There was a horrible smell in the cabin but once we started to cook and spray air freshener the smell went away. Nice place I loved it! My kids enjoyed their stay as well. We will be back next year.

It was my family's 1st time staying there and we had a wonderful time and plan on returning September 3rd for another few days of camping enjoyed it very much

I think my stay was pleasurable but we had a lot of younger adults jamming loud music on the porch and the Wi-Fi sucked there. He really helped us find our campsite as it was our first time there so we drove around and drove around and kept asking for help.

Well I had to leave aday early i didn't realize how uncomfortable the beds were in the cabin and I couldn't give my mom a shower because their wasn't a chair in the handicap shower.but other then that our stay was great the kids enjoyed it

Decent stay. I wasn’t too ecstatic when I went to the Western Store and it was very bare. There is not much sold in the store anymore. Years ago, there was so much more to offer in that store. Also, security was not enforced. Both nights of my stay, I was woken up by young adults screaming, walking around, and playing on the playground at early hours of the morning.

There was dirty socks and playing cards underneath the bed,the pot holders were filthy, the bunk beds were not made and only bedding for three of the four bunk beds. The water heater broke but was fixed within 30 minutes which was nice! Many cigarette butts in the fire pit!

Our stay was great.. the first to 2 night we questionable because of our neighbors in the lodge / cabins were loud and up all night until 1am.

We have gone to the KOA since we were kids. We haven't been in a few years but were delighted to see the cleanliness, fun & games, & parks/pools were awesome & magical for the kids as ever. My only complaint was the younger employees working in the western stores were very rude & unfriendly every single interaction we had with them. Every other employee was fantastic & nice including the security.

All the staff were pleasant and helpful. However, for this visit we were disappointed in its cleanliness of the bathrooms and the kids play areas. Also there were a lot less items in the stores yo choose from for souvenirs. We will definitely be back next year. It's our favorite place to go camping as I need to stay in a cabin. We usually come evert year but due to Covid 19 we didn't come the last 2yrs , but our family had a Great time as usually. Staff was wonderful, lodge was nice and clean, and pool was great. We will be back next year.

OUR VERY FAVORITE PLACE ~~~ ALSO ~` YOU HAVE A SUPRTVISOR THAT NEEDS RECOGNITION ~ HIS NAVE IS DON ~~ A FEW STAYS AGO I GOT MY AWNING STUCK IN A TREE ~ DON WAS THER IN A FLASH LADDER AND ALL AND SOLVE OUR PROBLEM WITH A SMILE ~~ WATCHED HIM DO A SUPER CLEAN UP EAELY AM BY THE BIKE BARNS ~~ AT THE MAD DOG `HE MADE A POINT OF SAYING HI TO OUR GROUP AND ASKING IF THERE WAS ANYTHING HE COULD DO FOR US

L294 is a wonderful lodge. Very accommodating with the exception of no oven...maybe for safety reasons. As always, we'll be back next year!

We did joy our selves but it would have been better if our cabin wouldn’t had so many spider webs on the ceiling and the floor was mopped. I had to clean spider webs. The general store was empty, my mom was very disappointed to what was in the store. We chalked it up to that fact that everything is still opening back up from COVID. We will visit again to see if things change in a year or two.

Our experience was great!! Great staff!!! Great clean cabin!!! Great landscape!! Everything was just great!!!! Would highly recommend and will Definitely return! Brought my 13 year old daughter and her three friends...we rented the deluxe cabin with the loft and bunk beds and master bedroom!! They loved it!! Fun activities for families..quiet and everyone seemed so friendly..THANKS AGAIN!!!

Very nice cabin #336. We just had to mop the floor ourselves it was bad. The cabin was very nicely put together and the outside area was excellent. Your whole grounds are so awesome so much to offer and your crew was so friendly and helpful.

2 night stay with grandchildren, appreciated the planned activities even on weekdays. All staff polite and helpful.

Garbage on our table and a giant pile of poop upon arrival. Tons of kids cutting through campsites. The cabins were partying all night and then loud music started again at 8am. The sites were small and packed in, all the traffic made it near impossible to get in or out of your site. The campground has the potential to be great, but nothing was managed. This was our first KOA and will be last.

Love taking my kids here. Some of the downfalls are the carpenter ants eating away the cabin. My son slept on the top bunk and woke up with wood shavings all over. Also the bathrooms are gross. People do not clean up after themselves. At the pool the shower area outside where you rinse off has a huge amount of "sludge". It needs to be power washed/bleached!! My kids kept slipping on it.

Love the campground. We have camped there for about 15 years. We had no issues but one of the people in our party had a confrontation with the owner. They were packing up to leave. Their second vehicle had parked in the overflow all weekend but pulled their vehicle on the site to load up. The owner came and was angry about it. He would let them explain. It was on a Monday. He was very angry

We have camped for over 30 years at this campground and still very much enjoy it. I would like to see more people be able to be on a campsite. We bought a large travel trailer in order that more family could camp with us, but are limited now due to the campsite restriction.

My family and I have stayed at the Port Huron KOA about a half dozen times, this has been the most pleasant trip we have ever had. The entire staff has been very pleasant and helpful. There is so much to do for the kids and even the adults, we already have reservations for next year.

While I am impressed with all that the campground has to offer, I am very disappointed in how busy and unsafe the campground is. The narrow roads are consumed with people, golf carts, and bikes of all kinds. It is next to impossible for a vehicle and RV to get in or out on these roads and dangerous for those on the roads. The flow of this campground needs to be drastically improved.

The amenities were great, my kids enjoyed the limo bikes and the banana bikes. My biggest complaint is how nasty the bathrooms were. I complained 2 days in a row about the conditions. On Saturday night it was so bad I had to walk to my parents site to wake them up to use their bathroom. All 4 stalls ran out of toilet paper by 10 when I went and there was wet toilet paper all over the floors.

We stayed in the back tent area and it was absolutely amazing. The amenities that this campground offers exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the spots complex, golf cart rental, bike rental and wood and pizza delivery to our site! We also loved the pools and ice cream was amazing . All the staff we interacted with with amazing!

They lied about leaving early the CRS said yes we would get a refund of the you unused days. We lost power. The manager who was texting was rude and could use some Customer Service skills. Take someone’s experience and make it better for the next customer.

The only issue I had was my Deluxe Cabin wasn't really cleaned well prior to me going in. I had to wipe off the counter tops and the table where there was still crumbs from the last guests. The ground around the picnic table still had garbage (nut shells, juice pouches and cigarette butts) from the last campers as well. Once we cleaned up, our weekend was great.

Stay was great. Love the text option for when we need something, for checkout, etc. I'd like to see a little more with the cabin cleaning process as the floors were pretty disgusting. Only had one sheet per bunk and not base sheet to put around mattress, so that was a little annoying. Golf cart process was a little annoying too with having to verify ages each day. Rental per stay would be amazing

A lot of amenities and activities! However the floors were extremely dirty and the cabin was very dusty. Disappointing that the jumping pillow was not working.
