Everything was great except when I checked out early, I was told there was no refund even though I checked out before 11 a.m.

The stay was very nice. They offered a breakfast on the weekend and the employees were very helpful. One thing that did impress me is the the owners of the park were involved with the maintenance and upkeep in the park.

Great long pullthru spots with big trees for shade and nice grass at these spots. Didn’t have to disconnect my car.

This is probably the third or fourth time staying here. As always, friendly staff and a clean park with lots improvements made each time we have stayed. Keep up the awesome work!

Our site was very small with no place to have a fire. That was disappointing. It was also very narrow with our neighbors sewer connection right where we would have sat had we been outside. Not at all nice. The pool also closed too early and we would have enjoyed an evening swim or two. Disappointing. Otherwise fine. Bathrooms are very nice. Good location.

Brittany and her staff were great to work with. They worked with our travel club the El Jebel RV Roamers and made the 4 day campout very enjoyable. Facilities were clean and up to date. Highly recommend this KOA for anyone traveling on I-25 in southern Colorado. Would like to thank Brittany and her staff for everything they did to make our campout a success.

Came with a group and the staff made our stay very enjoyable. Great pavillion, dog run and pool. Very well kept landscape.

We came a little early and were charged for that. All the other KOA campgrounds did not do that. Swimming pool heater broken, spa broken and the lady host that worked the front desk not pleasant. We have gone to a lot of KOA campgrounds and all the hosts treat you with total care but not at this sight. What we did enjoy is meeting some new people and making the best out of the situation .

Most campgrounds charge for early check in fees. Also we have order a heater and waiting on it to arrive. Everything is on back order. Same with the spa have order parts and waiting on it still. Sorry you are disappointed.

I think I stayed at this campground before, it's a great campground with great staff! Lots of upgrades going on here. The sites are level with good water pressure and proper electrical voltage. The grass is green and lush,, even in the K9 playgrounds!! Next time I am in this area I will definitely stay here.

Very helpful staff when we had electrical issues and needed a mobile tech and also accommodating us an additional. The whole park staff was checking on us and our progress

Our camp site had a great 180 degree view of the mountains and hills. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were extremely clean. Would stay there again if in the area

With over 80 sites available and extras like a miniature golf course and many cabins available, I found it incredible that this affluent KOA only had two working washing machines and dryers and severely reduced hours of operation. To his credit, the owner allowed me to do two quick loads of laundry -- but only after I complained AT LENGTH about the absurdity of it all.

We have ordered the washers and dryers. Unfortunately they are taking way longer to be delivered. WE have tried to get the others worked on but they are old and no one will do. Sorry you were rude and uptight about the hours and only 2 machines working. You had plenty of time to do laundry.

Campground & bathrooms are clean. Sites in the front are close together. Some sites have campfire pits. Nice playground, pool, mini-golf. There's a building with a big room with several tables & padded chairs. Bathrooms are next to the office & in the other building. There's delicious food prepared in the kitchen in the other building that is ordered for a reasonable price. Ask for Brittany.

Very clean, organized, well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Spots were level and hookups were easy to access. Sites were very close together but the end spots were nice.

Always a pleasure to stay. Staff is great and always going out of the way to help. Facilities are clean and well kept. The only down side is if you get one of the very, very, very slim pull through sites that really don't have a lot of room to relax in.

We were only there one night. This is an interstate park; however, it did not feel like we were staying on the interstate. The scenery is very well captured throughout the park. The spaces were a little tight yet the cable box was 50 ft from our spot and kept freezing up. Overall it was a good one night location.

Since we were just making sure that the trailer was ok to travel in I had a great time very relaxing and the staff was great. The freeway a little noisy. And Tony was very helpful and very friendly. We will be bad for a much longer stay. Thank you

This koa does not live to the standards I'm used to. Amenities close at 7, laundry last load at 4:30. Pool and mini golf we were told close at 7 but sign says 8. We played a game of mini golf but didn't finish before 7 (they did let us finish our game). For being in a location you have to travel to attractions. Things should be more accommodating for campers that want to see the area, not owners

The laundry closes so we can get it cleaned up before we close. Mini golf does close but if you were out playing we would definately let you finish. WE just tell people lock it behind them so not sure where that came from. Sorry you don't like the rules!

Quiet campground, run efficiently. Only complaint is that you can’t do laundry past 4:30pm and there were several broken machines.
