I've been coming here for years. Only gets better each season. Tons of things to do, very clean, convenient. All the employees are great, fast, efficient, polite, problem solvers. I really have no complaints. Really like the added # you can text the front desk!

The campground offers so much to do! But we rented 7 deluxe cabins and they were filthy! Ceiling fans covered in dust, smeared mirrors, clothes under couch, floor muddy, etc. At $200 a night, we expect CLEAN. Less gazebos, more help and oversite with cleaning cabins.

I loved the halloween weekend. The only Major gripe and disappointment I have is why there isnt any sort of electric outlets on the outside of the smaller cabins. We had brought a lot of lights and decorations that required outside plugs but found there was ZERO plugs. If you dont rent a power hookup site or large cabin, you cant decorate which is VERY disappointing.

We stayed in a cabin, it was clean on arrival. Climate controlled which was very nice since it was cold out. The Halloween activities were a big hit with my kids who had a great time. I will absolutely be coming back.

We had a blast there was so much for the kids to do that we can't wait until next year to go back but a lot of things need to be done there's a lot of wear and tear on your cabin it was dirty we had to have maintenance come in and clean it . maybe the cleaning crew need a checklist before they leave each cabin. Thank you for having us can't wait till next year.

Great stay...fun activities for the kiddos...they LOVED the trick or treat event! My only complaint is the cabins could've been cleaned a little bit better.

The activity’s were fun and a lot to do for the kids. I thought the cabin was pretty dirty, the twin mattress was ripped and a pair of underwear were found on the side of the bunk beds from previous people who stayed there. Lots of bugs in the cabin, little bugs were found in the Keurig and the toilet seat was worn and rusty.

Cabin looked like it was swept by prior tenant and that's it. Not swept under bed, not mopped. Prior people left dirty socks behind on bed. Mattress feels like falling off the bed. One set of bathrooms near stores are immaculate and pristine another set of bathrooms is old and grungy, showers not cleaned, cement floors in showers were muddy no sweeping or mopping.

There wasn't much for the kids to do. The activities lacked creativity. The scavenger hunt was the wrong week. The train, go karts and anything fun for older kids was shut down due to rain/wetness. The jumping pillow was deflated. I'd assume its more fun in the summer with the pools open, but we left pretty unimpressed and disappointed in our annual camping trip this year. We probably won be back.

Check-in was great. Was kind of disappointed not much in stores or some food out, but understand about shortages. Did not enjoy the movie where kids were running in and out yelling.

Great time at the Port Huron KOA. We go every year for Halloween weekends. Deluxe lodges are very nice. They take very good care of the park.

It was an excellent stay and experience. Activities for the kids throughout the day. Clean and comfortable cabins. Bathrooms clean and stocked. Super friendly and organized staff. We had an issue with something as simple as a broom that was broken in our cabin upon arrival, called to let them know so we wouldn’t be charged, had a new broom within 5 minutes. Firewood delivery service superb.

Great as usual. Our cabin (40) smelled a little when arrived. Opened the windows to air it out and it was fine. There was food leftover in our mini fridge though...

Rented while renovation was being done on our house. It was great, the cabin was pet friendly as we needed to relocate our 2 cats with us while work was being done. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Only thing was floors were filthy!! My feet and my cats pink toe beans were black after walking around. I'm not one to complain especially since everything else was good.

Nice cabin, ask for extra blankets and pillows and they were brought to us that night. Campground (arcade and some parts of the grounds) could be cleaner. Also, I think all of the stores/go carts/train etc... should be open Monday-Sunday, as people camp at different times. It would have been nice to have them open as we have kids that would have enjoyed them.

We have came here for 14 years and this was one of the worst times. The lodge we stayed in was dirty. The floor was filthy. You couldn’t even see in the mirror by the door. The fans were really dirty window ledges and blinds. Etc. kids went to color Halloween bags and they said they were sold out 10 minutes after it started do we had a 4 yr old and 5 yr old crying and no bag to get candy in. Lou

Our last visits have always been awesome! This time though, our cabin was filthy. The bathroom was not clean and the floors were definitely never cleaned. I wiped up a small spill within an hour or two of us being there and the rag was black. It was disgusting. Also, the cabin reeked like a wet dog all weekend (we don’t have a dog). I was definitely disappointed.

It's the 10th year I have stayed for Halloween weekends. We use the kabins for this weekend. Each year, prices have increased. For a while, the amenities also increased, however, it is increasingly noticeable that I am not getting the same value per cost as in the past. No jumping pillow, no hayride, no candy drop, no scavenger hunt, no train ride-where are the fun activities?? Pay extra for all.

I had a fairly good time although there were a couple things I was very disappointed about. I stayed in cabin #28 I don't think the bathroom/shower house was cleaned even once. 3 of the toilets were plugged with toilet paper and feces the entity time. The toilets that were usable were so very disgusting dirty and there was no toilet paper. Thank god I brought my own!

Everything was great other than the bathrooms. Filthy. They we not kept up. No toilet paper in half the stalls almost the whole time. Had to call to ask them to clean them and even then they were not cleaned. They only added toilet paper. For the price you pay for that campground, you could atleast have decent restrooms.
