Too many rules-if the adult is supervising in the pool area then they should get to decide if their child is old enough for hot tub. Why are bathrooms not cleaned between 11-1 so they are available for guests when they check in- really needed it when I arrived. Hummingbird was not friendly unless there were other staff members around. Was not pleasant to interact with her in the office

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working but that was beyond their control. They had parts ordered to repair the issue. The staff was friendly and the campground was well maintained. We would definitely use this campground in the future The Burrells from Bogart Georgia ����������

All around nice facility. However, the hot tub was broken which would have been nice since it was 70 degrees out, and the WiFi wasn’t great.

We stayed here a year ago and had a great spot with full lake view .. not so this year .. view of the garbage cans which were overflowing .. Putt Putt needs resurfacing . Probably won’t come back.

Premium site, it is not but had to pay the extra $. Cement pad, outside space very small. Packed in like sardines. Bbq grill looks like it was never cleaned. Every site the sewer drain is positioned next to the Cement pad, so when you sit outside your camper the neighbors poop hose is inches from where you sit and eat. Never wanted to give a bad review til now. Lower your rates!!

A nice location but the pull thru for a 45’ plus RAM truck tow vehicle was a bit tight. Additionally when RV’s came to park in front of our site on two occasions the RV backing up almost hit the front of our coach or take out our driver’s side because the driver was in a blind spot.Our future stays at KOA’s we will ask the length of the pull thru before we commit to making the reservation

This has been our favorite KOA so far on our trip! Staff was friendly, view was great. Only disappointment was that they only serve breakfast once during the summer.

Campground was neat and well maintained as always. Wifi was a little wonky. We were informed of planned outages but we seemed to get "kicked off" from time to time.

Great location and really nice campground. The bathrooms and showers were really nice, clean and well stocked. They even had a hair dryer in the bathroom. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots to do in the area and this is a great base camp.

You all saved our trip after our Finley Point reservation got cancelled by the fire. We will definitely come back, hopefully without the smoke. Every member of the staff was so friendly. From one of the Owners camped next to us to every member of the staff, thank you�

Should have more full hookup sites and sites are crowded. We had to ask the camper across from us to move his vehicle so that we could make the swing to pull out. A lot of slope to the sites we used.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived from another KOA and had been very disappointed there. This time we were pleasantly surprised! Alec who brought us to our site was so helpful not only about the area but also about some features on our Rig we did not know about…..thank you Alec and thanks Polson/Flathead Lake KOA for being there for us! It was a great pleasure!

Smallish KOA with beautiful office store and hospitality area. Very friendly staff as well. Only 4 stars because pool and spa were not working on a very hot day. Also some spots are very sloped with not much accessible area for table/chairs.

Great location , very nice staff and the local area is fun. To top place to stay. One problem is the pool pump failed and it took two days to fix.

Our RV space was unlevel, didn’t have a level picnic table (we had to level it with 2x4’s, the miniature golf course was a mess from all the tree branches and we couldn’t use our AAA discount there. The showers were very clean as were the restrooms so no complaints about that. No one was monitoring the pool so there were a few occasions that there were children in the pool without an adu

Had a good stay for two nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Spent most of our time touring the area. Used pool and hot tub and enjoyed both. As in most KOAs the sites were tight together. Internet was about the same as most campgrounds and basically useless as it would disconnect frequently and was slow when working. Did not use propane grill provided as previous guest left it filthy.

Our first time in Polson - loved our site with what would normally be a great view, if there wasn’t all the smoke. We just pray that everyone is safe and stays safe. We will return when we can enjoy the view.

The photo advertising did not really accurately portray the actual park. What you see on the photos is really part of a private park and the was NOT ANY view of the lake and the internet was terrible unless you went up and sat at the office. Campsites was marginal.

The campground was well maintained even with all the campers. The pool was clean as were the restrooms and showers. Better ventilation (exhaust fan in showers) would be good. The gift shop was well stocked and fun to look around. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful although one KOA man was a bit gruff. I would definitely recommend this KOA.

Deck had rotten boards. I stepped off trailer steps onto deck and put my foot through the deck spraining my ankle. I called the office to report the problem and the response was “what would you like us to do”. No concern or remorse! I responded “have someone repair the rotten boards and pay my medical bills for getting my ankle checked. Her response was “I will need to check on that”. No

I've never encountered such sweet camp hosts. Wish there were more hosts like these! My husband and I were traveling through and stopped by for the night, they made sure we had everything we needed. Overall very well taken care of property. Highly recommend staying here!:)
