All went very well. We really liked the cabin. Every staff member we met were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The only problem was the mice infestation in our cabin. The morning we left I found a fresh mouse turd on my bedsheet. Quite disgusting and worrisome.

I was disappointed that the pillow was closed and we dis not find out until we walked there. I thought the cabins were a little dated and ready for an update. Other than that, everything was great.

I love everything about Halloween weekends The staff are great the activities are a blast and tricking is amazing But this year my cabin was so so dirty. It smelled like smoke,(marijuana) The floors were dirty and there were balls of hair swept up and left on the patio It honestly grossed me out, I did let a worker know but she never contacted me back or seemed to care… very disappointin

Community bathrooms near sport court in men’s only 2 toilets were barely working. Poor maintenance here

We love this campground, especially the activities available for the kids. The only two complaints we had were that garbage bags are very low quality and there were not enough towels provided.

Campground had many amenities for the kids. I had a deluxe cabin, which was alright but does need a deep clean and some upgrades.

Every time I come the cabins are filthy do yall clean them?? Do yall sweep them?? Do yall wash the tables!? It took 4 clorox wipes to clean the kitchen table in the deluxe cabin for as much as yall charge them places should be immaculate!! Shame on you Koa.

The cabin was not a good place to stay. The mattress was horrible. My husband and I are small people and we rolled to the middle as soon as we laid down. It was missing items listed on the sheet that were supposed to be in it. We were very disappointed.

Nice folks running the place. CLean bathrooms. No hassel except at check in. Need more help in office on Fridays. Need to direct campers to sites rather than just hand over a map. Otherwise, I had a great time!

Overall it was a very nice campsite, but our site had cigarette buts everywhere outside around our cabin as well as miscellaneous garbage. We didn't notice until Sunday because we were at our family's cabin all weekend aside from sleeping. But their sites were clean. I'd say it was the campers who used the cabin before us that were the real issue. My kids had a great time, as did we. A lot to do!

The extremely bright light in the over flow parking shined directly on our site which could give my mom a seizer. We went up to the office to see what could be done. Emily was very polite and helpful. She worked hard to fix the situation, the manager never came out and I was told they would not. I am in customer service and was aghast at the lack of professionalism by management.

The grounds and atmosphere is great! The cabin didn’t appear clean. The bathrooms in the back were filthy and never appeared to have a deep cleaning. The staff did walk Throughs, but we never saw a cleaning crew. Not very safe especially during covid. Lots of germs. The toilets, showers and sinks had the same stains and dirt for the first two days until I called mgt.

We stayed in a lodge for the first time (L316) and although it was nice, it was not very clean. The floors were very dirty and hadn’t been mopped in a while and there were a lot of spiderwebs and dust up high. The stay was otherwise really great!

well i was placed in a spot that was no where near where i wanted to be. there was only 1 working toilet in the public bathrooms front desk was zero help the guest right next to me were running around screaming their heads off the whole day

My family and I have been coming for almost 7 years now. Prior years have been good. I know with COVID many things have changed. My lodge was not up to par. Fridge dirty and broken parts, floor not swept. I have booked again for next year, will most likely cancel. Close to $500 for 1.5 days is not worth it.

Disappointed in our stay. We have stayed 5 years in a row. I stayed with my daughter and her friend. Both are almost 17 years old. No large banana bikes because the tires are broken and Don said it is a loss for them to be repaired. Huh? Could not rent a limo as they have to have an 18 year old on at all times. These girls have drivers licenses. Park and bathrooms dirty.

What if some of the street were like no car streets during certain hours.. so the kids can ride there bikes more freely without the possibly of getting hit by cars.

We stayed in a cabin 9/3-9/6we didn’t check in till 9:50pm,10 minutes till they closed that night. Asked if we knew how to get to the cabin, to which I replied no. She didn’t explain or show me on a map How to get there. Then my fiancé went to the bathroom and almost fell because the floor was soaked. And to top it off there was no toilet paper in the woman’s bathroom almost all weekend. Sh
