The cabin was nice. I just didn’t like that it was animal hair everywhere. Made me feel uncomfortable.

Halloween weekend is one of our favorites and we look forward to this weekend every year. This year marked 10 years at KOA Port Huron and we have booked already for next year.

Love Port Huron KOA. We stay every year. However this year it seems the cabin wasn’t cleaned as well as usual. Definitely the outside wasn’t, there were cans and water bottles left behind we had to clean up. Other than that we had a great time as usual and already booked again for next year.

Our stay at the Port Huron KOA was awesome as always! The bathrooms were kept very clean-cleaner than in years past. Great job! I loved the new event of coloring bags for Halloween. If the dance party continues to be cancelled it would be nice to see something in its place for the teens. Would love to see a recycle area for pop/beer cans. The campground could use the money for new things

The lodges are dirty and are run down. Many broken items, blinds, beds, bathroom light switches with wires hanging out of them. The staff there was great but the quality of lodges and cabins are terrible. What a shame because it used to be extremely nice campground.

As always, I had a wonderful time. The soap dispensers do need to be filled at more regular intervals in the womens restrooms.

This is the first time I have to write a complaint. We’ve been coming to this KOA for years. The cabin we stayed in was dirty. The floors under all the beds were disgusting and liked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while, and when we arrived there were bugs all over the curtains. Very disappointed!

THE BATHROOMS ARE OUTDATED WITH BROKEN TOILET SEATS IN THE MENS BATHROOM, THE SHOWERS WERE ALWAYS FLITHY, THE MENS BATHROOMS WERE ALWAYS FLITHY, THE OWNER IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THE GUEST, HE YELLED AT US FOR BEING ON HIS LAWN AND ON HIS STREET AS WE WERE TRYING TO PACK UP TO LEAVE, THERE WAS EITHER FLEAS OR BED BUGS IN OUR CABIN, AND THE LIST COULD GO ON, NOT ENOUGH SPACE FOR THE LIST

Live your campground. Your internet is terrible. Wish you could do a package to pay for upgrade service. Did school from there and it was hard to do.

The camp grounds were beautiful! We were accommodated by friendly staff who were very knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to my next camping adventure at Port Huron KOA. Also, thank you for the free Cannas!

We stayed in an upgraded 2 room cabin, I was nervous about no bathroom, but the main facilities were very clean, safe and close. My aunt and uncle have been seasonal guests for years but this year my aunt's special 60th birthday fell on a Saturday, so our entire extended family reserved sites and my daughter and I drove 4 hours to be there. Activities were well planned and fun! Staff was great!

The staff was exceptional. Super supportive super helpful. The activities for the kids for the Halloween weekend we’re nice with the pumpkin painting and passing out trick-or-treat bags.The campground was nicely decorated for Halloween and all the campers participated which made it really nice. Check in and check out was very easy and there were no long lines to wait in which was nice. Fix pillo

I must actually give big props to the staff at KOA during this stay. My son was injured by another minor, needed the police and ems called, and despite my emotions they handled the situation great. This is the first time I have ever had to get one of my children immediate medical attention and it was very scary. I think the staff at KOA Saturday night should be recognized for keeping their cool

It was noisy at night with people around us partying ,and our motorhome broke down when we were leaving (it wouldn't start) so we had to leave it till we could get a mechanic to come look at it ,I explained that to the girl at the desk it was broke down and we couldn't stay we would be back with a mechanic as soon as possible, but she said she still had to charge me for the 2 days it just sat ther

Bed was broken only one person could sleep on it without it falling to the ground. Cable was not working, but we did have someone fix. No bouncy pillow, or dance party at the pavilion, very few hourly activities, for the 2nd year of our stay and blaming Covid. Advertised hourly train rides, however the train did not run the entire time of our stay. Probably due to staff shortage, but not sure.

It was nice we had a problem with the water but they came so fast to change the propane tank the only thing that I suggest is that you get better towels and more of them and maybe the beds need extra blankets but other than that I love the people they’re very kind thank you for a wonderful Halloween weekend

1st time camping at a KOA. Definetly need to try it in the summer when more activities are accessible. Staff was very courteous! Campsite was very efficient.

Staff was great, wood delivery was fast, campground was clean and well maintained. We went for a Halloween weekend and kids had a ton of fun with activities put on. We never had to leave the grounds for anything.

We were seasonal campers and enjoyed our stay this past summer. Your staff is great and our stay was very enjoyable. Looking forward to next year. Hopefully the Canadians will be able to cross the border and camp again. We have friends that we haven't seen in two years now. Keep up the good work.
