This was the first time I stayed in a cabin. It was so clean! Restrooms are kept clean as well... The "kitchen-cooking" pavilion is SUCH A GREAT IDEA! Enjoyed my stay!

I got bit by a large dog, and tried to report it, but no one answered the phone all morning on Wednesday.

Everything was great other than the camping kitchens have a ton of flies, the bathrooms need to be actually cleaned. Seems the actual toilets get missed and showers needs more attention.

There was an exploded can of pop in the freezer in our mini fridge in our cabin... Had to clean that :-( Not sure anything was wiped clean after the last guest, lucky I brought my own wipes. Also, the grounds around our cabin were full of litter and our puppy kept eating stuff (candy wrappers, little beads, plastic food wrappers...and we had to keep pulling stuff out of her mouth:(

Had the grandkids with us. They had a blast with so many things to do. The only thing that wasn't too good was the ladies restroom near our site (90). The toilet area could have been cleaned more often. This was our first KOA camping outing. Will return.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool was great. Cabin was OK. The disappointment was having so much activities closed. The reason we like to take the grandkids is for the water slide, the gift store, the pillow and a few other things not available.

The entire KOA establishment including management and security placed myself and my 3 children in an unsafe environment via releasing personal information over thw phone to an unidentified person initially. The situation escalated due to an undocumented report regarding attempted sexual misconduct with a minor via one of their guests which was improperly addressed and undocumented. Disgusted

Enjoyed our stay. Loved all the activities for the kids. I know its camping but the restrooms could use better cleaning through out the day instead of just morning and night. I went in cleaning time and she just changed the toilet paper. no wiping down toilets, counter tops, mirrors or floors. same with showers. I witnessed cabin cleaning. could use cob web removal. i was told it was just cleaned

Overall we had a good time. Camp was clean, workers friendly, easy hookups. Only issue was our young son got attacked by some teenage kids. They surrounded our two sons and were smacking them and kicking their bikes. Scared them really bad.

We had a great time with our 2 grandsons. The Park Facilities are fantastic and the Amusement park next door is great

It was a fun time for the kids! A little bummed the jumping pillow was not there like advertised but the pools were nice. My only complaint is the bed in my cabin was absolutely disgusting and I didn't realize until we were sleeping. We had to get a brand new mattress and our bedding washed��

So many things for kids to do! Also, 3 pools is a huge plus! There was a ton of staff present and the grounds were being kept very clean!

The KOA staff was professional and friendly. Miss Kassie was very patient w/my many, reservation changes. This campground is very busy so expect it to be noisy well after Midnight! Both Restrooms and Pool near Tent Village were clean. Shelter for tenters is in the basement of the main office. The water slide (next door) at Sawmill City is closed but everything else is open.

We liked the layout and sites. Most of the kids working were friendly. Several campers were loud and roudy at their sites and the pool.

Lots to do. Kids loved the banana bikes and pools. We stayed in a regular cabin and the floor was really dirty. There was also garbage left around our site. Staff was very friendly. Pizza was good and came in a timely manner.

It's a great place for family's a lot to do for kids very clean took my grandson he loved the train ride and bumper boats. They really did think of everything you never have to leave the campground lived it.

Very nice setup, lots to do, great job on upkeep. Entry gate card problem solved quickly. Bathroom cleanup seemed to take a long time and the cleanup was when a lot of people wanted to use the restroom. Busy campground but seemed well run! Good job....art

The campsite itself was beautiful but it seemed like a lot of people were there to party. We weren’t able to go to sleep until 2am due to large crowds being so loud. One night they even were lighting fireworks at 1am. Ended up leaving and going to KOA in Emmett and it is way better and way more relaxing!

This is our 25th year and are returning as a group, yearly, now with grandchildren. Location was changed this year. It was great but toilets are in short supply on the side of park we were on. Only 4 toilets for ALL the women on the side of the park between the pavillion and sports courts. Also, a splash pad would take pressure off of the crowded pools.

We enjoyed all the amenities that KOA has to offer. We stayed in a lodge that was clean and comfortable. We will be back!
