We were in Cabins 300 and 301. They were very dirty. My one year old grandson was black after crawling the floor. We did speak to the Manager and he agreed it was dirty and sent the cleaners down. We ended up cleaning it ourselves to our stds. Also mattress was uncomfortable

Wonderful!had a nice clean cabin....every staff member I talked to was so nice and helpful....& all the other ones I drove past smiled or waved...the ONLY bad thing I have to say is the futon bed/couch should’ve been changed...we spend so much money...I know it’s enough money to make sure they look decent and not 10 years old...but my family will be back...we LOVED it!�ϋ�

We had a great time. The KOA Port Huron very clean. Employees were very friendly. We will be back on September 9-14. We like it there so much we are interested in the Seasonal rates.

It was a wonderful family experience. I had 4 teenagers with me and everyone had a great time. The Deluxe cabins were clean and roomy. The other campers and staff were wonderful. We look forward to our next visit.

Great experience! Only complaint was our cabin was infested with bugs when we checked in, no big deal when we were moved to another cabin. But the second cabin was dirty and the mattress had such a bad dip in it, it hurt my back very badly all 3 nights. The kids and I took the first 20 minutes to clean our cabin and even found chicken and a soda in the mini fridge from previous people.

It was a great experience! The cabin was very lovely. The activities were very nice. The staff was very nice and professional. I am looking forward in coming back next year

Our site was beautiful! The bathrooms and showers on the other hand were absolutely disgusting for both day’s we were there like they never cleaned them or the showers. The pool in the back of the park was also gross with hair and scum so bad I wouldn’t even get in.

Bathroom door on cabin 2866 was very hard to open and close. Also, the bathroom door was filthy with hand prints from everyone opening and shutting. The refrigerator door was also hard to open it hits the floor. The floor of the cabin was filthy it hadn’t been mopped in I don’t know how long. I went to use some of the dishes and it had a sack of eggs from a spider on one of the lids.

Enjoyed all the activities the campgrounds offer. The food was excellent. I would’ve rated the number 2 question a five but… Need to do a better job at cleaning the cabin. Th floors wasn’t mopped and the tub was dirty. Walked around the cabin and my sock turned black. The tubs needs to be cleaned with Ajax. Need to do a better job of wiping things down.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and everyone was so friendly and helpful. However the huge amount of flies in the cabin took away from us enjoying our camping experience fully. They did send someone to spray but they were still coming in from some where and it was not the front door. They were constantly landing on our food and made it a very uncomfortable experience.

Very clean and well organized. Lots of activities from go karts to mini golf, it kept us adults busy. The food and the ice cream were also a bonus!

Not Recommend for anyone who uses cash only! You must have a Credit card or debit card (with credit card logo). You can not Rent golf carts without one. You also take a chance on the loss of desired available site if you do not have one. Because by the time you drive (in my case 30 minutes) to pay for it..the site may be taken. They also treat you downscale if they believe you have little money.

When I look at a campground I look at the way the park manages its guests and what the rules are. If the campground can't enforce its rules, I get disappointed. Especially language, pools and quiet time. We had to put up with problems with all of these. Loud music at many times sometimes until 1 in the morning, and then tirades with a plethora of "f" bombs and dangerous activities around the pool.

The campground was so clean and was outstanding , there is alot to do, we went to the port huron Beach that I highly recommend.. great trip

I only rate the stay this low due to the issues we dealt with for the first time in three visits. We came up with our brand new truck, only to have kids who were staying behind us throw rocks at it and dent it in SEVERAL spots. We called security who we never saw but we were told came out and 'caught the kids'. The ENTIRE time we were there, people were cutting through our site. I have more...

Rating is 5s However, when new campers arrived on Friday night, site 70. They partied with loud music until 3:30am. I didn’t want to complain out of fear of retaliation. Also in the morning the smell of weed was offensive. I also had an RV on 44 so I abandoned my tent on site 71 and moved their for the evening to sleep. Really love your campground ���� it’s the best!

Very nice and friendly staff made are stay a great time .they even helped find a phone one of the kids lost at the go cart track.

As always, lots of fun and lots of things to do. The staff is wonderful. The only issue we had during this visit was a lack of courtesy from some other campers with respect to rented golf carts. Perhaps the campground could stress to people that they aren't supposed to be driven on sidewalks and through campsites of others.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and very clean! The staff are very warm, welcoming and very accomodating! Any questions I had I just texted the number provided and somebody got back with me immediately!! I love this place and look forward to visiting again! Thankyou for such a great weekend for me and my family!!!

We had a great time and safe was wonderful. Unfortunately we had our level bars for a camper stolen off our site. It’s really unfortunate because in 9 years of camping, we never had any issues.

The check-in clerk gave the wrong instructions to get to our site (#4) so getting in took some maneuvering but otherwise the park was in great shape, nice showers, very pleasant staff.

A wide variety of activities for the kids. So much that you'll need more than 2 nights. Campground is very active and full on the weekends. The public bathrooms are updated, but not cleaned often. Also, they are stalls and not individual restrooms, so there is not as much privacy.

We love this park and have been coming for several years now, usually multiple times per year, and are generally happy with our stay. We were disappointed how dirty the bathrooms were near our site (225). They were only cleaned once per day and not very well at that. The men's urinals were not operational.

Serenity, however, adults can not enjoy the pools bc the kids take over with their consistent cannonball jumping. It would be wonderful if adults had an hour at opening time to be able to swim and enjoy the pools also.

Great family atmosphere, camp ground are well kept. The only reason I’m giving it a 4stars because someone dog pooped on our site was told that someone should come by and pick it up yet it sat there all weekend. We will be back soon

We had a blast only problem we had was someone took my sons sway bars on Saturday night . Which is is nothing to do with the camp ground it was wonderful.
