We always have a great time when we stay at KOA. We do the Halloween camping every year. The staff is always nice and very helpful.

I was pretty bummed out that our site was a plot of mud/dirt and I wish we would have known beforehand to pack differently. We love PHKOA. We stayed last year and have already booked for next year. We were at site #127 and had another party at site #128. If you could go into my notes for my next years Halloween reservation (Jamali), I’d like to be placed next to the Loria party in a grassy area.

Attended one of the Halloween weekends. So much fun! Make your reservations REALLY early, as they book up over a year in advance.

Very pricey for a site that was nothing but mud, no grass and not full hook up. I stayed at other campgrounds that were nicer for less. When I stopped at the dump station the water for the black flush wasn’t working at the first station.

The campground is great. The facilities are very nice. The camp site we had was a little muddy. It had been raining so not unexpected. The biggest problem I had with the campground was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The restrooms were nice, but filthy. Totally unacceptable especially during COVID. I don't believe the staff was prepared, nor seemed to care, to deal with the volume of people.

It was a nice stay. I was a bit disappointed that a Halloween agenda was not included in either registration email or at registration. We had no idea about any part of it. I was not informed of the free Thursday with a Friday and Saturday registration. I didn't know people were decorating for Halloween and I didn't know there was trick or treating. Thank goodness I don't have trick as childr

We were a little disappointed that the reduced amenities included not cleaning the men's bathroom near the new pool during our stay. My first use of the facility was Monday, Oct 4 morning during which I noticed some left over feces on the rim of the handicap toilet. there were also some bugs that had died on the floor. When we left on Friday this was all still there. The sinks are in need also

Halloween weekend is one of our favorites and we look forward to this weekend every year. This year marked 10 years at KOA Port Huron and we have booked already for next year.

Live your campground. Your internet is terrible. Wish you could do a package to pay for upgrade service. Did school from there and it was hard to do.

The staff was exceptional. Super supportive super helpful. The activities for the kids for the Halloween weekend we’re nice with the pumpkin painting and passing out trick-or-treat bags.The campground was nicely decorated for Halloween and all the campers participated which made it really nice. Check in and check out was very easy and there were no long lines to wait in which was nice. Fix pillo

It was noisy at night with people around us partying ,and our motorhome broke down when we were leaving (it wouldn't start) so we had to leave it till we could get a mechanic to come look at it ,I explained that to the girl at the desk it was broke down and we couldn't stay we would be back with a mechanic as soon as possible, but she said she still had to charge me for the 2 days it just sat ther

1st time camping at a KOA. Definetly need to try it in the summer when more activities are accessible. Staff was very courteous! Campsite was very efficient.

Staff was great, wood delivery was fast, campground was clean and well maintained. We went for a Halloween weekend and kids had a ton of fun with activities put on. We never had to leave the grounds for anything.

We were seasonal campers and enjoyed our stay this past summer. Your staff is great and our stay was very enjoyable. Looking forward to next year. Hopefully the Canadians will be able to cross the border and camp again. We have friends that we haven't seen in two years now. Keep up the good work.
