The campground was clean including the bathrooms and showers. The only complaint I would is the beauty bark that is on a few camp sites. The bark is not good for children and we had to remove multiple slivers from the hands and feet.

Our stay was great!! Only critique I would offer is if there is any chance of getting showers and bathroom closer to the tent area or over by the dog park/volleyball area. The side hill location and uneven ground makes it difficult for persons with mobility problems like my husband to walk up to the office to use the facilities.

Love the location, friendly staff, and all the extra precautions taking place to make sure the cabins are clean and sanitized. This was our second trip here and enjoyed it very much.

Everything was wonderful except for our dog being attacked by an off leash dog and all of our belongings to include our truck, camper, children’s bikes, camp chairs, and cooler being covered in bird poop. Our neighbor in the site next to us whom also worked at the KOA had bird feeders all over their site, this is very unsanitary and should not be allowed.

We stayed in lodge number one and it overachieved on our expectations. It was more roomy than we had expected, it was immaculately clean and the staff responded to our every need and request. I would highly recommend this KOA campsite to anybody thinking about staying here. Beautiful scenery and great location only 10 minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants.

Beautiful park with friendly employees. I was disappointed that putt putt golf was $12 a person there, and the next KOA that we went to was $1 a person. We stayed at several KOAS on our trip, and was never offered any military discounts etc, and never told about memberships we could have gotten to save more money too.

When first arriving and checking in,I was greeted by Tina and she wasn’t very nice. I had some other run ins with her throughout our stay and they weren’t positive. I felt she was very rude and judgmental. All of the other staff was amazing.They went above and beyond asking us if we needed help setting up, firewood was brought to our site. We loved the site! All staff was very nice and helpful. Facilities were nice and clean. Sewer hookup in bad location needed two sections of sewer lines. Campfire pit in poor location. When site next to ours's burned, all smoke came into our motorhome. Poor placement!

Very helpful staff. Great view of Flathead Lake. There is a nice restaurant which is a short walk down to the bottom of the hill as well.

Was so impressed with everything about our stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful, the views were incredible, and the pool was warm! Our only disappointment was the playground being closed (but understand that is a common policy during these times). Overall would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay with you & the staff was very helpful & pleasant. The deluxe cabin we rented was equipped with everything we needed, as well as CLEAN & comfortable. The only drawback was we couldn't see Flathead Lake & the mountains from our deluxe cabin. :( So in order to get the views we desire, we wouldn't rent a cabin again, but would select an RV site & RV camp there instead.

The only rule I had trouble with, not getting water on the floor when showering before going to the pool then showering after the pool when you have a heard of kids to do this with I not sure how that's going to happen no water on the floor?

We’ve stayed at several KOA’s in multiple states and the Polson/Flathead Lake KOA was, by far, the nicest of them all. Staff were all very friendly and helpful (as is the case at all KOA’s we’ve been at), the facilities were extremely clean and comfortable, & the view and location were the best we’ve ever experienced. When I visit Montana again, I will definitely be staying at the Polson

I've never encountered such sweet camp hosts. Wish there were more hosts like these! My husband and I were traveling through and stopped by for the night, they made sure we had everything we needed. Overall very well taken care of property. Highly recommend staying here!:)
