Great location and really nice campground. The bathrooms and showers were really nice, clean and well stocked. They even had a hair dryer in the bathroom. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots to do in the area and this is a great base camp.

Perfect. I recommend the pool and hot tub be open earlier in the morning!! The place itself is amazing, a perfect setting. Nice people.

You all saved our trip after our Finley Point reservation got cancelled by the fire. We will definitely come back, hopefully without the smoke. Every member of the staff was so friendly. From one of the Owners camped next to us to every member of the staff, thank you�

Should have more full hookup sites and sites are crowded. We had to ask the camper across from us to move his vehicle so that we could make the swing to pull out. A lot of slope to the sites we used.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived from another KOA and had been very disappointed there. This time we were pleasantly surprised! Alec who brought us to our site was so helpful not only about the area but also about some features on our Rig we did not know about…..thank you Alec and thanks Polson/Flathead Lake KOA for being there for us! It was a great pleasure!

Lots of grass, gravel pads, not all perfectly level but with some views of the lake. Nice big dog run with grass, well maintain park.

Smallish KOA with beautiful office store and hospitality area. Very friendly staff as well. Only 4 stars because pool and spa were not working on a very hot day. Also some spots are very sloped with not much accessible area for table/chairs.

Great location , very nice staff and the local area is fun. To top place to stay. One problem is the pool pump failed and it took two days to fix.

Tent spot was tiny. Bathrooms were a trek up a hill. The pool was broken which was a HUGE reason we stayed there. The sprinklers came on and soaked all out stuff on the table. I was incredibly disappointed in this place. I dont think as a tenter I would ever stay at a KOA again.

Our RV space was unlevel, didn’t have a level picnic table (we had to level it with 2x4’s, the miniature golf course was a mess from all the tree branches and we couldn’t use our AAA discount there. The showers were very clean as were the restrooms so no complaints about that. No one was monitoring the pool so there were a few occasions that there were children in the pool without an adu

Although it was raining, the campgrounds were clean, staff was very friendly and check in was very efficient. we will be back and we always recommend it to our friends and neighbors. Actually My brother borrowed my RV a couple of weeks ago and stayed here. he loved it, and he came in from N. Carolina.

Had a good stay for two nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Spent most of our time touring the area. Used pool and hot tub and enjoyed both. As in most KOAs the sites were tight together. Internet was about the same as most campgrounds and basically useless as it would disconnect frequently and was slow when working. Did not use propane grill provided as previous guest left it filthy.

Our first time in Polson - loved our site with what would normally be a great view, if there wasn’t all the smoke. We just pray that everyone is safe and stays safe. We will return when we can enjoy the view.

The photo advertising did not really accurately portray the actual park. What you see on the photos is really part of a private park and the was NOT ANY view of the lake and the internet was terrible unless you went up and sat at the office. Campsites was marginal.

The campground was well maintained even with all the campers. The pool was clean as were the restrooms and showers. Better ventilation (exhaust fan in showers) would be good. The gift shop was well stocked and fun to look around. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful although one KOA man was a bit gruff. I would definitely recommend this KOA.

Deluxe cabin w/private bath was comfortable. Bedroom needed ceiling fan to move air around - stayed too warm. We were quite disappointed to arrive and be told the hot tub was not working (which is why we rented this particular cabin several months ago). Most staff were very friendly, seemed happy to be there, however, some definitely not good fit for the job. First time at a KOA 3 stars out of 5.

Deck had rotten boards. I stepped off trailer steps onto deck and put my foot through the deck spraining my ankle. I called the office to report the problem and the response was “what would you like us to do”. No concern or remorse! I responded “have someone repair the rotten boards and pay my medical bills for getting my ankle checked. Her response was “I will need to check on that”. No

WONDERFUL for RVs, great showers, and pet area, TERRIBLE for tents. I don't think whoever arranged the tent pads has ever tent-camped. No shade, the pebbles were BAKING in the sun and radiated heat into the tent all night. Pebble tent pad nice but needs grass. Sprinklers woke us and sprayed the site. The tent sites are basically in a parking lot. Only bad KOA tent sites we've ever stayed in.

I've never encountered such sweet camp hosts. Wish there were more hosts like these! My husband and I were traveling through and stopped by for the night, they made sure we had everything we needed. Overall very well taken care of property. Highly recommend staying here!:)
