stay there when we visit Pigeon Forge.

Over all the stay was very good. There were a few things that were disappointing. The bathroom needs a good mopping more often, it looked like the trash was emptied, but it wasn't "cleaned" The site had a little trash around, just 5 minutes of pick-up would have made it much more welcoming. I don't know if the office was closed, but we had someone come out to check us in. I like going inside.

We always enjoy our stay at campground. The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of help from the person who showed us our campsite. We followed him to our site, he pointed at it and drove off. He did not stay around to see if we needed help or guidance backing into site. On our prior stay the person was very, very helpful helping me back into site.

We had a wonderful time. Located near all the fun stuff. Facilities were clean and staff was very accommodating.

very helpful staff. Loved that the location was close to all the attractions. We never drove over 12 minutes to any of the attractions. The only things I wish I would have known about was the pet sites but I will definitely book them next time.

Overall great experience. The lot we stayed at was a little tight with other camper with not much parking room for the two vehicles we had.

Amazing staff!! We stayed in November, fall colors were beautiful. Grounds and facilities were kept clean, every staff member met us with a smile and we had a great time! Perfect location between Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. We loved that you could easily walk to Patriot Park, the Old Mill District and the trolley. We will definitely stay here again

Site stayed wet the entire time, even though it only rained once. Bugs were terrible. Site was to tight for 30 ft fifthwheel, nothing larger than 25ft should be on that site. Cable was in and out the entire time. Campground is in a great location. We were able to walk to Old Mill restaurant and shopping area.

KOA PIGEON FORGE, IS THE MOST AMAZING PLACE!. WE,LOVED STAYING HERE AND WULL,BE BACK AGAIN NEXT SPRING. YOU HAVE SO MANY AMENITIES, THAT MAKE CAMPING SO COMFORTABLE. YOUR ATTENTION TO THE UPKEEP OF THE GROUNDS IS AMAZING! YOUR STAFF IS TO BE COMMENDED, FOR THEIR SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE HAD SEVERAL OPPORTUNITIES, TO VISIT THE OFFICE AND GENERAL STORE. Spaces are a bit tight. Pad for tables and chairs was poured very unlevel on space 218. Store is very expensive - $2.51 for a single bottle of soda...not a great thing to gouge your clients. Restrooms should be attended to more often...especially in the mornings as the toilets were very unclean. Staff was very friendly. Garbage pick up at sites was nice. Campground was fairly quiet.

This KOA is within walking distance to lots of shopping. It's also on the Pigeon Forge trolley route, and we were even able to transfer to the Gatlinburg trolley at the welcome center and go to Gatlinburg too. Very convenient! The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice KOA with a year round pool and lazy river. We loved the hot tub. They have a nice gas fire pit by pool, but when asked them to light it we waited an hour a no one showed. Close to all the area attractions.

Site was incredibly small and barely accommodated our fifth wheel. Most units within arm’s reach of each other at the corners. This was despite me providing KOA my RV dimensions and booking a premium site. Rude nearby dog owners kept barking dogs in unit all day, park did nothing. Last, hot tub was dirty, filled with debris, and spa jets inoperable so no bubbles. Would look elsewhere next time.

Dogs barking is out of control. Handicapped bathroom was in need of cleaning for several days. Store prices way over priced. A single soda was all available. No 6 packs.

The campground was very nice and clean. The cabins were really nice as well. I will definitely be back.
