Ashley at the front desk was kind, thoughtful and welcoming. A nice young man even escorted us to our cabin. Another young man delivered more coffee to us. A great place to stay!

Beautiful campground. Our cabin was very clean and well-stocked with the essentials. The view of the mountains is breathtaking! The manager, Brittany, and office employee, Casey, were extremely friendly and helpful! We had an amazing stay!

The person checking us in was exceptionally rude and not friendly at all. Very disappointed and it put a damper on our experience.

You were the one arguing over the early check in fee. You showed up at 10 am, check in for the cabins are not until 3pm. Guess we shouldn't have allowed you to check in until 3pm if you were going to write a bad review anyways.

Staff was nice and helpful, cabin was clean. Prices for deluxe cabin and RV pull-thru were very high, amenities were disappointing. Sheets didn't fit main bed causing bottom sheet to roll up during the night -- result: no sleep. Bottom sheet was replaced and we slept next 2 nights; asked for a reduced fee for the first night, manager said no. Mini golf course was not maintained and not free.

Really liked Deluxe Cowboy cabin. Wished there was screens on the windows and a screen door like on the smaller cabins. That way not so many bugs get in.

It was mice and relaxing. Cabins need more attention. The cabin we stayed in had a tissue from the previous renter. We watched a person clean the other cabin and it was less then 5 minutes. Dumb rulel about a escort to your cabin when it's right there and I've gone to that KOA for years now.

Wonderful time at the Pueblo KOA South. Twice a year we stay in a basic camping cabin. Basic is misleading as these cabins come with cable tv, small refer, microwave, coffee maker, ac and heater. That's quite the package for a basic KOA cabin. Rest rooms are just steps away and they are immaculate. The property is well kept and very safe. Food and gas is available at the I 25 off ramp. ENJOY!

The whole staff is very friendly and work hard. Our cabin was clean. Ashley in the office/ store, etc. Is amazing and knows customer service!

Cabin 4 always very clean. Recommend planting/replacing tree that was cut down to allow for some shade from southern & western sun and to allow for some privacy as sits in main road. Might be time to thicken mattress and replace planks. Slightest sit / lay and very crackly was afraid might break through and boards could be felt even in the bunks. Miss the social activities held before the VID.

Amazing Deluxe cabin. Bed was very comfortable and sheets soft. Cute little kitchen ares and dishes provided. Shower was large and good water pressure. Kamp was kept very clean. Grill and fire pit provided outside. Very friendly staff. Laundry room was ok. Only two washers working but might be limiting people due to covid. Lots of activities too. We will definitely be back. Great place to stay.

I stayed in one of the deluxe cabins while traveling through the area. The cabin was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The staff was also very nice and pleasant to work with. With the cabin facing west it would have been nice to have some sort of shade in the patio area. We weren't able to sit out due to temps and the lack of shade. We would stay here again.

We have been coming here for the past 3 or 4 years, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds were always clean. We refer friends all the time. Thank you for such a great vacation!

the deluxe cabin only had 2 flaws. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain which we brought up to management's attention; and secondly, the water heater needs some kind of adjusting. When taking a shower, the water goes from very cold to very, very hot in seconds, and then back to very cold. We could not get the water at a comfortable temperature; other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

We loved staying at Colorado City. This was a really well maintained and friendly KOA. We loved that it was in more of a quiet area of Colorado but still close enough to visit various places. The cabin was clean and comfortable (we had a deluxe). Downside was the the internet was out for a bit and was fixed but still was in an out. Also, mini-golf wasn't free. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

The mini golf fee goes to a donation for care camps at the end of the year. It is only $2.00 for adults and $1.00 for children.

We didn't have reservations just happen to have a cancellation for one of the cabins. We're so happy for that it was a very clean and friendly campground very relaxing which is what we were looking for. In fact we wanted to stay another night but they were full. Would stay again if we passed that way again.

Very clean cabin and bathrooms. The AC worked great, fan was good and unexpected. Great to have a coffee pot. Spacious campground.

Please fix your hot tub, swimming pool is awesome glad that the money goes to Saint Jude's foundation when playing the mini golf. Our family felt very welcomed and facilities are very clean especially during this COVID-19.

The cabin was a nice size, the drains didn't drain so we ended up using the main bathrooms to shower. Also, the a/c was exceptionally loud. Bed was very soft and the linens did not fit on the bed. Pillows were flat as pancakes so bring your own. Mini golf course was full of weeds and needs some tlc, like new cups. Pool was great. Despite all those things, the staff was nice and always friendly.

If you would have let us know about the drains we could have fixed it right away. Haven't had any issues with it. Not sure why you had problems with the linens, haven't had any issues with it or the pillows.

Stayed in a cabin. Cabin was clean , quiet area ,staff was friendly. We visited family in Pueblo so was gone most of the time. Will stay here again next time we are in the area
