We really like the Gatlinburg KOA and have stayed there a few times. There are many things for the kids to do and nice campsites. However, this time I wasn’t as impressed with the showers in the bath house. I went to the same shower with my small son 2 days in a row and the toilet and floors were disgusting. I could understand once, but two days means it wasn’t cleaned in over 24 hours.

We stayed a couple of nights while traveling to meet with friends. The site was fine (not great). Very convenient to the area and local sites of interest. The biggest problem was trying to get into and out of the Campground. Traffic is never ending and trying to get in and out is a challenge at best.

Stay was great. The site was very very small and my truck and camper barley fit. The site I was in wasn’t got me but now I know

We stayed at spot #91. It was a difficult back in. The campers are really close but we loved every second we were there!

The staff is always great. The bathhouse near the river Was not cleaned everyday. The men's bathroom has blood above the urinal on the wall that was there the entire time we stayed. There was hardly any water pressure to wash your hands. Also the roads around the campground are getting bad and need repaired. Other than those minor things everything else Was good.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Camp site location was great no problems backing in. Heated pool wasn't working due to being down for a broken part on back order but that is beyond there control. Was a great stay will definitely be using again its our 3rd trip at this koa

Love staying here at pigeon forge KOA. Our campsite was toward the back of campground, but close to restrooms. We enjoyed how quiet it was in the area. Appreciated the frequent texts regarding weather conditions. Was looking forward to floating in the lazy river pool, only to discover it was ice cold...brrr! Was also disappointed that the discount we had received for Dec. camping no longer there.

Our stay at the KOA was a first time for use in our bran new grand design. We will be going back sometime in March. Unfortunately, it rained all day, so we didn’t get to enjoy everything that this KOA had to offer. I did not however see a handicap shower stall. Not saying that one was not present I just did not see one. Being an amputee it would have been very convenient to have this luxury.

There were a lot of people working but the bathrooms were dirty, showers were not cleaned for the 3 days we stayed. There was a log showing where people checked the bathrooms but only stayed two minutes. The pool was broken but we were not told it was broken, we were told it was heated to 75 degrees but it was not working, later maintenance told us the pool was broken for over a week. Disappointed

Would have been much higher but bathrooms were not good.? Only a slight dribble of water coming out of faucets… couldn’t rinse toothbrush! Great location!

Love staying there. Staff I'd so helpful and courteous. We stay there at least twice a year and cant wait to get there.

We like the location next to the park. The office and bathroom facilities are very adequate. The lots aren't as large as we like, but are nice.

Always enjoy our stay at this campground. Friendly staff and clean facilities. We request site 117 when we stay in December. We have a rear living/dining room and love seeing the Christmas lights at Patriot Park.

The pool’s heater needs to be fixed or at least notify people that it’s not working prior to arrival. We chose this campground in December because of outdoor heated pool.

Enjoyed the stay and the location. Very friendly staff. My only criticism is the amount of muddy areas that should be filled in with gravel or something!!

Beautiful park had a great time. Only complaint I have is lot 71 at night vehicle lights shine right on you when their checking in.

Would have been a perfect score but went all the way there only to find that the heater in the pool was “broken.” Children were looking forward to being able to swim in December. Without the pool heater working that was not possible. There are many other places we could have stayed where the kids could have swam but since we didn’t know that the heater wasn’t working it didn’t happen.

love this place. It is so conveniant to everything we enjoy doing and seeing We are not big Gatlinburg fans because of the crowds so we basically stay and shop in Pigeon Forge or Severiville. Thank you for a clean, park and discounted tickets to all the things we love to do. See you next spring. Joy Reagor

We enjoyed ate stay at KOA . The camp ground was clean , bathhouse clean workers and other campers were very friendly. We will definitely come back for another stay , Thank you.

The campground it’s self was wonderful… the office employees could be a little friendlier at check in and when you have questions about things inside the store.

We stayed 4 nights. It was a nice clean well kept facility. I would recommend this place! Their play area for kids was exceptional The pool area was great also. And the camp store had anything you could want. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at KOA Pigeon Forge. Everything was so convenient, restaurants, transportation and entertainment. We will diffently recommend it to our friends and will go back.

Tends to be very noisy early in the morning due to road noise. Front spots near the pool area are tight and hard to maneuver. Because it is rather difficult to pick a specific spot we will most likely stay at the new Margaretville RV resort next time.

We were there Dec.1 to Dec4. The campground,out buildings(bathrooms, laundry, etc.) were clean.People in the office area were very friendly and helpful. The extras like the pool and play areas looked very nice....little chilly for the pool at this time of year. Site area was very nice(level and shady) and neighboring campers quiet.

Overall the stay was good. Location was close to attractions and sites were clean. Only detraction was there was little privacy from neighboring campers.

First time staying here and we enjoyed it. We had to move from our original site due to not having enough room for our slides, but they were nice to let us choose from 2 other sites to move to. We plan on getting a premium site in the future—they seem really nice and lots of room!
