We have came here for 14 years and this was one of the worst times. The lodge we stayed in was dirty. The floor was filthy. You couldn’t even see in the mirror by the door. The fans were really dirty window ledges and blinds. Etc. kids went to color Halloween bags and they said they were sold out 10 minutes after it started do we had a 4 yr old and 5 yr old crying and no bag to get candy in. Lou

Our last visits have always been awesome! This time though, our cabin was filthy. The bathroom was not clean and the floors were definitely never cleaned. I wiped up a small spill within an hour or two of us being there and the rag was black. It was disgusting. Also, the cabin reeked like a wet dog all weekend (we don’t have a dog). I was definitely disappointed.

been camping on your Halloween for many many years 1) golf carts needing to be back by 3:30, that is a new change 2) 1:00 check out for Sunday, that is a new change, it has always been 2:00 due to it being Halloween & decorations

It's the 10th year I have stayed for Halloween weekends. We use the kabins for this weekend. Each year, prices have increased. For a while, the amenities also increased, however, it is increasingly noticeable that I am not getting the same value per cost as in the past. No jumping pillow, no hayride, no candy drop, no scavenger hunt, no train ride-where are the fun activities?? Pay extra for all.

We had a wonderful time even though the weather was a bit crappy but all and all the kids enjoyed themselves very much just being able to ride their bikes , SawMill City , and the other activities offered trick or treating they can’t wait till next year

I had a fairly good time although there were a couple things I was very disappointed about. I stayed in cabin #28 I don't think the bathroom/shower house was cleaned even once. 3 of the toilets were plugged with toilet paper and feces the entity time. The toilets that were usable were so very disgusting dirty and there was no toilet paper. Thank god I brought my own!

Went for the Halloween weekend. Most attractions closed - big disappointment for kids. The Wi-Fi is absolutely horrible - just trying to send an e-mail. As a member, was never notified that the reservations start date for next year was moved up by months leaving zero sites and cabins available for Halloween 2022 - beyond frustrating. For the premium price that KOA charges doesn't match what get.

Arrived and breaker was dead on the 30 amp. On Saturday, I was charged for wood that I did not order/receive. Called to correct the issue and was called a liar and had to argue with the girl for 15 min. before finally speaking to a manager. Manager finally refunded the wood that was not ordered. Never received an apology for charging my card, nor received an apology for the calling me a liar.

Everything was great other than the bathrooms. Filthy. They we not kept up. No toilet paper in half the stalls almost the whole time. Had to call to ask them to clean them and even then they were not cleaned. They only added toilet paper. For the price you pay for that campground, you could atleast have decent restrooms.

For Halloween weekends, I would like to see the return of the jumping pillow, flashlight candy hunt in lieu of scavenger hunt and the dance with DJ in the pavilion. Although I understand why it may have been cancelled for 2020, it is time to bring it back. Thankfully the winning campsite was the entertainment for the campground this weekend.

We stay every year the same weekend- however this year, our cabin was a little dirty (crumbs under the bed), the bathrooms near us (K12) were terrible the entire weekend(no toilet paper, dirty).

All was good except for the extremely muddy Confitions of our site. Also, we lost $4 i. Two different soft drink machines at your bathrooms. We told your front desk that they should post something as it seems it was empty. Pretty much said they would just notify the vendor. Hope people didn’t lose too much money there. ��

I love KOA but this time the bathrooms by the Cabin that we stayed at was horrible. Messy, toilets clogged, no toilet paper, WHen I got there Friday they were nasty and not cleaned until Saturday evening sometime.

The bathroom near our cabin was filthy! Especially the showers….the amount of traffic at night on Saturday when all the kids were out having “Halloween fun” was super dangerous!!

We love your campground and have been taking our family to KOA - Port Huron for over 4 years. The Hallow-weekends was very special and the children had a wonderful time! Your staff held wonderful programming and overall, we're so glad that we've made this our family campground.

Tree is too close to entrance of site we stayed on , not possible to avoid brushing your teailer when pulling thru .

The only issue I had was the WiFi never worked and my daughter does virtual schooling via wireless laptop so she couldn't do any of her schooling during our 3 day stay

Large campground with every facility that you'd expect...quiet in October...but we will definitely return with our grandkids. The Super Sites include grills and double chairs with paved patios...looking forward to booking them next time.

Our family has been coming here for over 30 years and have never had a bad experience. We love the campground and the friendly and helpful staff.
