They lied about leaving early the CRS said yes we would get a refund of the you unused days. We lost power. The manager who was texting was rude and could use some Customer Service skills. Take someone’s experience and make it better for the next customer.

Paid 659 for lodge and they wanted to charge me 75 cents for more regular coffee since I don't drink decaf and they told me it came with 2 double beds and it didn't it came with a bunk and im 72 and I couldn't even sleep on it. And they wouldn't do anything about that either. Also my daughter was there at a site and I got there 20 minutes before 3 and they had me pay 2.00 each just to go in and e

it was too crowded, I do believe putting in walking and biking lanes would be very helpful. Bathroom was out of toliet paper and their was a door way in the back of the bathroom near the showers that males were going past the female showers. didn't seem very safe or private.

Our stay was real nice except that the campground was completely full. I know it's summer camping but I was hoping for just a little less busy. The restrooms were adequate to how busy they were. I would come back but in the fall during the week!

As a first time camper it was a great experience. I loved how eager everyone was to help and ensure we had a great time.

We liked the size of the spaces and all the different things offered for the kids/families. Wish the bathrooms by site 69 were cleaned a bit better BUT we do understand it is busy busy. The floors just get really slippery/muddy with all the swimmers running in and out. The country store didn’t have much selection but that also might be due to COVID still holding things up. All in all we liked!!!

Our first time camping at this resort! Had a very nice stay & enjoyed many amenities putt-putt was awesome! Loved the ice cream parlor as well! Already booked our stay for next year!!

Overall the resort has lots to do but our stay was interrupted by all the noise of a huge group that was there to party. Very loud and disrespectful to fellow campers. This is the second time at this resort and thinking it's a party resort.

Lots are way too small for a 45ft 5th wheel. Not sure I will camp here if I can help it .

I realize in today’s environment that’s it’s hard to enforce rules, but a little more enforcement of the quite time listed might be in order. It was obvious that some campers came in with full intentions of breaking this rule. Other than that, had a great time.

Premium campsite 272 is unbelievably narrow. You can literally hear the camper next to you talking while we a both in our campers. Glider bench bolted to patio, just next to firepit and in the way of enjoying pit, not to mention it is backwards and not facing the pit. New pool needs skimmer on-site. Tons of floating hair. Looked gross. Did not go in. Will not return to a KOA. Too expensiv

Our site was dirty when we pulled in. Trash on the grass and old candy on the ground. Grass not raked or even trash on it picked up. Barbecue was dirty with utensils caked with food and sauce. Grill was in bad shape, black all over our food from old burners, couldn’t cook on it at all. Bad weather was moving in and I called office to check where we would go and office said they didn’t know.

I loved this place! Loved all the activities for the kids. The tent campsite was a good size. Electric and water was easy access. Bathrooms were kept clean. Even had an ice cream parlor! I definitely want to come back to this place next year for sure!!

We arrived on Friday at 6:30 to find people, cars, bikes, rental carts golf carts in the driveway It was difficult to get to our site. People were in the drive not paying attention we feared hitting them. It was chaos. We stayed on our site and all ok. Saturday 6 tents were put up in 2 spots beside us, dozens of people. We had a gazebo and fire ring we could not use. Sunday evening was nice

It was very nice. Though I think that the wrist bands got go carts should be more than just Wednesday and Friday. I also think the golf carts should be rented for a whole weekend and able to be kept at the site and chargeable at the sites. It would be great to also have more activities for the kids and a DJ on the weekends.

Noise from interstate, train, traffic inside park. Very expensive, bad internet. Good for kids, bike path right there which is 12 miles.

We had a great time with all the camping and amenities but it was very crowded. The bathrooms could have used a few more cleanings but we’re overall good. But just too crowded for us.

We joined KOA rewards in 1992. This KOA was the nicest one we have ever stayed at in all the years we have been traveling. What an incredible place for families. We have never seen so many activities for kids and parents to do without even leaving the grounds. We would give it a rating of 10 stars!

I was happy to see that there were people working, but the communication of the rules were not that great. The front desk was not conveying the wishes of the owner and the owner, in turn, was getting upset with the campers for not following the rules.

We had a wonderful stay at the Port Huron KOA Resort. When they say “resort,” they mean it. They had everything there for the whole family to enjoy! From check in to departure the staff was amazing. One of the nicest and cleanest KOA’s we have stayed in. Highly recommend it to everyone.

Greatly disappointed. Bathrooms were terrible at almost any point in the day. People were cutting through our camp disturbing our pup, kids in the next camp were yelling at the top of their lungs.

This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks we have stayed! We love all the things you can do! It's great for the kids and adults. We will definitely be there more! I just wish that the golf carts were able to be kept overnight with the price you pay!

I have been coming to this campground for 21 years. I love the grounds, they are well kept. The personel are courteous and friendly. One in particular is Patrick, his the best.

This was the worst camping trip ever! Groups of super loud kids congregating in front of our campsite woke us several times. Poop in the pool which we discovered after our kids had gotten in. Then at 6:30pm stereo system blaring by us with music that was pretty much solid profanity in front of all our little kids. Security & police. We left at 9:30for safety as only a couple of the group left.

Your information book did not match the cost's of the "outside" park event's and rides Your KOA staff seemed uninformed about daily things and park locations. "I don't know and never go to that side of the park" was a responds my father in-law got when looking for a site Your cart rental should be first come, first serve. Many guest left unhappy not knowing they could preorder Your book is vague

The facility is really nice. However the two times we have been here we have noticed that the kids just run around with no supervision for the most part. Weekends are not going to happen again as it is a lot busier.

We were there for 8 days had no WiFi at our site even though we were parked with in 75 feet of the WiFi extender tower. We complained 2 times but nothing was done.

We enjoyed our stay during the week, but I don’t think we will be returning during the weekends anymore. There was an issue with vulgar music at a nearby cabin, then a confrontation with the KOA employee, and the sherif had to come. It was quite unsettling! Several families packed up and left early. The grounds are beautiful and there’s so much for the kids to do! Just beware of weekend crowd
