We were there for 8 days had no WiFi at our site even though we were parked with in 75 feet of the WiFi extender tower. We complained 2 times but nothing was done.

We enjoyed our stay during the week, but I don’t think we will be returning during the weekends anymore. There was an issue with vulgar music at a nearby cabin, then a confrontation with the KOA employee, and the sherif had to come. It was quite unsettling! Several families packed up and left early. The grounds are beautiful and there’s so much for the kids to do! Just beware of weekend crowd

Lots of staff which is great. It was our first time staying at Port Huron, and we were not told when we pulled in that we needed to come back and check in and get a pass for our car. The attendant at the gate gave us a map and told us to have a great weekend. We found out from a friend that we needed to go back and register.

Absolutely the loudest koa I've ever stayed at. The security team was definitely not doing rounds and enforcing any kind of quite time. Will never stay again.

It was nice just a lot of people around not really any privacy where we were and people would walk through the campsite

Bathrooms are disgusting. The state parks have better bathrooms and are less expensive to camp at.

Good amenities and staff is always friendly and attentive to needs. Only problem is air quality in lodges. All over very dusty and ac units need to be cleaned. Units were very dirty on outside and had a foul smell when turned on. Filters probably not being cleaned regularly.

Lodge was dirty. Paid a lot of $$$ and wouldn’t mgt wouldn’t give any concessions. Poor mgt for certain. Remote had food or something on it. Freezer door had blood or food. Floors were filty (feet got so diety had to wear shoes). Safety mech broke on window, toilet lever didn’t always shut off. It was much quieter this year and much less pot smells

First time with the wife getting away kids are all grown now we had a great time and we'll be coming back in three weeks with the family like a group of twenty of us thank you very much place has a lot to offer for kids and the adults had a blast

I rented a cabin for the first time, and we were excited. The disappointment was how not clean the cabin was at arrival. I planned to sanitize myself some cuz that’s what I do, I didn’t expect the counters to have food on them or the table to be so dirty as I cleaned before we unloaded car. The lodge was filled with pet hair. The floors and rug was filthy and covered in pet hair. The floors are not mopped, just swept. I had to go to the Dollar General to get a swifter to clean the floors. The porch is not swept often. You should clean the outside of the cabins/lodges, also. I have been coming here for the last 6 years and we always enjoy our time here. You changed the bike rentals.

The two bedroom rustic cabins with air-conditioning electricity no bathrooms far exceeded my expectations. Cabins were clean, a quick walk across the street to very clean public bathrooms. Showers were clean as well a little bit small. The two pools were outstanding. Not tons of people however I booked Tuesday through Friday the first part of August. The valet firewood service was cool also.

They have made more efforts on bathrooms the mosquitoes are a lot better this trip was more enjoyable than the last one good job koa staff kids had a blast with the activities departments the koa staff helped us look for my friends daughter that took off they have made my stay a pleasant one thanks again koa staff that put in the hours

Would have been 5 but cabin floor was sticky and smelled like beer. Had to get it mopped. But staff responded quickly and got it done. Thank you!

Everything was great, the only thing I suggest is that the staff spend more time cleaning the lodges. Our trash can was very dirty in the inside and the floor needed to be swept but everyone was extremely nice, even the other patrons. I love it and we will be back however the cleaning could've been better.

The park is very nice, and always has lots of stuff to do. When I was having issues with the stovetop I received an immediate response with instructions on using the timer for the oven. Only complaint is the cabin was not cleaned very well upon arrival. There was still sand in the shower tub, an open soap bar, and the floors were not swept and there was sand and dirt on the floor.

We had a BLAST! Tons for the kids to do, relaxing for us as parents. Great staff, BEAUTIFUL, clean park. We are already planning another trip!!

The couple times I interacted with the staff, it almost seemed like you were bothering them. The one exception to that was the boy that delivered the firewood. He was very nice and friendly. It was communicated that marajuana was not permitted in the campground. There were several occasions we had to go inside our Rv to escape the smell of it. The roads were tight for bigger Rv’s.

The bathrooms were the most revolting ones we have encountered camping anywhere. I can’t believe you only clean every 2 weeks!!!! It smelled like sewage in the shower rooms, urine all over the bathrooms, soaps constantly empty and often many toilets unable to be used! There were no cleaning supplies in the workout rooms, so talk about spreading disease. I was very disappointed.

This year the mosquitoes was very bad, I had never experience so many bugs over 18years coming there. The sofa beds in the cottages are horrible. The staff was pleasant.

Being able to text and receive very quick responses was wonderful. We received firewood, new propane tank and sheets within minutes of asking for them. The staff was friendly and nice.

We actually left a day early because of the conditions. The bathrooms were filthy with no tissue sometimes. The cabin was dirty. When we got there, I spent the first hour cleaning. The plugs did not work in our cabin. The fridge was either freezing items or warm, no in between. We have stayed at this campground many times and have never had a bad experience. Very, very disappointed.

Love this place! This is our maybe 6th time here! Super clean! All the workers are friendly and are helpful! The bathrooms are clean and nice. I don’t have anything bad to say!

Me and my son came together we had a blast. Everyone was nice and friendly. The staff was great ! We stayed in a deluxe cabin that was very clean and well maintained , I was very happy about that. It was our first time visiting the camp site I will definitely return again.

We had the best stay!! We stayed in lodge 305 and we loved it! It was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was plea that of room. The bathroom was a good size too. The entire park is very clean and there was so much to do. My grandkids had the time of their lives.

Great campground!!! We always have so much fun!!! So much for the kids to do. It's so clean and well maintained. Best campground around!
