Only complaint I have is storm came on Saturday evening and we didn't know it was tornado warning until it was almost over. I think they should let people know not everyone has a smart phone.

terrible. Marijuana and drugs everywhere, extremely noisy, cabin location description very inaccurate. no rule enforcement whatsoever. will never return. the worst of camping I have ever experienced

My family has had our Summer Family Reunions at this KOA campground for the last 20 or more years. Wee have family members coming from Tenn., Florida and even 3 families from Canada. We have always enjoyed seeing each other as well as enjoying the campgrounds. There is something for everyone of all ages in our family.

We had a terrific time. However we were unhappy with the cleanliness of our cabin. We had to clean the mirrors, microwave, floor, and more. The love seat looks really bad, so we asked for sheets to cover it in order to sit on it. The bed is very uncomfortable and we were not able to sleep well because of it.

Campground was kept clean - staff went around picking up debris. Everyone was friendly. Sites were nice.

We felt the campsites were too tight. My fired pit seems like it was 4 feet from the camper next to ours. Our picnic table and the way our campsite was set up was right next to the sewer of the next campsite. The activities were not advertised well for the kids like where and when they were.

I looked all over the website and nowhere did it say the water slides were not open. I also was under the impression there was a lake on property, which was also not true. I would not come back for that reason. Otherwise, park was very clean. The kids had fun with go karts and mini golf. Park was quiet at night. We did smell weed both nights we were there, but it’s hard to get away from that.

There were a few issues with the grille and it also ran out of gas stopped working before I was down with cooking my meat

Toilet over flowed on the floor and we didn’t have any mop to clean the water on the floor . A young man did clean some of the floor but he left toilet paper and water along the wall and around the toilet . Plus we could over. Any one on the phone for help we had to walk from cabin 331 to the office to inform someone about the situation

The cabin was nice and clean. Unfortunately, the futon couch was not usable. The mattress/cover was so broken down, no one could sit on the couch let alone sleep on it. We had counted on that as one of our beds and we could not use it.

Staff is always very nice. I understand there is probably less workers due to covid but we are hoping the general store and gift shop will be stocked better or open again next year. Thanks.

Kampground kitchen was broken. Didn’t notice until we said something. Staff told me parking was upfront of our kabin. Next day another staff told us the employees upfront didn’t know what they were talking about.

TV1 was our site. It was quite filthy and had garbage left around from the previous campers.

This was our second stay..everything clean..quick reaction when out of propane etc.....my only complaint is some do not know that YES we have a 38 foot motor home, and even though it is a 30-35 foot lot, some lots can hold a 38 footer . So at times we are turned away. THEN making reservations at the office -there are spaces avail and none online. All is all we will be back.

Had a great stay. Staff helpful, so many activities for kids, campsites were well taken care of. Plan on staying again.

This campground is amazing! It was clean, all staff was friendly and helpful, the amenities were awesome ( especially the pools!!) We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

I feel that the patio should have been swept and cleaned before arrival. I had to call to get my bbq cleaned. In addition I think the bathroom should have been cleaned better than it was with cobwebs at the bottom of the vanity and the mattress cover on the futon cleaned. In addition I rented a 8 person cabin for 3 adults and 1 kid. Not sure why they would charge me an extra $5 a night. Why??

Wonderful friendly staff inside and especially outside staff.. plenty to keep busy.. I complaint many mosquitoes

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing I have and issue with is the bedding. Definitely need to update the mattresses in the bedrooms.

The main bed room was smaller than anticipated the bed was pushed up against the wall and there were no side tables in the room to sit maybe a cell phone on, that was very disappointing.

Alot of activities are not there and no hay ride They need a life guard by the pool too many little one's. Bathrooms were not as clean as in the past AND the prices are too HIGH I didn't have anything extra in my cabin no frig, no micro wave and it was $95 a night that is terrible you can go to a hotel cheaper. Wood went up all the ice creams it was not a great stay very disappointed

This year was my first visit July 14-18 and I was truly impressed of how clean and all the activities for the children. Already booked for next year!!!

Pretty active however several of the sites including ours were not the nicest: trees roots were in the walk way. And too close to trees for awning etc. The cable didn’t work which was very disappointing when you pay that much especially when it was raining. Need more chairs at the south end pool. Too congested at entrance example ice cream parlor and trying to maneuver your camper in that area
