The extremely bright light in the over flow parking shined directly on our site which could give my mom a seizer. We went up to the office to see what could be done. Emily was very polite and helpful. She worked hard to fix the situation, the manager never came out and I was told they would not. I am in customer service and was aghast at the lack of professionalism by management.

Being handicapped I appreciated the golf cart rental. Bathrooms clean and easy to get around. Employees helpful and friendly. Loved our stay and will be back.

The grounds and atmosphere is great! The cabin didn’t appear clean. The bathrooms in the back were filthy and never appeared to have a deep cleaning. The staff did walk Throughs, but we never saw a cleaning crew. Not very safe especially during covid. Lots of germs. The toilets, showers and sinks had the same stains and dirt for the first two days until I called mgt.

We stayed in a lodge for the first time (L316) and although it was nice, it was not very clean. The floors were very dirty and hadn’t been mopped in a while and there were a lot of spiderwebs and dust up high. The stay was otherwise really great!

We had a nice stay. I know your staffing is short now, but it was weekend while we were here. We did not have trash pick up and critters got into our trash on Saturday night. There was trash all over the road in front of our site. My husband had to clean it up. I understand not having it during the week, but on a booked weekend, please have someone pick it up.

The closet bathroom to my site had only one stall open out of 4. The park was very loud and busy.

well i was placed in a spot that was no where near where i wanted to be. there was only 1 working toilet in the public bathrooms front desk was zero help the guest right next to me were running around screaming their heads off the whole day

My family and I have been coming for almost 7 years now. Prior years have been good. I know with COVID many things have changed. My lodge was not up to par. Fridge dirty and broken parts, floor not swept. I have booked again for next year, will most likely cancel. Close to $500 for 1.5 days is not worth it.

My RV spot was in the middle of the cabin area. People who rent cabins do not show good camping etiquette and as a result our stay was one of the worst we have ever had

While I understand the difficulties. Management needs to get a better handle on the inappropriate, loud, vulgar music patrons play at the campground.

Disappointed in our stay. We have stayed 5 years in a row. I stayed with my daughter and her friend. Both are almost 17 years old. No large banana bikes because the tires are broken and Don said it is a loss for them to be repaired. Huh? Could not rent a limo as they have to have an 18 year old on at all times. These girls have drivers licenses. Park and bathrooms dirty.

Had a great time with family. Staff was all friendly and courteous. Speed of vehicles and golf carts is excessive. Too many people cutting through our campsite and rude about it, just ask and it wouldn't be a problem.

What if some of the street were like no car streets during certain hours.. so the kids can ride there bikes more freely without the possibly of getting hit by cars.

This is a wonderful campground. There are a lot of activities to do for the kids. We enjoyed a great concert one evening. The grounds are quite nice - lots of flowers. I gave only 4 stars because of a rude manager/supervisor who overcharged us at check in and when we brought this to her attention, she was just as rude, but did refund our money.

We stayed in a cabin 9/3-9/6we didn’t check in till 9:50pm,10 minutes till they closed that night. Asked if we knew how to get to the cabin, to which I replied no. She didn’t explain or show me on a map How to get there. Then my fiancé went to the bathroom and almost fell because the floor was soaked. And to top it off there was no toilet paper in the woman’s bathroom almost all weekend. Sh

Loved the site and facilities! Everything was clean and staff was very friendly. Many went out of their way to provide great service. My only complaint would be the cost of the extras. $75 for golf carts that have to be turned in by 8pm, $20 for a kids banana bike for 4 hours, and no discount for larger orders of firewood. It was just too much.

Campground was nice. We went into Port Huron one day and couldn't find my key card to get back in the gate. This was around noon. The older guy at the gate wasn't very nice when he said "you are going to cause a hassle every time you leave without having the key card." I found the key card that afternoon in my truck but that bothered me. Great ice cream though and everyone else was super friendly!

Great place with so much to do! Busy place and great people working there! We enjoyed the abundance of kids and all the activities! Wasn’t super happy about all the “ seasonals “ who had way to many dogs each and they yapped constantly! Same folks who had the loudest parties with all the foul language!! Sites are close together and very narrow roads to back into with a 34’ Motorhome! Nice

Bathrooms were disgusting every time I went in. Had to alert the staff there was no toilet paper in the men’s room. It’s a beautiful resort but I won’t go back and won’t recommend it.

Very nice stay but the house in the playground by pool is dangerous because the kids are climbing on top of it someone should fix that so they can’t get on top

ok until concert started @ 800pm. We were not told loud music would start at 800pm. Yes this technically before 100pm quiet time , but it seemed to be more than 60 decibels which is standard camp policy. we go to sleep early, but a concert shouldn't be starting at 800pm (sundown). We enjoy KOA camping but this campground on this stay was a bust.
