We enjoyed our time in the cabin. Kids had loads to do, we wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay was good except the bathrooms were filthy. I stayed Thursday to Monday and I believe the floors were swept once and the sinks and toilets were not done. One morning there was toilet paper in only one stall.

We had a great time, the customer service provided was outstanding. The cabin was nice and clean, we will definitely be back. The young staff members were courteous and friendly.

The campground is very loud at night. Multiple sites blaring music lag at night. The bathrooms were also very dirty and often out of soap and toilet paper.

I was very disappointed by our campsite. I did not like being on a gravel road and gravel site. It is not indicated on the map when picking a site that it will be unpaved. I was also unhappy that no one answered the phone when I tried to call and switch sites. I did not feel as the staff was very friendly in comparison to other KOAs or campgrounds. However, we did enjoy the pool & train!

We had a great time and really enjoyed all the park had to offer. I would recommend more cleaning in the showers and restrooms they were very dirty throughout our stay. Also may be a great idea not to let people pre rent the golf carts for the whole weekend. This will allow other people who did not get a chance to head up there when they first arrive to get a chance to rent one as well.

It was amazing my children, husband and I had a blast with all the fun activities! Just wish there was more opening to be able to reserve more often then once a month!

Overall it was a great experience! Just a couple of improvements I would suggest : 1.- police the camp sites at night. People were extremely loud after 11 pm and finally they got quiet around 3:00 am! Not fun at all. 2.- very dirty sinks, shower curtains, floors, shower walls on the bathrooms by the pools across from the RV cleaning area. Bathroom is beautiful, just needs to be properly cleaned.

We stayed at the Port Huron KOA simply to sleep and shower as nothing else was available during our last-minute trip. The KOA did the job. My only minimal complaints are that each time we used the showers, there were wads of hair in and around the showers. Second, our neighbors space kept encroaching on our tent site and they parked right in front of ours (with two cars). Felt uncomfortable.

The stay was okay.I have been coming to this site for over 15 years and for increase in lodge rates the cleanliness and quality of them should be much better. I may stop coming but the staff that come out when there is a problem at your site did an exceptional job and were very polite and professional.

We love Port Huron KOA and stay every year! Unfortunately we were disappointed a but with our Deluxe Cabin. The floors were swept but likely not mopped, as we would wipe up food messes from kids and the wipes would be totally blackened from the floor. The mattress/cushion for the futon was also extremely worn and lumpy/flattened in spots. Activities were great, as was the overall experience.

What a wonderful location for our annual family camping trip!! So many fun activities for the kids...we never had to leave the campground. We loved our cabins, plenty of shade and just enough privacy so that we could enjoy our nightly campfires. The staff were all very friendly and were working hard to keep the bathrooms and showers clean. The community kitchen was awesome!!

Our cabin was not as clean as it should of been as well as missed match curtains and sizes in the cabin. The restroom and shower definitely need someone to clean them every couple hours. They are pretty dirty.

First time at a KOA campground, our second camping trip with our travel trailer. Beautiful campground with lots of amenities. Reasonable prices for everything and excellent activities for the kids. Will definitely be back!

every employee that I encountered with had a poor attitude, no smile, didn’t really feel welcomed. Second the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. In one of the women’s bathrooms there was poop smeared on the walls all day, I have picture proof of it. The showers were just as equally disgusting. I’ve been camping here for 23 years and have never experienced this. Just very disappointed

The WiFi was horrible. For the amount of money we pay to stay here, we should have excellent service with the WiFi. We were not in rustic tent area. We paid too much money to not have good service. No reason why we should have to use up our house spot to work from campsite when you include it. Sites were too small also!

Cabin wasn't clean like prior years. The grounds seemed neglected too. We had candy wrappers and confetti all over the grounds when we arrived.Over grown weeds/brush by railroad tracks behind cabins.

Cabin mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. We were supposed to stay two nights but only stayed one night because of this. I also wish there would have been a bathroom closer to the rustic cabins. Lots to do but everything is extra money (and not cheap). I camped here when I was a kid and loved it but probably would not go back as an adult.

The Cabin was clean, bathrooms were clean during the day but not cleaned through the night. Seemed like young teens ran the whole park, had a mishap in the Saloon and waited 2 hours for pizza because there was no adult around to fix errors. Not a fan of the kids having to ride bikes in the street, need bike paths or sidewalks, too many close calls. Definitely for older kids, not toddlers.

I had a very good time with my granddaughter at this KOA. It is definitely a family orientated establishment. Always something to do for the kids and lots of people to do it with. Personally I think it was a bit crowded. I also feel there were lost opportunities to make a little more money and the train. Kudos for the service car that picked up my handicap sister from the parking lot
