We stay every year the same weekend- however this year, our cabin was a little dirty (crumbs under the bed), the bathrooms near us (K12) were terrible the entire weekend(no toilet paper, dirty).

I love KOA but this time the bathrooms by the Cabin that we stayed at was horrible. Messy, toilets clogged, no toilet paper, WHen I got there Friday they were nasty and not cleaned until Saturday evening sometime.

The bathroom near our cabin was filthy! Especially the showers….the amount of traffic at night on Saturday when all the kids were out having “Halloween fun” was super dangerous!!

We love your campground and have been taking our family to KOA - Port Huron for over 4 years. The Hallow-weekends was very special and the children had a wonderful time! Your staff held wonderful programming and overall, we're so glad that we've made this our family campground.

The only issue I had was the WiFi never worked and my daughter does virtual schooling via wireless laptop so she couldn't do any of her schooling during our 3 day stay

Our family has been coming here for over 30 years and have never had a bad experience. We love the campground and the friendly and helpful staff.

Very unhappy this is the 2nd year we have booked for Labor Day and do not plan to do it again. I understand short staffed but the bathrooms were disgusting. The same messes in the stalls for days. No tolerance policy for Marijuana but I couldn't even sit outside my cabin and enjoy because the neighbors all around were smoking all weekend. They were blaring music as well. Not enjoyable for the $$

We had a great time halloween camping. I was not impressed with the level of cleaning in our cabin. The floors were filthy, cobwebs everywhere and dirty curtains on windows. Plus it smelled inside really bad. But I get it, its a rustic cabin...certainly not worth $100 a night tho

We have come Halloween camping there for 6+ years and this is the first time I would ever complain about the bathrooms. But they where dirty, even after they would go in and clean they where still dirty.

Everything was nice except for the deluxe lodges bathroom .. maybe use a little fabric softener and some larger towels .. had to use 3 for just one shower!

We had a great time and I would definitely recommend PH KOA to others. My only complaint is that I went on the website to rebook my lodge for next year and it was already booked! It appears that every Halloween weekend (cabins w/bathrooms) are already sold out. I would think returning guests would get first choice before it was opened up to the public. We are disappointed we can't book again!

We have been coming for many years for the Halloween weekend and never have the bathrooms been so dirty as they were this time. This makes me hesitant to come next year which we already have booked. I stayed in cabin K24 and numerous guests were also complaining.

Campground is OK but if you have to deal with the owner it is horrible. I have never met an individual that owns a property/business who fly's off the handle like he does. KOA has such a solid reputation and to put someone like him in charge is beyond me. I would highly suggest a review process for this man and get an individual who can communicate like an adult not a 5 yr old throwing a tantrum.

Had a GREAT time!! Do NOT like how everyone has their own parking in front of trailers and cabins except for cabin 1. I feel as a handicap camper it should have its own spot too. Also I feel the kids when cleaning restrooms should let campers know their done instead of leaving them dancing outside not knowing the staff has finished and left. Also please keep enough rocks in stock BIG bag Bucket

Always a nice time. Great activities for the Halloween weekend! Wonderful for the children. Enjoyed trick and treating for camp sites. So glad all traffic was stopped. Only worry KOA did no policing of park for speeding carts, cars. Hopefully will be able To get a site next year. Cindy Grimley

Love Port Huron KOA. We stay every year. However this year it seems the cabin wasn’t cleaned as well as usual. Definitely the outside wasn’t, there were cans and water bottles left behind we had to clean up. Other than that we had a great time as usual and already booked again for next year.

Our stay at the Port Huron KOA was awesome as always! The bathrooms were kept very clean-cleaner than in years past. Great job! I loved the new event of coloring bags for Halloween. If the dance party continues to be cancelled it would be nice to see something in its place for the teens. Would love to see a recycle area for pop/beer cans. The campground could use the money for new things

The lodges are dirty and are run down. Many broken items, blinds, beds, bathroom light switches with wires hanging out of them. The staff there was great but the quality of lodges and cabins are terrible. What a shame because it used to be extremely nice campground.

This is the first time I have to write a complaint. We’ve been coming to this KOA for years. The cabin we stayed in was dirty. The floors under all the beds were disgusting and liked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while, and when we arrived there were bugs all over the curtains. Very disappointed!

THE BATHROOMS ARE OUTDATED WITH BROKEN TOILET SEATS IN THE MENS BATHROOM, THE SHOWERS WERE ALWAYS FLITHY, THE MENS BATHROOMS WERE ALWAYS FLITHY, THE OWNER IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THE GUEST, HE YELLED AT US FOR BEING ON HIS LAWN AND ON HIS STREET AS WE WERE TRYING TO PACK UP TO LEAVE, THERE WAS EITHER FLEAS OR BED BUGS IN OUR CABIN, AND THE LIST COULD GO ON, NOT ENOUGH SPACE FOR THE LIST

The camp grounds were beautiful! We were accommodated by friendly staff who were very knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to my next camping adventure at Port Huron KOA. Also, thank you for the free Cannas!

We stayed in an upgraded 2 room cabin, I was nervous about no bathroom, but the main facilities were very clean, safe and close. My aunt and uncle have been seasonal guests for years but this year my aunt's special 60th birthday fell on a Saturday, so our entire extended family reserved sites and my daughter and I drove 4 hours to be there. Activities were well planned and fun! Staff was great!

I must actually give big props to the staff at KOA during this stay. My son was injured by another minor, needed the police and ems called, and despite my emotions they handled the situation great. This is the first time I have ever had to get one of my children immediate medical attention and it was very scary. I think the staff at KOA Saturday night should be recognized for keeping their cool

Bed was broken only one person could sleep on it without it falling to the ground. Cable was not working, but we did have someone fix. No bouncy pillow, or dance party at the pavilion, very few hourly activities, for the 2nd year of our stay and blaming Covid. Advertised hourly train rides, however the train did not run the entire time of our stay. Probably due to staff shortage, but not sure.

It was nice we had a problem with the water but they came so fast to change the propane tank the only thing that I suggest is that you get better towels and more of them and maybe the beds need extra blankets but other than that I love the people they’re very kind thank you for a wonderful Halloween weekend
