First time at this location. Stayed in a cabin with bathroom. Great place, grounds are well kept and clean. Staff for the most part was great. Only draw back is that the cabins during summer weekends sell out quick and well in advance so its hard to get back at times.

Had a great weekend. The campground was in great shape and the staff were very efficient and friendly. The weather was gorgeous and we had a wonderful time.

Bathrooms ran out of toilet paper quite frequently. Responsiveness to text was great. Should offer ice delivery to site.

This is my 4th year coming up in August to celebrate qirh my friend for her birthday and mine. My husband and I brought our two grandsons this year and last year and a giid time is had by all.

Paid 659 for lodge and they wanted to charge me 75 cents for more regular coffee since I don't drink decaf and they told me it came with 2 double beds and it didn't it came with a bunk and im 72 and I couldn't even sleep on it. And they wouldn't do anything about that either. Also my daughter was there at a site and I got there 20 minutes before 3 and they had me pay 2.00 each just to go in and e

it was too crowded, I do believe putting in walking and biking lanes would be very helpful. Bathroom was out of toliet paper and their was a door way in the back of the bathroom near the showers that males were going past the female showers. didn't seem very safe or private.

Our stay was real nice except that the campground was completely full. I know it's summer camping but I was hoping for just a little less busy. The restrooms were adequate to how busy they were. I would come back but in the fall during the week!

As a first time camper it was a great experience. I loved how eager everyone was to help and ensure we had a great time.

We liked the size of the spaces and all the different things offered for the kids/families. Wish the bathrooms by site 69 were cleaned a bit better BUT we do understand it is busy busy. The floors just get really slippery/muddy with all the swimmers running in and out. The country store didn’t have much selection but that also might be due to COVID still holding things up. All in all we liked!!!

Our first time camping at this resort! Had a very nice stay & enjoyed many amenities putt-putt was awesome! Loved the ice cream parlor as well! Already booked our stay for next year!!

Overall the resort has lots to do but our stay was interrupted by all the noise of a huge group that was there to party. Very loud and disrespectful to fellow campers. This is the second time at this resort and thinking it's a party resort.

Train runs once at 3pm during week exactly when you check in...we missed the train the 1st day. We stayed at the lodge cabins. Our 1st cabin was nice, the Neighbors who had the next two cabins over were messy,rude,loud late. security guard, there is nothing posted for that except for on the gate entrance itself. + Other cabin dated, dirty fans/dirty a/c. Got a not so happy vibe

Lots are way too small for a 45ft 5th wheel. Not sure I will camp here if I can help it .

The only negative I have is the fact that the 11pm quite time is not enforced. The partiers next store didn't turn of the music and stop.shouting until after 1:30 am.

Began with my Friday night cabin not being added to my reservation so without a cabin until I took multiple hours working with KOA employees. Second, the cabin we were put in had a hornets nest (have images) on back of cabin and a critter cage on backside grounds against our cabin. Cabin Crew Manager was very standoffish and rude when I said my 8 year old is allergic to bees and wasps. Not happy!

I realize in today’s environment that’s it’s hard to enforce rules, but a little more enforcement of the quite time listed might be in order. It was obvious that some campers came in with full intentions of breaking this rule. Other than that, had a great time.

We all love your KOA! We come a couple of times every year and all of us enjoy it so much. One complaint though. You should open the pool and all the other amenities at least by 10:00. 11:00 is so late. We hate that, especially on our departure day! Otherwise it is awesome!!

Premium campsite 272 is unbelievably narrow. You can literally hear the camper next to you talking while we a both in our campers. Glider bench bolted to patio, just next to firepit and in the way of enjoying pit, not to mention it is backwards and not facing the pit. New pool needs skimmer on-site. Tons of floating hair. Looked gross. Did not go in. Will not return to a KOA. Too expensiv

We have been bringing our 3 grandkids every year for the past 3 years, they love it and we are very happy with the service you provide every year. The kids are already talking about next year. Love having 2 pools to choose from. They live the train ride as well.

Our site was dirty when we pulled in. Trash on the grass and old candy on the ground. Grass not raked or even trash on it picked up. Barbecue was dirty with utensils caked with food and sauce. Grill was in bad shape, black all over our food from old burners, couldn’t cook on it at all. Bad weather was moving in and I called office to check where we would go and office said they didn’t know.
