I think bathrooms need to be cleaned twice a day. Cabins need to be vacuumed after each guest including under the beds and mopping should be more than just a squirt floor cleaner and wet mop. Overall the cabin was nice, we found that showers located in an interior building were cleaner, and the overall campground was decently kept.

Cabins are definitely overpriced. We usually stay in the 300"s the newer ones. That have a oven. Got charged the same price. Thought there were the same appliances and the room smelled awful, no light in bedroom working. Dust, mold and bugs everywhere. I could of got a tent for that price. We actually end up leaving at midnight. The smell and the dust was that bad. I think our KOA days are over.

Several different site features to choose from. Park service is great. Would not hesitate to recommend this camp ground to anyone.

I normally would give a 5 star. However this trip I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathrooms, never any soap or toilet paper, clumps of hair in the showers. Just filthy. Also the noise level at night was ridiculous parties going on till 4am, teenagers using hover boards and skateboards all hours of the night, & hanging out at the corner of the restroom till 2 am.

While the staff was very friendly, we had to complain three times about an incredibly loud and inappropriate party at the cabin kitchen area across from our cabin. The screaming and loud music went on all day and well into the night, with staff gold carts driving right by with no help. We only stayed two nights and most of our stay was not enjoyable because of this.

Be ready to call 911. It’s nice that when you arrive the campground sends you a number for security for “after hours” but what they don’t tell you is that it doesn’t work after 2am. So when your camping neighbors start to fist fight because one of them decides to play explicit music @7am you have to call 2 other numbers before realizing you need to call the police. Rude staff. Dirty. Hid

the cabin #70 was fine, but needed a few minor repairs. The screens weren't secured properly and therefore, we would not ope windows due to bugs. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly.

The KOA was kept clean but the bathrooms especially at the pool were dirty and they smelled. Also, we had to move site due to the late checkout and because our motorhome needed 50 amps electricity were were not able to use our a/c units on the second site in a 90+ weather. We were not told the second site only had electricity of 30 amps only saw it when we got there.

We had a great stay! Bathrooms could be cleaned more often. Also there was a large group that was playing loud music during day that wasn’t being addressed as they like 6 cabins over not 2 in rules

You have to invest in better wifi, you can even charge for upgraded wifi for those that need it if Howard will only do it if he will make money from it. I get it, at least DO IT so there is an option. Also he should build an indoor mini water park with slides and a lazy river.

We come here every year and will be back again next year. This year there were no trash cans in shower stalls. So they are littered with empty soap/shampoo bottles, clothing tags and other personal care items. Ideally, campers should take care of their items but they do not. I would like to see the noise rule better enforced. The lodges next to our camp site played their music way to loud.

Stayed in L301 had to get some water off the floor. When I started the mop was white when done the mop was black. I was only in there for 20 minutes. I don’t think any one mop the floors after the last guest left

Our stay was wonderful! We loved our cabin and being around friends. There were so many activities for us to do. The staff was very helpful. Thanks for great memories!

Bathrooms were disgusting the whole weekend. Moldy shower curtains, bandaid in the sinks for days, no tp in a lot of the stalls and most of the soap dispensers were empty. Otherwise very pleasant.

Bad customer service. One manager almost hit my nephew. An adult trying to flight and attempted to hit a minor is uncalled for. Will never come back and will always take bad about this camp ground.

The campground was very nice. It was extremely family friendly with lots of activities for kids. I was however disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The stalls were continually out of toilet paper & the shower stalls were filthy. There should have been a daily deep cleaning. The campground also didn’t alert guests of the tornado warning in the area or direct us to a safe shelter.

We had a wonderful stay. The only bad thing I can say about this place was the older kids stealing bikes at night from other peoples campsites.

It was good. Overall it’s a lovely facility. I think prices are too high for a cart. At least they should be lowered for senior citizens and handicapped. Parking was a problem. We were 4 women sharing a cabin which could sheep 6. One of our group had to park in visitors and it was difficult to load and inload. The bathrooms were never clean. Cleaning once a day wasn’t enough.

The people next to us were awful. They had well over 20 people on their site. My son was hit by one of the kids on a motorized moped. The park stated that there was a strict no marijuana policy, but these folks were openly smoking all throughout the day, They were yelling at each other and wasted. At 4 am I texted the office number. Nothing was done. I will never be back. Worst KOA experience

We have been coming here for 6 years except 2020. This year, we had an incident with a couple of the staff members about the train who were completely unprofessional/one guy started shaking and puffed up his chest while he hovered over a 70 year old woman. The 2 staff members were utterly out of line and provoked a fight. We will not be returning here anytime soon. Completely ruined my weekend.

I love that the sites have trees and you’re not in a big open field. My kids enjoyed the pool, ice cream, pedal limo bikes etc. Would definitely come back. I also love that you can text them for help. There was an error with my check in receipt and they fixed it via texting. So convenient!

The campground itself was great. Very, very busy but pretty quiet. Loud music a couple of times but only for a short while - nice surprise, we were worried. Amenities were great. One criticism -- we were in site 86, across from the pool. That bath house was absolutely filthy the whole weekend. No soap, muddy floors, hair & used bandaid in the sink for 2 days. Even the hand drier was dirty.

We love to visit this campground. We don't camp much, but they get our weekend a year. As the campground is always clean, and there is tons of amenities to enjoy.

The bathroom needs to be cleaned way more often. Every time I used the facilities. They were awful. One time vomit all over the floor. Shower had the same head and shoulders bottle for two days. That shows me they are not being cleaned daily. As high traffic as this place is. The bathrooms should be cleaned and stocked multiple times a day.
